It is not a very big mall but they have improved on what is now available to you! Major stores are: Dillards, Stages (formerly known as Beall's), Sears, JcPenny' s. Other stores of interest are: The Buckle, Hibbett Sporting Goods, Hot Topic, Rue 21, Spencer's, Maurices, The Children's Place, Journeys, Claire's. There are just a few more small stores that are available...

I've been to the mall in Albuquerque and Lubbock Texas, and I have to say that the staff here at North Plains are definitely the most mundane of the three. The stores have a lot to offer, and there are a number of notable staff members that do make the expierience great, but that's only a handful. The rest show you the service they can offer for the little they get paid. Also and all... its just a mall everyone goes to because its close by and there isn't much in terms of hug quality clothing or novelty other than the mall.

Small but very practical mall that covers all bases. My husband needed some new work clothes in a hurry and JCPenney had a good selection and great customer service. The mall is very clean and well kept. I especially liked the dippin dots vending machine.

Nothing in different about this particular mall that I was my first time patronizing. Did find a couple of stores that were different but if you ever go to this mall don't expect anything elaborate it's just a basic Mall.

Its a very small mall omg...but i guess ill do , but i rather go to walmart then the mall, its so limited on selection honestly takes you less then 39 minutes to walk the entire mall , unless you walking in any of the stores . I go an do my shopping here an there but it's always fast ...but yeah considering the town i guess its an ok mall .

Lots of empty spots, security is almost always chatting with eachother or store clerks rarely out and about. Most the employees seem bored and when you go into a store they rarely offer to help. Hot topic is the only reason i go.

Not an especially busy Mall, but it is clean and nicely kept and seems to be in an easily accessible location. I haven’t often visited this Mall as I live in Amarillo, but I wasn’t unimpressed. It seems to have the usual early morning joggers and a VERY adequate parking lot.

Not a bad list of shops at all considering this mall if in Clovis. Very nice place to visit during Black Friday. You definitely don't have to deal with the insane traffic that larger cities presents.

This mall is small and outdated! You can get from one side to the other in about a minute. There are empty stores where they have the opportunity to bring in better stores like Aeropostale, Old Navy, Ambercrombe and Fitch, American Eagle, etc. And the food court is more like a food closet. So because the mall is lacking, everyone from town goes to either Lubbock or Amarillo. Which means we aren't putting money back into our own town and are giving it to other cities. Ugh...

It's a small mall for a quiet little town. It's has well known shopping chains and local vendors throughout the large corridors. I'm kinda sad that Sears and the only food court vendor with the awesome food is closing down. But at least they a really new and refreshing arcade and a store for practically any age group or demographic.

Only good store is the buckle but it's expensive. Sears closed down, but it wasn't affordable anyway. They need some better stores like pacsun or something similar. Hibbet only carries merchandise for Denver, Dallas, Chicago, etc. No Houston sports teams?!? There's too many obscure small stores that sell junk. Children's place is great for kids clothes. Journeys is too small and don't carry much. Best to go to the outlet mall in Lubbock.

Horrible excuse for a mall. A lot of Store Slots are empty. Only one place to eat in the food court. A lot of the stores or just clothing stores for teenage girls. Not really much here besides that. Clovis needs to expand their mall and bring in a variety. And it seems that every few months stores are closing and getting replaced with something else that won't stay for very long.

I believe it has just enough stores in there to cater to most of the public. Great news if you don't like crowded places! I've never seen a busy day there. Such a relieve after ever visiting the ones in San Antonio, New York, or Dallas. It's a fairly big mall if you consider the size of the town that it is in.

For a city being supported by a military base you would think the mall here would be nicer. It's pretty much an overly priced hallway. Cannon has the worst family community of any military base I have ever been at. You have to drive to Lubbock or Amarillo to get any good shopping.

We went to the theater to watch a movie. The pop corn was very fresh, candy wasn't stale, very clean and very clean bathrooms. Clean floors. Nice staff... last week anyway lol. If you compare this place to other bigger cities you may feel like it is lacking, but when looking at it from what the other options are, this facility is in the top tere. They have many options from some big name brands. I hadn't had any negative customer experiences by the staff of this facility. The building is always well kept.
