Today was my birthday and my husband and I took a ride from our new cottage in RUIDOSO to Cruces. We visited Sansei, Victoria Secret, Vision Works and had a ball. We do miss the mall & visit every three months or so. We will keep coming back.

Upset because the carousel doesn't work, and when I tried to find someone they want me to call the number on the carousel which is in England. You hired these people to have a carousel here, you should be able to do something about it. In general the mall is great, love they have a lot of local businesses around and new stores. I hadn't been here in a long time

There isn't a lot of people walking around like there was 15 years ago, which I consider a good thing. But it seems some stores have overpriced items and I don't know why, but I just get a creepy feeling about going to the restroom there.... The mall doesnt really interest me. But the Chinese food from the the food court is definetly the best in town!!! I give them 5 stars!!

Getting old and starting to show. Overall clean but could've used a new coat of paint in many areas. Atmosphere not best some good stores, recommend Dillard's men's department, good service and selections.Needs more store layout signs as there were none I saw from where I entered by Barnes and Noble booksellers.. Chic Fil A closed Sundays, not a restaurant per session to sit down in . Only food court, hit or miss on reliability.

The mall here is just sad it seems any store that is worth it closes down, the food court is a choice of maybe 4 different restaurants with little variety. We don't need the same restaurants we have not even 10 miles away in the mall there needs to be variety. The hours are fine considering it takes maybe 10 mins to walk around the mall since everything is closed

Some of the department stores can be reasonably priced but there is a store that I just couldn't believe how exspensive everything was. I can't recall the stores name but it was across from the food court. Everthing was so over priced I literally thought the prices where in pesos and not American, so I asked, if the prices where in dollars or pesos. I found out and i couldnt believe the prices at this store! It was clear that everything in the store was way over priced and the quality on most items where very cheaply made. I really thought that some of the items where beautiful and where made with good quality. but just way to exspensive l! I felt like i was in a souvenir shop.

Great little/big Mall in Las Cruces, I & my wife love shopping at the Verizon store, great costumer service, very polite and helpful staff! My wife also recommends Dillard's and JCPenney for anything formal, I also would like to add that JCPenney has nice brand dish wear that is worth taking a look at!

Nice quiet Mall! I love it though. To this day I have never heard or seen anything bad happen. One of the few places in Cruces where teens can hang. It would be fun to see something like an arcade or fun store for them. Security is there but unless needed they stay back.

Mesilla Valley Mall is very nice, fun and entertaining for the whole family. With Chucky cheese literally right next to it the kiddos can enjoy food and fun games and catch a movie afterwards.

I go there to eat the Oriental fast food at the food court. A little pricey at about 10$ per person to eat, but you get the chance to be around a mall full of people minding there own business and even though you're among a ton of people, you can still have a nice peaceful meal alone with everyone around. Make sense? I don't know, I just like it there!

This is going the way that most malls go. Good to waste time walking around, but nothing there you NEED. if anything go there and look at items you are interested in and then but them online without the mark-up

This is a single level mall that is decently large with a good variety of shops. I liked that it had a crowd but did not feel crowded. Note that the food court is kind of small and only has three places Subway, a Chinese food place and a Japanese food place. There is a Chick-fil-A just around the corner in the mall but it was closed on my visit because it was Sunday A nice place but maybe eat outside the mall before shopping.

Malls are headed to the past, but this one has a JCPenney with great deals! There are several other stores who have survived the chopping block. May I say, there is enough empty parking that could be utilized for other stores, such as geared toward teens...because we know, kids like to hang out at the mall.

Had a run in with a very misinformed security guard who told me I needed to remove my service dog because she barked. According to federal law the dog must be under the handlers control and barking once is not out of control.

Only thing: kiosk people are aggressive hunters. Keep your head low, avoid eye contact, walk fast in a serpentine direction... Or pretend to not understand English. Parking isn't bad, usually well lit. Also doubles as one of the best outlooks over the city. ♥️

Well... it's a mall. Lots of clothing stores, a few places to eat, and the last of the big brick and mortar stores like Sears, Dillard's and JC Penney. Online shopping is killing places like this because the internet puts the products of the entire world at your fingertips. Even a huge mall filled with dozens of stores and literally tens of thousands of different products cannot compete with a cell phone and a web browser. The times they are a changing and the era of the big box stores is coming to an end. All that being said, the Mesilla Valley Mall is well maintained and is a clean and pleasant place to do some shopping, but compared to my web browser, the selection of products is quite limited.

The mall is nice. We were looking for size 5 girls shoes and we checked every store and there were so few selections that we were unable to get her some shoes and had to wait till we went to Walmart. The shoe carnival (I think that's the name of the place) seemed to have limited inventory because people were stealing them.

Could use a diverse food selection there are normally a moderate amount of people of all ages roaming around the mall the shops are spaced out with little shops in between the main shops like Game Stop, Spencers, Barns and Noble, Hot topic, Rue 21, Jc Penny's, and Sears to name a few

It's a decent mall but there are alot of empty spaces. I'm not much of a shopper but this mall is a bit thin on places that people younger than me shop . The food court does not have a great selection either but there is a chick filet which is a highlight. Dont try to get much from Sears this one barely has tools any more.

Great shady place to walk and get some good exercise especially in the hot summer. Looks like they have free WiFi and some new shops opening. Great AC in the movie theater.

They could stand to have a free playground for kids, something besides short rides that cost a dollar to operate. The stroller rental is outrageous, $6.00 with only a $.50 refund on return. Fairly small with limited retail, but the air-conditioning works, which is definitely great. I'd probably only return if they put some free activities for kids. Like some educational exhibits or a playground, or something.

A fairly small mall for the whole city. But a place to hang out since they have a Barnes and Noble.

The place is small considering other malls in near by El Paso, but they do keep all locations filled with essential vendors and some specialty shops. The place is kept very clean and maintained. They have plenty of sitting locations since the mall is used by "mall walkers" through out the day but mainly the morning. Security has a pronounced presence which gives it a secure shopping experience.
