0 TODAY , I ALONG WITH MY FAMILY WENT TO MACY'S DEPARTMENT STORE WHERE I SPENT APPROXIMATELY $545.00. WHEN ARRIVING AT MACY'S I SPOTTED AN EMPLOYEE AND ASKED HIM WHERE THE POLO DEPT.WAS & ALSO ASKED WHERE THE ESCALATOR WAS AND HIS DEMEANOR WAS THAT I WAS BOTHERING HIM,,,,, WHEN I ALSO ASKED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WHERE THE ESCALATOR WAS AND THE WOMEN'S DEPARTMENT ,THE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME IT WAS ON THE 2ND FLOOR [WHERE I WAS TO MEET MY WIFE &DAUGHTER.] WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY FOR THE MERCHANDISE THE EMPLOYEE THE EMPLOYEE AT THE REGISTER WAS GIVING ME A HARD TIME WITH THE COUPONS I HAD. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR WHO CAME OVER TO SEE ME. WHEN I EXPLAINED TO THE SUPERVISOR ABOUT THE COUPONS, SHE TOLD ME THAT I COULD NOT USE THEM [THEY WERE CASH COUPONS FOR $20.00 EACH] I CAN GO ON & ON BUT WHY SEND A CUSTOMER THESE COUPONS WHEN MACY'S WON'T LET YOU USE THEM? ALSO, MACY'S NEEDS TO RE-TRAIN IT'S EMPLOYEES WITH DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC AND HOW IT PICKS IT SUPERVISORS WHO DEALS WITH PROBLEMS. IN CLOSING I AM SURE THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD EMPLOYEES WHO CARE.

Not a bad mall. Decent stores. Always kind of uncomfortably hot though. Like the temperature is warm and seldom cool and comfortable. Escalators being broken didn't help. The parking lot and available exits and entrances, especially on the side with the Bahama Breeze and the stores is horrible.

A convenient shopping mall in New Jersey, with some upscale stores, Bloomies and Macys, plus Lord & Taylor to name a few. Plenty of restaurant facilities, with Brio and Cheesecake Factory to please most clientele. Parking is a dream, steps from any store unlike many malls, where multi level parking is the norm and difficult to find the car when needed. There really is no downside to this mall, food court is convenient, mall is not gigantically large, allowing seamless shopping.

It's a pretty good mall. Some good stores. It gets really crowded sometimes but otherwise it's pretty good. Just added a Dave and Busters so its expanding. Sears is closing but all the other stores are pretty nice.

This mall is a human zoo on the weekends. There is ample parking but the internal layout of the mall makes it prone to congestion in key areas. The kiosks in the middle create crowds of people that essentially block foot traffic Also, there isn't a public seating area so people tend to stand around wherever they want creating bottlenecks. They have some decent stores but it's this kind of layout that makes me prefer ordering online.

Nothing special about this mall. Serves it's purpose. I noticed department stores such as Bloomingdales is different from the Short Hills location. Short Hills location appears to have a better inventory of clothing.

The places in the mall aren’t bad at all, but the mall itself is a mess. There are too few bathrooms for its size, the layout is confusing with not enough maps or directions or signs to help you (I’ve been here several times and still don’t know where certain stores that I HAVE BEEN TO are). Whenever I need to go to a mall I take the time and spend the miles to go to other locations and only come here as a last resort. The mall needs to get its act together, clean up its messes, and make its design more logical to human beings.

Clean and vibrant mall that offers a variety of stores and a food court with numerous fast foods eats to include Wendy’s, Popeyes, Subway and other chain restaurants. Space can be cramped at the food when it gets busy during the weekend or holidays. Prices are usually reasonable in the stores and parking ample.

My experience at New York and Company was ideal. Ricardo, an manager on duty assisted me with my purchases. He was very friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. He made it a very pleasant experience, above and beyond.

It's definitely better than my local mall in Rockaway. It has more stores. I love going there. There's still certain stores that aren't there. And they have a lot of stores I'm not interested in but it's an improvement from mine so I can't complain.

It's a MALL!!! All shops you need. Anchor department stores Macy's and Bloomingdales. Very clean. Brand new movie theater with lounge recliner chairs about to open.

Nice small very crowded on a Sunday due to Bergen County having most stores closed on Sunday the mall is the exception. I would plan to visit during the week when it's not so crowded. Unless of course you enjoy people watching. I went there for California Pizza.

Willowbrook mall is a fantastic mall and not very far from my home. I had been they 4 times in the last 6 weeks. So many great stores to shop. Very convenient to Rt80 & Rt46

This mall is decent, it has a good selection of stores to choose from and I like that they remodeled it and added new stores & food places. It's convenient because it's close but it still doesn't compare to other malls in the area.

Great place to shop and eat. My fave is the bourbon wok, but did you know the place across is the same food and owners I found out last week and it was interesting to know if one place is crowded I can go to the other. They have some great restaurants in there.

This used to be the go-to mall in the area, but has gone downhill. A lot of the stores that were good are now gone. Sundays are way too crowded since all the Bergen County malls are closed, so don't bother.

I've actually never heard of this mall and its like a half hour away from me. It's really cool. There's a lot of stores here and a good variety. Theres also a top floor I didn't go to. I went into the Disney Store and GameStop and they were great. Theres also a Dave and Busters I didn't go in but looks really cool. I don't shop for clothes that much but theres a lot of those places too if you're into that.

This is a nice local mall. I give it 4 stars because it is clean and well laid out. If you're within a 10-20 min drive I think it's worth it. I've gone here for needs as varied as eye glasses (great deals), sports/casual/formal wear, and for gifts and house supplies. The dining options are also diverse enough to satiate most tastes on a random afternoon. Parking is ample as well and overall a relaxing mall experience. Nothing extraordinary but a nice local option.
