Parking can be horrible over weekends or holidays! Definitely need more parking capacity to allow shoppers good experience. On the bright side, cars outside and crowds inside the mall shows that physical stores are not dead yet.

Nice, clean, well organized shopping mall. Plenty of fast food options as well as snacking options. Parking is plenty but as with all mall depends on how fortunate you are with respect to how far you're from the entrance. Nice family environment. Go here regularly.

Very convenient outlet mall where makes sense to bring a really big empty suitcase and without problem you'll leave the mall with fully stuffed one (maybe even with second one purchased right there) - so simply shoppaholic paradise, prices are amazing (compared to prices in Europe). There is also (not free) shuttle to the Newark Liberty airport (parking P4 airtrain stop) - it departs every 30 minutes (price 5 USD one-way, 9 USD return).

Labour Day holiday, lots of discounts and bargains to be had, more than normal, but the place was heaving with people. Queues at every food outlet. Must remember not to visit again on a public holiday, save it for another day.

Outdated facilities. Stores packed with clothing feels like a cheap street market. Good customer service( Both stars to them). Very hard to find something for those coming from Europe. Very limited food options mostly junk food with everything deep fried. All familiar brands like Guess, CK and Tommy H have very wide fits and fabrique quality is more like what you order from AliBaba, than what one expects from a branded store. A day outside NY wasted.

I used to like this mall because it’s indoors, has a lot of stores, but not anymore. It is very very crowded, even weekdays. Also they lack Security, because we had 2 incidents at this mall and we looked for Security desks and couldn’t find. And when we found a Security guy at one of the stores, he directed us to the mall’s security that was nowhere to be found. Parents don’t let your kids go to the restrooms by themselves! There are a lot of creeps at this mall! We don’t have kids but we witnessed a scary incident.

This mall is great! It's pretty big and has alot of different stores with different price range which I think is great. It's pretty well kept it's nice and clean with free parking, I went on a weekend so it was a little hard to find a parking spot but it's worth it because it was very nice. I highly recommend the trip to this mall. I am from New York and you just don't find malls like this in New York!

Visited the mall hoping prices will be much better than NY and taxes will be lpw. Some shops had amazing deals and lots of discounrs although some stores had standard prices. Entrance has charging points and lots of food option. If travellong from NY, bus 111 from NY port authority bus standard goes directly to the mall.

If you are a traveler like me, it’s a nice place to kill some time before your flight. The brands are standard inclusions of all Simon outlet. You may be disappointed if you expect to find close to new arrivals of the season. But if you look closer enough, you might still find a bargain.

A very large outlet mall with 2 levels. Has a movie theater close but not attached. We came to watch a late morning movie. We were able to park close. Easy ticket ordering through kiosk with assigned seats. The theater had stadium seating. The seats were average and not the nice leather auto recliners found at newer or remodeled theaters. But they were comfortable enough to sit through the 3 and a half hour movie. The movie started with the overhead lights stiil on. Someone went out to get someone to turn them off. About 5 minutes later someone came in and turned off the overhead lights which was done with a key. We left after the movie was over and the parking lot was full with cars circling around like vultures looking for someone to leave so they can get their parking spot.

From jersey city, its the best and nearest outlet malls to do shopping, though there is the newport mall but i prefer this ... i did all my thanksgiving shopping from this mall. They have all the popular brands, you name it and they have it. Apart from that they have a huge parking space as well and even food court has great food options ..something which you want to have while doing shopping.. the fast food types. There are enough restrooms and they are pretty clean.

Choose your day and go .. on long weekends and festival times, it goes crazy .. it’s even tough to find a parking .. they have now started paid parking for 5$ or 8$ because of the demand .. the outlet mall has a lot of varieties of shops. Very nice cafe too .. lots and lots of walking around :) we love shopping here !

I love this shopping center. There are so many good stores to browse through lots of stores with lots of parking. Signage makes it easier to find each store. Nice sidewalks to walk and bring my dog around when I'm shopping. Whatever you need. it's here highly recommended!

The Nike factory always always always has something for everyone! I needed kicks for my son for back to school and I was on a budget and we found so many great options! Great mall if you're in the area. It's a huge layout with a ton of various stores, from boutiques to multi brand stores, and booths. You can easily spend an entire day shopping here. The movie theater is also pretty good, they get in some indie movies sometimes so that's nice as well

Great mall to visit! We have been there for 10 hours!! Very cheap brands from all kinds. You can find here laugges, shirts, shoes, jackets, phone cases and every thing you want. Bus takes you directly to the mall from pen station.

Great selection of stores. I do not think there is a mall in the 5 borough that has all the stores this mall has under one roof. This is a great place to come shop if you need to do a lot of shopping in a short period of time. As mentioned in other reviews, there are not many areas to sit so you will have not choice but shop, eat or go home. For a mall of this size, the food options were not great. There are more food options in Roosevelt Field Mall. The A/C on the second floor could also be better.

Great shopping mall with so many brand name stores and discount offers. As for parking I notice that only part of the lots close to kapkoswsky road is really crowded. The lots are much bigger than they look from that side, so circle around the mall toward AMC theater and you will find an empty spot easily even during weekends

Great mall for all your shopping needs for men women and children. They have a lot of stores for whatever you need. The prices are usually very good. Most stores gave good sales lots of times. Just be careful the mall gets pretty packed on rainy weekends and on vacation days! But it's always worth going!! Parking can also get hard when the mall is full!

Pretty big and impressive mall with lots of dining options and shops to fit any shopping taste. The decor is very contemporary and nearly every name brand store here is an Outlet Store, meaning they'll have stuff that comparable stores in other malls won't have. One drawback is there is not nearly enough seating for shoppers outside of the food court, forcing multiple areas to be overrun by people just sitting on the ground in the aisles.

This mall has a ton of great deals and a sizeable food court (I love the Cajun Grill!). The mall itself is huge, so it's easily a day's worth of exercise. Minus one star for difficulty of navigation -- the layout makes it tricky to move between floors and it wasn't easy to find a mall directory.

Great place to shop for bargains. Most name brand stores are here and all offer some kind of discounts. The only downfall is that if you go Friday to Sunday parking is difficult. If you can make it during the week... this is the best time to shop. Not many people, shelfs are packed and parking is available.

Really huge mall, loved it. Best to find all famous brands outlets under one roof. Good to shop for less n find great deals on your favorite stuff. Don't forget to wear a comfortable shoes n spare couple of hours to explore it. Neat clean, well maintained with good parking space. Highly commended.

The mall is very good place to shop when you stay in New York and want to buy big brands in reasonable prices it has a very comfortable transportation from manhattan the bus lives from the central of the city and drop right in the mall entrance and same for the return the prices in the stores are very good and also in the entrance of the mall you can get a coupon book that gives you more discount in almost all stores at the mall for only five dollars ( I return it after the first purchase) there’s also a food court and places to get coffee in the mall. Very good experience and nice place to spend a day out of the city.

Always too crowded, not enough options when it comes to food. This place needs dedicated people to organize it and take care of the cleaning. The parking is another issue that has to be addressed, you can easily go around for an hour to get a spot.

This stores are good for the most part, but the serious problem with this store is its size and the amount of shops there are. You can get lost in this mall looking a just one store, and most of the time, they don't even have what you need. The parking is okay, but it could be better.

If you are going to New York for shopping I would definitely recommend visiting Jersey Gardens! We picked up some amazing deals out there such as 50% off in an Adidas store and buy one get 75% off in the Converse store. Definetly somewhere worth checking out!

Outlet mall with a good off saks and decent C21. Nice stop to buy a few things if your early to Newark and need to kill some time. Dont know about the rest of the mall bc those are the only stores I hit. I think there is one more designer diacount iin the mall near C21 but I can't remember the name. Sales tax is cheaper in Jersey if ya dont know.

This mall is huge! I absolutely love it. It's better than the ones in Connecticut. I will definitely be coming here again when I'm back in New Jersey. Please wear comfortable shoes when coming here because theirs a lot of walking, and like I stated previously, the mall the huge!!

The movie was great, but it was listed to start at 12 noon as the first movie and when we got there we were surprised to find the movie theater closed! We were not the only ones there either. We did see a police officer leaving the premises. Worst than that was how we were treated by the manager who basically call us liars, when we put our complaints.

I used to love to go to this mall but today I was really disappointed. I went to Children's place. There was a huge line. I didn't know why and I can't see because the line was all the way behind the clothes. Any way, after half an hour it was my turn. Three cashiers were helping one cashier which was not fair since I had my two kids with me and it is my son's graduation next week and had a lot to do. People behind me started complaining so I said it is not fair three cashiers helping one and holding the line. So the cashier started yelling at me and saying yah do you have a problem with that? Another cashier asked her NICELY to calm down. I said are you the manager she said yes. Then the cashier asked the lady behind me to step in so she can help her. I still can't believe this. So rude and no one did anything about it. After half an hour waiting on line I just left my stuff on the table and left the store. If a manager and a cashier are friends forget about it. They can humiliate you and you can't do anything. Good job Children's place and good job Jersey Garden, you just lost a customer

Great stores. I’d love to stay and shop and spend more.... However NOWHERE to sit when you need to take a break from shopping. I currently have a brace on my ankle and generally get around fine with it. But I’m leaving without spending as much as I would because there’s just nowhere for me to sit and rest. The food court is full, too. I’ve been in malls in 35 of 50 states and probably half a dozen countries and this is the first place that didn’t have one single solitary bench to sit on for five minutes. It is for this reason alone I CANNOT recommend this place. I’ll take my money to a place that has a few amenities and comfort...

The Shops are amazing and the shops are big! The workers and the janitors are very nice! The parking lot is not that big but still... I like this place! I think this is the biggest mall in NJ! If you are from out of town this is a good mall/outlet to shop. We have all the same stores where I am from, but not the regular store and the outlet in the same building. Some brands have 3 retail locations in this mall. It is very convenient and clean. If you have money to burn then I highly recommend this place.

It's a great mall. Lots of brands & stores. A food court with decent variety & snack shops in the mall. Got kid friendly carts & shopping carts for bulk shopping. Plenty of restrooms & mostly clean & decently maintained. There are seating areas inside to rest & massage chairs etc to revive. Its large but not complicated to manouver. Difficult to find a parking spot. Always crowded. Great deals & sales all year round.

A huge Mall with ample parking available in the huge Parking lot. I visited the Mall and there are number of stores of well brand inside. But I did not purchase anything since could not find anything so much attractive. We had been to the Food Court and enjoyed some happy bites and a beverage. The Food Court is not so expensive and has a variety of food available. The Mall is well maintained and nice place to visit. There are some seating arrangement just at the exit which is a plus for these kind of Malls. The Seating arrangement is good for people waiting for Cabs or the Vehicles arriving for pickup. This is a good initiative having seating arrangement at the Exit and all the Malls and Shopping Centers should follow this concept.

As of today 7/21 I will NEVER come to this mall again!! Someone broke into my car while it was parked in the parking lot, they stole my cousin purse with all her information (drivers license, bank card, money) in it with her house keys, also took clothes, and the license plate off the front of my car. I called the Elizabeth police & mall security. I spoke to the mall security and he called the cops. When the cops got there I flagged them down, told him what happened & to show there where the car was located when the incident happened. The officer (who was also a supervisor he stated” told me that he was too busy to investigate the situation and drove off.

I love The Mills at Jersey Gardens. It's a super mall, featuring signature fashion brands, and exquisitely placed in the Jersey Gardens. The layout of the Mall aids accessibility to the many shopping outlets. I also love that the food court is at the middle level. I didn't have the time to explore all areas, but I saw enough to be really impressed! Keep it up, guys....
