Ideal place to shop with all the usual department stores readily available. There's usually a sale at these stores the food court is pretty good. Standard size mall, clean, safe, huge parking space.

I love the Monmouth!! The food is great and most of the stores are awesome!! I would have written a five star rating, but since some stores are closing and some of my favorite stores closed, so I did a four star.

Monmouth Mall is good. I work for a non profit located on a the lower level. we screen seniors for benefits they may be entitled to.

Went to Boscov's.....wish more folks still used and took advantage of these malls. It won't be nice when they're all gone. Everything we do is done from our shirt pocket, anymore. Now, think about where to buy your next shirt. Support our brick and mortar, and the workers whose lives depend upon them.

We decided to go walk the mall after eating at shake shake to get rid of a few calories and wound up in the dead zone,I never seen a mall especially that one empty, a lot of stores closed up too.Its actually sad to see this cause I remember being there in the 80’s and through the 90’s and that was the place to go it was always mobbed,Good memories from my childhood here especially around the holiday season.I guess online shopping causes this to happen

It's small. People that work at the stores are a little rude. BK chicken sandwich was burnt but their fries were really crispy but it needed some salt. They also didn't have black peppers.

This is an ok mall, usually very quiet. I feel like it caters to a very small group, not much variety. Im a local but if I was not, I wouldn't drive out of my way to come shop here. Mall in Freehold is so much better.

One of the better malls in the area. There aren't a whole lot of empty shop fronts, and the stores they have are varied and generally well kept. The food court and attached movie theater are easy ways to kill time, and the downstairs gym and rec area make for a unique addition to any mall.

Very nice mall they have Macy's and all kinds of good shopping I enjoy going to planet fitness, grabbing a coffee in the food court and strolling around seeing what's going on in Macy's and the other department stores. Good sales going on.Boscov's is always a Treat!

I had not been here since I moved back to north Jersey 8 years ago. Wow lot has changed. This mall used to really suck. There was nothing in it. Now however it has a lot to offer. The food court still needs some help but otherwise they fixed this mall up pretty good.

This mall is a ghost town. SMH. Owners have issues what to do with the space. All malls are dealing with consumers current choice of buying. Should combine some type of family time with buying time. Give people a reason to come to the malls other than purchasing something you can get from Amazon. I went to get a gift at Wolfs. So many choices. Friendly helpful service. Love that store. Hope it survives.

It's kind of small for a mole doesn't have too much of a wide selection of stores and options. If you're looking for a quick shopping visit I'm sure they'll have what you need.

The mall is stale and many stores leave do to high rent. Saw two more food venders at food court left and they not long ago lost a clinch-pin store Lord and Taylor.

My wife and I love to shop here lots of great stores and fast food restaurants we enjoy Johnny rockets and the Chinese place Cajun grill very much. Best mall around check this place out for great deals and affordable shopping

Good store selection but the food court has very few choices and not much in the way if healthy. Half the spaces are closed. Also there’s very little in the way of eateries at the other end if the mall by Boscovs.

I really liked this mall, and I dread going to malls. Smaller than alot of malls, but still lots of stores. Not as busy and found great clothes for a teen boy. Stopped at Starbucks for a treat. Would definitely recommend this mall for a quick day of productive shopping without the hassle of fighting the crowds. Found a parking spot pretty easily not to far from the entrance.

Just ok. Definitely not an upscale mall. But Barnes and Nobles was really nice, good selection of books, store was clean and service friendly. Boscov's had excellent prices but understaffed. Macy's was average.

Monmouth Mall is a great mall, however could be better. Compared to other malls like freehold for example, freehold towers over Monmouth Mall any day. I'm glad Monmouth exists because it's close to me and has what I need, but it doesn't have absolutely everything that I need. A lot of places open up and close down within a year in Monmouth Mall. But that's to be expected.

I have been shopping at Monmouth Mall, before it was a mall. Just a few major department stores and smaller jewelry, clothing stores etc. were there. There have been many changes and renovations over the years. But the large variety of stores are still here to enjoy. You should be able to find almost anything at this mall. Large food court, and movie complex too.

This is a really nice mall to shop at. Food court is always crowded. & I recommend Cajun Cafe. They have my favorite food. It's always hot and fresh.

Love this mall. As a African America I walk the mall freely without the feeling of being watched in any store. The staff are sideways eager to help. There's a movie theatre here! And the just recently opened a Shake Shack. All the stores you need are located here

Parking is always a challenge and tends to be crowded. Store selection is basic compared to most other malls. The food court is pretty large and conveniently next to the movie theater.

With everything is going on with the mall owners and what they want to do I give it a 1. Businesses are closing. I don't go to any mall much any longer because they all look alike. Monmouth has ran out most of the unique mom and pop stores. It's all chains and cookie cutter stores for what's left there! How does one go on a Saturday afternoon and it's EMPTY!

This mall used to be much better. Over half the mall is closed now. It reminds me of how Seaview mall was before it was knocked down. I don't think there is anything that could save it now.

Its a great theater, however with every given theater, there are going to be disruptive people. There were these two attendees that kept on getting up in the middle of the movie during crucial points and walking in front of me, across the theater, blocking my view. They did this 4 times before i spoke up and told them that I'd appreciate it if they didn't block my view and disrupt my viewing of the movie, and yet they still didn't stop. For one reason or another they kept on getting up and walking past my row and blocking my view instead of just using the stairs that were literally right next to their seats to get down. They chose to walk all the way across the row and disrupt everyone sitting in the row (my row), just to get to the stairs on the other side, when they just as easily could've used the stairs on their side. Now, this isnt the theaters fault but ive been to every theater in the area and i keep facing the problem of disruptive audience members who ruin the movie for others, either by walking in front of people blocking their view, talking, using their cellphone, bringing their crying baby to the theater, etc. Theaters should have an employee or usher sit in with the audience during the movie so they can remove/kick out any disruptive audience members. This would improve the moviegoing experience for everyone as they would not be bothered by anyone else being disruptive and can focus on the movie in front of them, which they PAYED to watch. I'm not trying to slander the theater or its employees, as I know that they work hard to make what can only be assumed as the minimum wage or something close to it, BUT we are all paying customers and we shouldn't have to suffer due to the disruptive behavior of other audience members who cannot behave themselves and their kids. Theaters should take preventative measures and action to ensure that disruptive customers are kicked out or removed so they dont disrupt other paying customers. I have detailed how, above.

The ol mall is gett'in a little run-down. Kinda sad you know. Supposedly the mall is scheduled for a major redo, including residential development. Not sure who would want to live at the mall. AMC does have iMax. Bobby's Burgers is closed

This mall has an amazing variety of stores and restaurants. Parking is free, easy, and spacious. The mall itself is very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this place!
