Nice and big all most all the major brands shop is there food court is decent. My kids love the play are most. Love to see so many brands under one roof. One of the best shopping mall , and not so crowded. Huge parking area.

Very depressing mall to go to. Its empty, stores were closed and store that were open were a mess. Also fix the escalator... It's squeaking loudly. You would think since its a Simon Mall, it would be better. Menlo is the best Simon Mall in the area.

They had all the roads around the mall close causing serious delays had one or two entrances/exits took 20 min just to get out of the parking lot. Escalators were being repaired so who knows how to get down stairs if you've never been there before. Terrible experience.

I went to Macy's and I found a pair of Calvin Klein baggy type, beautiful pink and gray pants for only 26 dollars. I found a matching pink sweater and my whole total came to only 38 dollars. Macy's has changed a lot and are targeting more modern clientele.

This is the mall I go to when I don't want to go to the mall, lol. It's always quiet and never busy...even on the weekends. They have a nice range of low price to mid range stores. It has just enough stuff to keep everyone happy and occupied for a decent outing. I always feel like some of the stores are always going out of business because they can be a bit empty shelf-wise at times. It has a nice play area so it's def kid friendly. Bonus points for having a Barnes & Noble (which also has a nice kid section with tables and toys!!) They have a little Starbucks in there as well. And this is the only mall I know of with a Dollar store...odd. This mall desperately needs a Forever 21. It would def bring in more shoppers.

When the weather gets cold and dreary, as it is now, I prefer to get my 10,000 daily steps done indoors. As such, I go to the local malls to do my walking. It allows me to do some window shopping and people watch as I stride. For the record, I count 2,235 steps on one complete pass.

I've been coming to this mall almost my whole life. I personally like it because there are a lot of discounts in the stores there. The food court is pretty decent. They have Chinese, subway, popeyes, etc. They could add more shops. Lots of good shops went away though which makes me sad. Used to enjoy the candy shop. I do like the Christmas tree during winter though. I'm giving it 4 stars just because of all the good shop closures in the last few years.

I came here to pick up an online order from Macy's. I parked at the upper level and was unable to take the Macy's escalator down to the lower level. It was out of order. I walked out to the mall but the closest escalator looked like it was being replaced since it was completely ripped out. I walked to the further escalator to the lower level and walked back to Macy's. I should have taken the elevator in Macy's which I did to get back to the upper level. I definitely got a good walk out of this. The pickup was seemless and quick.

Average at best. Very nice in some parts besides roomy,but some areas including the escalators looks like they haven't been touched in months. Foodcourts is pretty sizeable despite not many places. Feel once the mall gets taken care of properly,it'll be much better.

Nice variety of big box stores like Sears and Macy's, along with smaller chains like Hot Topic, Game Stop, Claire's, Quails, Kay's, Icing, A Dollar, Express, etc. Mall has maps located conveniently throughout each concourse. Clean restrooms. Working elevators, but escalators were out of service.

I really like Livingston Mall. They have a variety of great stores. During the holidays, they always surprise the children with a special visit from the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus. They are traditional, innovative, current and customer focused. I enjoy going to Livington Mall.

The worst mall. It's for people with no fashion sense and the elderly. The selections are outdated and the store is closed at 9 pm. The stores within the mall close even earlier. It's a last option mall, not a first choice.

This place is just plain depressing. Even though it doesn’t have that abandoned mall look(yet), it does have that, this is why physical retail is suffering kind of look. Especially the Macy’s and Sears. I know Sears is suffering, but damn, they need to put the Livingston Mall location out of its misery already. The Macy’s...wow. Macy’s looks like a hurricane went through the store in 1986 and they never cleaned up or renovated.

I been going to this mall when I was young it had so much options great stores and etc. But as I got older and came back to this mall a lot have changed, there’s not that many stores to shop from. Mall is very dry which is a surprise to me.

I always enjoyed going to livingston mall it used to be great and my go to place now some of my favorite stores have gone and no new ones are in replace of them just empty space its almost like a ghost town.Two escalators that didnt work were somewhat taken apart and taped off it looked like a unkept construction site inside. By the main entrance the parking lot was taped off where you could only park in certain spaces. It was very disappointing to see the mall in this condition like the people over it don't care anymore.

This is a fairly standard Simon Mall that needs some major updating. It's usually not at all busy except on the weekends and major holidays. People here are generally friendly. The escalator has been under repair for what seems like a year which adds to the run down feeling of this mall. The bright spot in this mall is the Barnes & Noble which is very nice and new.

This is a nice mall with lots of stores to choose from but it was almost empty. You can see how much the economy has affected people because the place was practically a ghost town. Not many were shopping. I did see some families there at the free children's play section. I got a cup of pretzel nuggets and a drink and that was $10.00! I can't imagine what a family of 4 would spend on snacks.

this is a nice mall to walk around. most of the stores are affordable and there is a good selection of stores. there is also a food court so that's really nice too with a variety of different kinds of food and there's also some restaurants too if you wanted a nicer sit down place. the parking lot is big so I've never had a big issue with finding parking.

This mall wasn't as good as the other malls that I have been to in New Jersey. I enjoyed Willow Brook and Paramus mall way better compared to this one because they had more attractions and better selections of stores food and other interesting material. In my opinion the Livingston mall is very little to offer besides a very cool human size chess board and peace. The chessboard was very fun and I would really recommend the if you were to come here to go check out this attraction. Besides the chessboard nothing else really stood out to me. The amount of people that were there at the time I visited was actually very low which makes me presume that this mall will be closing down soon. So if you want to go for closes down I would really recommend it. I not saying that it will close down but in my opinion because of the lack of people there's a good chance of it may closeing down.

I am admittedly giving a high review because of its proximity to where I’ve lived my whole life and it being very reliable for a quick run, however I do think it could be reliable for anyone regardless. If you’re passing it, in a rush and you can hit it and grab a couple things quick to make life easier it’s a good option. If you’re looking for a really nice mall experience...just drive another 10 mins to short hills mall
