I enjoyed my early morning shopping no crowds, no long long lines just me and the store employees. OMG! I had to found out the hard way that Models is no longer in Kings Plaza Shopping Center. I didn't realize until I found myself walking in circles looking for the store before I exited the mall. I was shocked, upset and informed by a perfume woman employed by Macy's. I took a moment gathered my thoughts, bandaged my emotions and washed my sorrow away with Cinnabon. Ok Kings Plaza you got some making up to do.

Not good, the stores in there are very expensive plus you to pay $3 for parking. Really!I can go to Gateway mall and get better deals in those stores plus the parking is free. Gateway will put them out of business soon. I been going to plaza shopping mall for many years, no more.

This mall is the one of the best at Flatbush Ave in Brooklyn. I use to go the movie theater in that mall. This mall is really big. Guys take your kids to the mall for fun someday in the future. The mall is really fresh and nice and clean like you're in heaven.

It’s a pretty decent mall however, the mall needs to focus more on its hygiene. The public restroom is disgusting, many unflushed toilets, without any bidets! The security guards do nothing when people need help. For instance, one day, I was enjoying the mall’s ice cream with my sister, sitting on one of the mall’s couches, when suddenly, a woman just slapped and kicked her own child in public. I called her out, telling her that this type of behaviour is ILLEGAL, and I will call a security guard for the harsh abuse. The women kept harassing and cursing me, my sister, and a few other people out. Disgusting how the security guards were standing right there, and doing absolutely nothing for the poor daughter when she’s enduring through a mother’s abuse. That lady made a huge scene and the whole mall went silent! I beg for the security guards to be more awareness of these issues and to actually do SOMETHING when people need help. Otherwise, this mall has really good shopping malls and generous costumer services.

They have a lot of stores her. Almost easy to get lost in a good way. If your planning on shopping, have a lot of money ready if you want to go in one or more stores, AND eat there too. I made the mistake of only bringing $20, and spent it all at one store. It's a good place to be with friends and family there, as it'll be less boring. There are alot of seating areas so if you ever get tired or just done with everything, you can just plop down. I went there with my friend, and we might go again before summer ends. Honestly 10/10 will come again.

I was in this restaurant the first time, came to launch with my kids and in-laws. surprisingly it was very crowded at 11 AM Thursday. When I tried the food I understood why they're so busy. Unlike the fast food Chinese restaurant, which I knew so far, that food was very sophisticated and tasty. Very different for me, but I enjoyed it

The mall is clean, quiet, peaceful and not overly crowded. I was pleased to find a variety of stores from very affordable to out of my reach. I made a stop at my favourite store, Jcpenney and spent quite a bit of time in there....they had so many things for me to see :-) and I wanted to see it all and the prices were not deterrents so I ended up with a large bill, buying for myself and family. I also went to Macy's, Burlington, Famous Footwear, Old Navy, Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret and The Children's Place. I'll go to Rainbow when I go back and some other stores. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. The only thing I would add are some massage chairs so that when you're tired from all the shopping, you can sit a while, get a massage n go again

Went on a weekend not the best idea... went to Macy's to help a friend shop for a bag. I guess because it was the weekend the service was really bad not enough coverage on the sales floor and the one you did find were busy assisting other customers. Had to wait 20 to 30 min for someone to help us. Would never go back on a weekend... bad impression for a first visit.

Oh, it's nice, lots of people, it's fun, there is a lot of things to do. Plenty of stores to shop. Plenty of food places, restrooms and plenty of parking. Do not put your bags down keep it in your hands, cause I sat my bag down while getting a message in the massage chair and was talking to a family member, someone took my bag. Smh, but other than that its relaxing. So go and window shop or shop and have some fun.

The staff for the mall itself is very rude.Yhe bathrooms are so disgusting . The floors are lined with pee and toliet paper and the toliets have so much fluids on the seat that you aren't even sure what it is anymore.I have never visited this mall and seen it clean and I have been there at least ten different occasions. It doesn't matter if this mall is jam packed or a ghost town it's never clean.Im just not going back. I want to shop somewhere that's sanitary.

This mall has come a LONG way from the early 2000's the variety of stores has definitely improved and caters to the current demographic. Great location. Primark and Burlington both in one mall. Absolute heaven

Great place in Brooklyn, there is a Primark store which is only a year old, you can find amazing prices and fashion in general, the commonly known chain of low cost clothing in Europe is opening stores now in the States, there is a large store here in Kings Plaza. There is also a Burlington store at the mall, you can easily catch public service busses at the entry of the mall, it is absolutely worth visiting.

I went to KP Mall around 11:00 am, if was a nice experience. Mall is clean, public bathroom's on 2nd floor are very clean. Only negative is $3.00 parking fee.

Actually very good place for shopping. But 2 stars cuz they make very bad trick on me, I paid for parking inside mall on that parking machines, paid $4, well from paid moment to moment out, it was like 10min, and they charged me for $1 extra, I mean, yeah not crazy money, but why then I have to pay inside and they strictly asking for that, if anyhow you will be charged again. It was not my first visit to this mall and it never happened like this before. Well, be careful!!!

It's always a place to go when you're bored, just shop for random stuff. I mean why not ? Shopping kills boredom, plus the Threading place to get you're eye brows done is Amazing. I reccomend you go with the older lady with the thick framed glasses, she's the most experienced of them all, not to say they aren't all good but I think she is the owner.

Its becoming more nice in there with them adding more clothing stores. Finally they be having ALL types of different colors. As of today 8/18/19 Haagen dazs was the worst today, they section smelled like doo doo. It was so bad ppl couldnt stand there longer to order, i almost puked.

Many stores and great buys to be had. The topper of the charts would be Primark. Added to that the mall and in some instances the stores have free wifi that's pretty reliable. ... kings plaza has many stores and restaurants you are bound to find something for the whole family and cash in on great savings.

okay mall, but terrible McDonalds. Had to take back a simple cup of coffee twice. First time for hair in the coffee lids and second for incorrect order. After I almost finished the coffee did the hair problem resurface. This miki-dees has always been problematic imho. Always incorrect orders haphazardly made.

A Brooklyn institution - have been frequenting this location back when there was an Alexander's, then a Sear's. It's been a pleasure watching it develop and expand into the wonderful mall it has become. Small loss on the movie theater, but it's been great to see the new luxury brands that have been opening. This is a great mall ; may not have every store on the planet but it had enough stores AND I got a pair of 80.00 jeans for my daughter for 4.90 at EXPRESS the lady behind the counter really went to bat with the coupons. Very nice and before you leave they have a kiosk for the parking lot it cost about 4.00 to park 2-3 hours which is fine with me as long as they have parking I’m a happy camper . Recommended for sure !

I haven't been there in over two years. They remodeled quite well since then and since the fire last year. Place is well lit and kept clean. Workers are helpful with a good attitude and look comfortable at their jobs(happy). Place is spacious however all seating areas the benches, chairs, couches are WAY too low to the ground Makes you wonder if its just for small children. Difficult for elderly to get up from there or people with back problems. Sorry just saying it as I see it. Finding specific stores might be a bit of a challenge but overall a good experience. Shoppers look happy so the environment is good.

I will say it's a very nice shopping center in downtown Brooklyn. It has everything from Best buy to ZARA. Oh found the shops filled with good stuff, especially Macy's men section and JC penny. For kids it's a nice place. Overall good family shopping center. Good parking space. But when they close ,customer service all of sudden become too pushy, they wanna leave you asap,and I understand everyone wanna go home. So please guys donot test them too much. Yesterday was a hot day and I spent few hours there. V nice experience

I had a nice shopping experience, as most locations can have long lines but fortunately I found my items, with great help from the staff, they were on sale and I was in & out on a timely manner. The only drawback is there is no reception for Tmobile customers and that was inconvenient

Good afternoon! I am a resident of Brooklyn and really like to shop at Kings Plaza. Yesterday we went shopping with my doughter and planned to make a lot of purchases. But we were lost and spent all the time looking for each other. Because there is no Wi-Fi service on the plaza and phones didn’t work either ... On such a large square in the 21st century this is a very big problem. Please pay attention to this!

Between a poor Best Buy customer service experience and an end of the day fiasco of a meal at Sbarro's I can tell you it will be a while before I will elect to spend my time and money at this place. It is conveniently located but definitely needs a staffing upgrade across the board. Service matters. Someone should pass the word.

Most of the mall smells of fresh cookies and cinnamon rolls baking. What's not to like? Except for the Parking situation. That needs serious improvement! It is crazy

I absolutely love this plaza!!! The stores are reasonable, I always find what I want within my budget; the food court offerings are great (check out the Asian cuisine...); and the bathrooms are clean (for the most part). This has been my most visited mall for the past couple of years.

Kings Plaza has a lot of great stores. But the parking situation is horrendous. They went from charging $3 to park to $3 per hour. They have some exits close and it takes a long while to exit. When they decide to fix this maybe I can give more stars. Until then you just need patience.

What can I say? Alright. I’ve been going to this mall for probably about 10 years. They have a lot of stores, many different varieties. Here’s the thing though. There are days where I feel like there’s nothing to buy at KP, but then once in a while you want to buy many things here. Kind of wish it was more safe though security wise. This mall is known for some crazy fights, just please improve the security & I’ll give y’all 5 stars.

With exception to Burlington, Primark is the new and only reason I go to Kings Plaza. The quality of the fabrics are wonderful, nice selection of items and you definitely can't beat prices. Very modern store, also, the design of the store when you drive pass is eye catching and just genius very inviting.

Should have stopped charging for parking years ago, neighborhood gets clogged with traffic because no one wants to pay. Of course if you are a car dealership, they have plenty of room for them.

I live close and I avoid this mall. They have tried to upgrade with certain name brand stores but still don't enjoy shopping here. I only run in to get something quick. Don't enjoy walking around here. Basically the attitude of shoppers and clerks in the store.

I have not been in Kings Plaza in a while but I must admit it is very nice. The renovations was excellent. The service I have received was very professional and courteous. The Best Buy I visited was good and the service was a little wait but it was worth it.
