This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Empty-nice place for a walk
This poor mall has so many empty stores. Back in the day this was the place to shop. I love Sears and Jcpenney I am glad they are still in business there.
It used to be so busy and alive. Now, it feels like a ghost town mall. I had no idea if the mall was even open, because I walked in a few hours before they closed, and every business I saw from the entrance, had their chain link security curtain like things all pulled down like they do when they close down. Sad, really. So many memories.
Went to the Meet the Sloth event. It was AWESOME. Also thank you to mall staff for accommodating and letting the presentation be moved out of the old dress barn room. So many people came. It was great!
Always love this place but not much left in it to shop so sad
There's hardly any stores left.
This place is dying but I still love it and hope it will revive.
This place is awesome. Go early, stay late. $10 for unlimited fun! I took my grandson and we bounced for 2 hrs. Adults are welcome in the courses. Some had slides, obstacles, big red balls (just like from the show "Wipeout") while others were very little kid friendly. I had a blast and so did my grandson. Great staff and a bathroom in the house. Clean, fun and very exciting. We will be back soon!
Go to altitude! The mall is basically abandoned at this point. I miss the shops from a decade ago but they are not coming back.
Love the mall( keep it alive )they have some really good stores with no problems plus fast shopping. A really great little mall.
Clean but very empty and almost eerie.
Went here for the animal exhibit and had a blast!
One of the most empty stores I've ever been to but for someone wanting to go in and be taken care of right away, get done what they need/want to...I'd say it's the best Verizon store I've been to. Plus the staff, Alex who was very helpful over the phone when I called with questions before going in, and both guys that were working when I made it in finally (both were named Nick), were very friendly and personable. Highly recommend friends!!!
It was once a great place to go but now it's fragment of its former self
The mall looks like a ghost town, but still had what I was shopping for!! A shame seeing all the new stores going up around them!!
banned from here, but a good place 8)
This place is a ghost town. It's actually creepy. They need to revamp and get stores to come back. It reminded me of a horror movie.
Good staff in the stores but too many empty stores. Kind of depressing...
It isn't even really a mall. It only has about 4 stores. It's really good for walking though, or meeting up with friends
Lack of stores and eateries...ghost town
Sad but slowly dying
This mall is falling apart it use to have so much life now it has almost no stores and it's ashame
Steeplegate Mall is not what it once was. Alot of stores and eateries have closed. Not many options for buying products. They all seem to be the same just a different price. They need more pazazz in the mall. My favorite store if I had to pick one is the chocolate/candy store. If they ever close then there would be no reason for me to set foot in the mall again. Unless they did some drastic changes. Kind of disappointed that the Christmas store is only open during holiday season. It's a great store in my opinion to shop year round.
A handful of stores remain...half are worth the trip, half are cheap junky places. The food court is a joke. I remember its heyday in the 80s and 90s and now it's just depressing. Drive the extra 20 minutes to the Mall of NH instead.
This mall is near empty many closed doors
The stores I visit are great and mostly friendly there. We don't want to lose the mall and let's get the food court back up and lively again, great place to walk an talk and sit and chat with friends an food, plus charge your phone
There are almost no businesses left here. We went to see the children's art display but otherwise would not go there.
Not really much to see here anymore. Sad going in and seeing everything empty. Only things worth going in for are the hot topic and B&B works. Not sure why there's a school in a mall either. Would be nice if they brought more stores in to make it worth going.
Shop that JC Pennies good store plenty of off-street parking handicap entrances good variety of clothing prices are decent
As empty as a college students bank account.
Great selection and stores, but the place was a ghost town.
There are no stores, no food court and even the dunkin donuts pulled out. Do not waste your time, go to mall of nh in Manchester. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Once a nice mall but now it is on the brink of death. Not worth a trip for the selection that's left.
They're are no stores there anymore and no food court at all.
The mall is so empty it is like a ghost town. Hardly any stores, and only one business in the food court
It made me so sad to see how few shops are left in the mall. I love going there for bath and body works and jc penny. I wish more shops would move in there. Right now is say there are fewer than 10 or 12 total.
Always a pleasant atmosphere! And super clean! Could use a Dunkins compared price but locally owned coffe shop, some more specialty shops, and some local draw. Like bands and family activities! And a free child play area.
Place is a ghost town. That's a lot of acreage for Spencer's and Hot Topic. Maybe lower the rent or something? If that place is still open in a year, I'll be shocked.
It's nice, but not many stores remain open.
All lonely now ;(
It's sad how there are practically no stores left! I used to go on the weekends and the mall would be jam packed.
A Favorite Place. Really the Heart of Concord.
Love this small mall I wish the stores would stay
Miss the shops, looking bare each time I go.
This is like visiting a funeral home mortuary or crypt it's cold it's empty there's no life I don't know why it's still open. This place is very very creepy.
Would give one and a half stars if I could. I wouldn't even consider this a mall as there's more empty stores than open ones. Separately I would give the store's inside the mall much higher ratings but in general the mall as a whole isn't a place I would go if I wanted to shop for several things. Very sad to see all the store closings.
My wife and I have been shopping here for years, and have watched it slowly slip away. There are several great stores left, with some excellent people working in them. Most notably at Talbots, Chicos, and the Shoe Dept. Only a pizza place and a pastry place are left in the food court. One of the only Sears left around for now as well. A great place to walk around for exercise, not crowded and plenty long enough too. Also, a great little treat of a live theatre in the Hat Box. Several other new things are coming in, hopefully bringing more businesses with them. Would love to rate this higher again someday.
Stores are disappearing fast, people just don't go out to the mall anymore. Hope it changes in the future.
'Mall' is a bit of an exaggeration for a place that only has about 20 working businesses. Security stood there while six little kids under age 8 ran around yelling in the former food court.
Just another sad dead mall. Used to be a family favorite.
There are no real good stores in there everybody is pulled out there's no food court it's not really a mall a lot of walking between the stores
Place is practically a ghost mall hardly any businesses left
Very few stores and 2 food places. Very good for you wallet.
Empty enjoyed what they do have get more stores in there
The mall is on life support.
A little bit empty, but it has good potential, good deals, and an amazing salon!!
Very DISAPPOINTED in this mall. More empty store fronts than there ever has been. Not with the trip any longer
nothing like it used to be
It's empty there only clothing stores and a candy bar
NOTHING THERE TO SPEAK OF DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
Several stores closing/closed. Floors sometimes dusty/dirty.
I actually really like this mall - maybe even more so than fox run, shame it doesn't get the business it once did because it's a great mall.
Most stores are out of business
Feels like I'm in the zombie apocalypse
Feels like a great setting for a post-apocalyptic movie
Empty, very sad.
Mall was deserted! Could not believe all the shops and food courts that have shut down.this is the aftermath of amazon.
Unfortunately this mall is not as bustling as it used to be but they have a theater that is truly amazing I had a great time with the play that was a brief engagement
It's certainly not what it was when I was in high school, but it's still a fun place to visit. I will miss Land's End which was in Sears. But I certainly appreciated getting 70% off each item I purchased!
Good place to walk in the wintertime. Unfortunately there are just a handful of stores remaining. When you need to stretch your legs on a very cold or hot day this is a place to go. Sears is still hanging in there and their prices are very good.
This is a dead mall. The only things left are sears and jcpenny. Theres a trampoline park in the old circuit city building that looks interesting.
Dont go there their is nothing their worth seeing. The owner is a cheap skate who doesnt take care of the place.
Great Lil mall has everything
Everything is conveniently located.
So empty very few stores but clean
There isn't a lot left on this mall. Kinda sad. Couple places for kids to jump and bounce. They do however have the best shoe store EVER. Check out Shoe Dept.....you'll LOVE it!
This place has nothing going on anymore. I used to go here all the time as a kid and teenager but now almost all the stores are gone. I wish it would go back to the way I was when I was younger as I honestly miss the atmosphere.
Everything is closed not much to see here.
Go for the activities and be brave, there's not much on-site shopping, although Sears and JCPenney offer clean and organized stores as a customer I notice they struggle with staffing. There is no food court but there are a couple of specialty shops for sweets or caffeine. New family-friendly Altidute Trampoline Park and The Zoo Health Club offer convenience for the enrolled at the Capitol City Charter School.
Too many stores closing. Only a matter of time
Ok place to stop. Many stores closing
The place is just empty--like a mosulium
Not many stores left. If you want a mall that doesn't have alot of people this is your place!
Convenient and the local businesses go beyond and above.
The mall is sadly dying. Just a few stores left, but I still like it. Wish it got more business so stores would come back.
Disappointing to see this mall slowly disappear. What a waste that we can't keep it going. Very SAD!?!?
Not much left for shopping. Slot of empty stores.
Nice quiet mall clean!
Wish there was more stores like Victoria's secret,Frederick's, lids, Debs, Olympia sports,Game Stop, ect It's sad to see big malls like this going under
The shoe store is awsome but there arn't many other stores.
Loads of empty stores!!
Went to altitude. Son loved it
The mall is empty. Hardly any stores left. They should just convert the place to housing and schools and maybe an indoor pool
Love this mall, wish gamestop would stay
I'm honestly surprised it's still standing. Needs a good food court
Nice stores. Friendly clerks
Used to have so many more stores very sad. Will be surprised if mall stays open for more than a year
We like the trampoline park! Rt 21 is our fav inside store. We didn't go inside the mall though.
Nothing like it was.
Real good experience here at this store. Went in to get a new phone because my ringer went on my old one, with out that it was difficult to know when a call comes through. The young gentleman who waited on me went out and beyond customer service. So very pleasant and kind and knew what he was doing.. I highly suggest people go this store for their phone issues. Big thank you Casey. Keep up the great work you and your other employees do.
It's like a ghost town in there. I went specifically for shoes so I can confirm they do have a Shoe Department as well as a Lens Crafters. Pretty sure Sears is still there but I would definitely call any other store you remember top make sure they still exist. Plenty of parking though so that's good.
There are not many stores left.
Most of its gone= (
Nothing much inside anymore. And places leaving quick like something is going ti happen here.
Last time going here I was extremely disappointed. A lot of the store fronts were empty. Not worth ( for us) driving the hour and a half for any longer. Shame. Was a very nice mall years ago.
Really sad.Hardly any stores open in this mall.
Stores not open when they say they are. Its become a place to just go walk
Sadly, this mall looks to be dying in it's original format. I'm hoping the revival brings about new and exciting uses for the space.
THE PARKING LOT IS LARGE THEY HAVE HANDICAP PARKING THE ONLY THING IS IF YOU NEED A WHEELE CHAIR YOU NEED TO GO TO A CERTAIN AREA NEAR THE BATHROOMS TO ACCESS A WHEELE CHAIR IT'S RIGHT OF EXCITED 20 OF I 93
Now I know why it is called sleepy gate
A shell of it's former self. Half the retail spaces are empty. They need to remodel, bring back the food court and get new tenants/stores.
Fun ride
Used to spend more time here but there are hardly any stores and it's sad!
Is dying. I'm sorry but it is. Nearly dead
This poor dying mall.... somebody get the life support!
There are almost no business left there
Not much of a reason to come here. LensCrafters is still present and their service is great.
This place is dying but I still love it and hope it will revive. I used to work at the Yankee Candle store in this mall, before it closed down, and I can tell you that all the staff from the security guards to the sales associates are warm and welcoming people. I still come here to get my eyebrows threaded and to buy a pair of shoes every once in a while.
Always can find a great parking spot around 3:30 pm
It's a shadow of wat it was, about 35 empty storefronts
Bouncy house finally got a facelift!
There is nothing really left for stores at all Some of the closed stores still had merchandise in the store and displayed in windows. Sad, it use to be a nice and quick alternative then Manchester or Salem malls
Mostly go here just to walk when it's too hot or rainy. Not many stores left.
Dead Mall.... like 5 stores left.... sad and like going to Malls :(
This is a sad thing to see. But of course, malls are dying all over the country. I can r ed member when this mall opened. It's at the top of Concord Heights where Loudon Rd meets D'Amante Dr. It's really east to see for 2 reasons. First, it's a large structure & secondly, the huge parking lots are always nearly deserted. Where once there was a lively meeting & gathering place with a wide variety of stores hawking wares from clothing & jewelry to candies & cigars now stands a mere ghost of those days. Too bad. There used to be a group of fitness walkers that'd be there every day. And the small kiosks that lined the main walk were a treasure trove of unusual finds. So even though there is great handicap access & scads of parking, there really isn't much reason to stop here anymore. You can see all the stores in half an hour.
Sad that mall has so much vacant space. Nearest true mall shopping is now in Manchester. Anchor stores (Sears, very low stock/JCPenney a bit better!) that are there have very little to offer.
This lace is what's left when a mall hollows out and is forgotten. More of the stores are empty than occupied. It is a small ghost town of the edge of Concord, a monument to the decline in surplus income we all feel as people pinch their pennies. It's not bad place to take a walk inside when the weather is bad however.
Good place for shopping meetting up friends
Its empty no stores just a waste of time
It was not too crowded.
Very disappointed many of the stores I shopped at have closed
The mall is turning into a ghost town. It's so sad to see. I know times change but I feel like ownership doesn't care. It used to be the place to hangout at one point.
It is horrible. No stores, no food.
No good stores. Very boring. Place is deserted.
Standard mall. Pretty clean.
Sad this mall is! They should convert empty stores into apartments...
Cool place to go to when its closed but the doors are open, to find a troubled lady saying its closed and wondering how the heck we got in there. Nice bathroom too
Unfortunately it's a dying Mall I wish someone could save it.
