Too many stores/outlets crammed into one. Drivers don't pay attention and there is rarely a place to park. One store I went into, a kids clothing store had a rude store manager and very expensive clothing(not worth the price)

Decent outlets but I remember when outlets were actually cheaper than the actual stores sadly that is no longer the case often times these places are now marked up because of the destination factor.

Great place with a central location for many, many stores. In this area, the concentration and variety of shopping is excellent. Many visitors travel just to shop at these places of business. On the down side, the stores may be convenient, but if you're seeking bargains, then you might be disappointed.

As I have often said, I am a fan of outlet malls, particularly for the potential bargains. Note: I said potential bargains. You have to hunt for the bargains. Do not believe the signs. Look at the prices. Carefully. Not everything you touch at any outlet mall, and this is no exception, is a bargain. In fact, in the past few years, it has become far easier to overpay at an outlet mall than to find the real bargains. Know your prices. Shop carefully. Shop often. Particularly as the seasons change. You can save money.

Is an outlet mall that appears to have been expanded a few times creating more walking then normal otherwise i would rate it a 5. Ate at Barley and Salt would not suggest it. Found me a light just right hoodie at one of the shops that I've spent days to find so i eas happy. Would suggest but pick a different place to eat

Convenient location with restaurants, coffee and shopping. Eastern Mountain Sports has a huge store here with gear rentals and even climbing school.

I've always loved coming here. Such a nice place to visit. Haven't been here awhile now and this was my first time back in awhile. Everything is pretty much the same except the prices. It use to be everything was such a great deal but it all seems marked up so high and no good deals anymore. So my husband and I didn't spend much really here.

My wife and I absolutely love shopping this spot. I'm not sure if there are the most outlets here but there are the most outlets that we'd like to visit here. Food options are limited within walking distance, however there are quite a few places to eat within 5 minutes by car. I strongly suggest planning an overnight with at least a day and a half shopping. Bring the kids there are things for them to do in the settlers green as well as North Conway definitely one of my favorite places on Earth
