This store only put one or two people to procees customers with appointment to pick up the phone. People are all stuck in line and have been waiting for hours. Apple have 100 ways to fasten the process and they decided to do nothing. Incredible.

Third time I've been back to Apple in a week. You would think when you buy the best model product they have and pay full retail price and also get the ipencil that goes with your iPad Pro that would have longer than a 90 day warranty on it for a hundred bucks. But if I buy another one for $100 they'll take the defective one back and get me a $20 credit instead of just giving me a new one. I rely on their product for my business and expect their product to be superior

ordered 5 phones for a total of more than $ 6,000. Went there, give on one phone and say wait in line. I don’t understand why buying online if I wait. and in the end they tell me that we don’t have a package. 5 phones on hand and no package !! I went to a store nearby, asked for packages. it all took exactly an hour. to your store, even 1 star is larger. I will never go to this store again. very displeased !

I had quite the disappointing experience at this store yesterday (7/9). While vacationing in New Hampshire, I broke my current iPhone and needed a new one ASAP for work. I drove for over 3 1/2 hours from Jackson, NH to Manchester, NH to make it to this Apple store. (The drive normally should take about 2 hours, but I sat through quite a bit of traffic.) Due to the traffic, I was only going to make it to the store about 5 minutes before closing. Knowing this, when I was about 30 minutes away, I called to ask an associate if I should still bother coming in because I'd be arriving almost as they were closing and was unsure if I'd still be able to buy a phone. They informed me that "as long as I got there before the doors closed, they'd take care of me." Fast forward 30 minutes and I arrived at 5:55pm with the doors still opened (after sprinting through the mall to get there.) I informed an associate right away about what had transpired and that I knew exactly what phone I wanted and that it would be for T-Mobile. He went to talk to the manager. The manager indicated that they could not sell me a phone and sent him back over to me to just offer a flat "no" without even speaking to me himself. At that point, I asked to speak with the manager personally. He came over and said that T-Mobile activations take from 15-25 minutes and he didn't want to wait as they were closing. Once again, he told me "no" and I left the mall. Throughout this process I apologized profusely about coming late and I understand where an associate would be coming from about the late arrival(although they were all VERY receptive.) The manager however surprised me a great deal. I worked in retail for over 5 years myself and currently work in e-commerce. Everywhere I've worked has made customer service a focus and has gone above and beyond to help the customer. Apple (in my prior experiences) had always been big on ensuring customer success. This manager and this experience overall demonstrated otherwise to me. I would assume that they all don't walk out of the store at 6pm on the dot, and the manager would most likely be there till 6:30-6:45pm. I would have really appreciated some help, and my hope for it is why I kept driving through all the traffic. All I left with in return was very little sympathy, a flat "no", and a broken iPhone in my pocket. Sorry for the long winded review, I never write these things, but I just wanted to express my disappointment.

Was given a loaner phone while mine got sent out to be repaired because of a recall. Apple was unable to fix the phone but it was sent back with a broken home button that was working before. Was told I would need to pay $149 for the home button to be fixed...really disappointed in the lack of customer service

They were helpful with my brand new MacBook Air, 6 days old and already dead. But even if I didn't buy it at the Apple Store, they should stand behind their products and replace it. Instead of sending it out to get fixed, so I have to go without access to my stuff. They save all your passwords for you, then you have no access if you Apple product dies. Really not cool. Staff was as helpful as they could be, respectful and nice. The policy isn't right and should be changed.

Long story short my situation required calling several times and going in several times. With the exception of a few ppl who could use some work on their customer service skills, everyone was helpful with explaining things, giving advice, etc.

First negative review I have ever written. Very disappointed with Apple as a company!! I am on my FOURTH iphone7 in SIX months. Although I have gotten replacements under warranty, this is a faulty product and Apple will NOT come up with any solution but to replace it with the same model of the phone. They say I've been very unlucky but unfortunately, that doesn't provide a solution... The first phone was said to be a "dud" and completely died 2 months in. Second one got stuck with No Service and needed to be replaced. Third had the frame pop out from an enlarged battery only 6 days after getting it!! After many discussions, they yet to make an effort to listen and try to go above and beyond for the customer and only say they can replace my phone once again. I further learned that a year and half's worth of iphone7's were made with a missing or malfunctioned part. They still sell all of those faulty phones, neglecting the value of their customer's time, especially spending 2+ hours waiting each time you need to see a technician and knowing that half of those faulty phones need to be replaced. I will not recommend them to anyone and I anticipate this phone to have a problem in the near future as well.

I'll take a moment to say that, despite owning several Apple products over the years, I've never had to go to their retail locations for any reason. That said, my first and only trip so far went flawlessly. I brought my iPhone 6 in because its battery wasn't lasting through the night and it refused to sync to any computer. They assessed it, determined it to be a logic board fault, and then ordered a replacement phone at no cost to me, which I picked up two days later. For both my visits, there were plenty of staffers on hand and was in and out of the store in less than fifteen minutes. No long lines, no bad attitudes, and everyone was pleasant. Whatever you think of Apple's products, their retail experience, at least in this instance, is great.

am not a big fan of apple store. But every time I walk by that store in a mall it is always crowded in that store. There is alot of tables set up around inside that store with displays of apple phones and devices. There is shelves and racks on the walls filled with different items like battery chargers head phones etc. The apple store is big inside and alot of room to walk around in. The floors look clean to me when ever I walk by the store.

Was there for a replacement phone. Got a free replacement for a <1 year old iPhone that stopped connecting to the network. They were helpful and even gave me a loaner while the broken phone was sent away.

What a joke! Went to the store to get Apple Watch fixed, 20+ employees working in the store standing there doing nothing. One approaches me, I tell him that I would like to get my watch screen fixed and he then takes me to another employee standing there doing nothing. This employee tells me that I need to send the watch out for repair, which I expected. He then tells me that I will need to wait over 2 hours to speak with a technician or the next available appointment they have is 3 days later! I then say can’t I just have it sent out for repair, he proceeds to tell me that the technician needs to look at it, I say what for the screen is clearly broken and he tells me that they just need to look at it. Then proceeds to tell me that someone else needs to free up to get the process going hence why the 2+ hour wait time. I say what about all the people standing around including you? He then tells me all he can do is have me wait or schedule the appointment for 3 days later. Horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time to have something sent out for repairs, completely unbelievable! Would highly recommend not going to this location!!!

i was a big fan and loyal customer of Apple. until 7/12/2018. loyalty i have three i phone was is 5 7 and the X i just got a week a go bought them through apple store all cash and unlocked, and all my family and employees use apple. issue: my i phone 7 started to act up on 7/6/2018. the problem was when i receive calls and i accept it cant hear the caller and they can't hear me. it was very frustrating. i called apple multiple time and the wait was over 10 minutes. over the phone they could not help me. scheduled an appointment it took them 6 days to get me it to apple store at the mall of NH. after the diagnostics they offered me to replace my phone for $319. they said something was wrong with the phone and one of the chips was not working so i have to replace it or get an upgrade for $$$$........ basically they said we do hot stand behind out products. now i feel cheated by this company they try to get people in and skim customer $$$$. decision..... i just decide to drop apple and look for another alternative. i am returning my new I phone X tomorrow and get full refund. good bye Apple.

Very poor management.. Stayed in line twice to get an iphone, and every time I’m told at store opening that they allow no walk ins. Why they don’t post this somewhere?? Don’t bother calling the store as the lady answering is completely clueless(told us a day before that there will be walk in). I understand apple is in bed with carriers but have no respect for their customers. Maybe Qualcomm will teach them a lesson?

For a quick swap out?? But that will put you guys closed as it is Sunday... Ill wait until Monday and go to the Albany NY Apple. They are on top of things there.

For a company that takes pride in their innovation, their customer service practices are archaic. Often times you can only receive service in a timely manner if you plan a day ahead and (or more) and make an appointment. Gone are the days where customers can walk into a store and receive device repair assistance. I had an appointment that was pushed off numerous times. Apple staffs these stores with too many sales representatives and doesn't supply enough skilled labor (genius bar representatives) to meet the demand of their customers in a timely, and convenient manner.) Obviously, Apple's business model is to sell sell sell above all, no matter the cost to their customers.

Extremely poor management. Staff let me wait outside the store, there were only two people in line, I'm the front one, but I can't get my mobile phone immediately based on I have an online order and received a ready to pick-up email. Walk into the warehouse to take a iphone for the apple guys in this store like to running a marathon. I won't come to the store again, the worst apple store.

Went there for a very simple procedure. Getting battery replacement for two iphone 6 plus. Told to come back in one hour. Came back in one hour and was told that one was completed and the second was almost finished. Told to return in 15 more minutes. Came back in 15 minutes and was told that one phone's home button did not work so they were going to replace display since they believed that to be the issue. Told to come back in a half an hour. Came back in one half hour and was told that once the display was replaced the phone would not power up. At that point I was told they were going to replace that phone for free (but still charging me for the battery after destroying my phone and data). While they were informing me that they destroyed one of the phones they also informed me that the second phone was destroyed as well, so they were replacing that phone as well. Two phones destroyed, tons of photos, documents, and contacts destroyed. Then, as if that was not enough, they gave me two replacement phones that were not unlocked like the ones they destroyed and then to make matters worse they were unable to activate them. We still have not been able to get the two phones activated. Not looking forward to tomorrow and the additional aggravation I will go through getting this issue straightened out. So I arrived with two phones that needed a simple battery replacement and left the "genius bar" with two bricks and a ton of lost contacts and memories. This is not the first bad experience we have had at the Mall of New Hampshire Apple store, and I would not recommend taking your devices there unless you are prepared to be bitterly disappointed. On top of that I was forced to pay for both the battery replacements. Also dealt with one very rude employee and I tried to complain to the "head genius" but he was not at all moved by my frustration at this nightmarish experience. I demanded the employees name so I could make a complaint, but neither the head genius nor any other employee gave it to me. Stay far, far away from this place unless you are prepared to lose everything. The lower level employees that I dealt with could not have been nicer, the upper level ones were very cold and unsympathetic. This was our first (and last) Apple purchase. We spent nearly $3000 between buying the phones unlocked and purchasing the Apple Care two year extended warranty, only to go through this terrible experience while trying to replace their defective batteries. Will not be buying any Apple products in the future and I DEFINITELY will stay far, far away from the Mall of New Hampshire Apple Store once I get them to finish sorting out the mess that they created and frankly did not seem the least bit sorry for. Very unsympathetic. We are bitterly disappointed. We fully intend to pursue this with their corporate headquarters as well as with the Mall of New Hampshire Apple store since we feel that the manager was not at all sympathetic to our horrible experience and we do not trust him to do anything except cover for his rude employee (whose name we still hope to acquire in order to file a complaint against her). It's hard enough to go through and experience like this without having one of their employees make matters worse by being rude and unsympathetic. There is a good chance we would not have been so upset if she hadn't been so rude. You would think that after bricking two phones they might understand that a customer is going to be a bit perturbed, but she didn't want to hear any of it and ran as soon as she was called on it. No apology and she had something to say over her shoulder as she was leaving. Very rude and uncaring. Saddest part of all was them destroying the final messages I was saving after my sister passed away last year. I will never hear her voice again and that is something that they can never make right. We will force them to care before this is all over though, even if it requires public shaming on social media and we also intend to run this past our attorney to see if we have any legal recourse. Not letting this go.

A variety of places to choose from I was stuck in the you store because of toys from my mother's childhood and multiple games from D&D to the town maps that you can move cars on the floor. The only thing that was bad was that the pretzels were kinda salty but that's how they are supposed to be but overall great mall.

I had made an appointment a week prior for my MacBook hard drive problem and when I got to the store, I wasn't helped until an HOUR after my appointment time - and I was only helped AFTER I told an employee how long I had been waiting. Customers who came in after me were getting helped before me. When someone FINALLY came to help me, I was told they actually didn't have the parts to help me with my computer after all - even though the serial number/model of my Mac had been clearly established when I was making the appointment over the phone. I was simply handed a piece of paper with other tech stores that could help me - the employee didn't even offer to call and help me schedule an appointment elsewhere! I later had the realization that the Apple store kept me waiting and skipped over my name on the list (the list that has the customer's name AND their technology issue clearly stated) because nobody wanted to break it to me that they didn't have the parts to help me. That Sunday, I not only wasted my time and my money, (it was an hour drive round trip to the store) - I ultimately lost respect for the company.

Horrible service! I drove 2 hours to the store, spending a total of 300 dollars for uber, and they told me that my pick-up order hadn't arrived. I said that they didn't notify me, and asked if they can instead send it to me, for I was very inconvenient if I came back again. After waiting for 10 minutes and many employees available, they told me no without a reason. This is the most horrible service I have ever experiences.

I bought an iPhone, after a week it broke (got super hot and didn’t opened anymore) I went there to change it I waited 2 hours for an technician! We got seated at a table and we waited for another half hour, someone finally came an I think it took 4 minutes to replace the phone! I went to the store to change my iPhone battery which apple customer care told me would be free of cost but when I told the same to the guy named Mark in the store he was not ready to listen to me and keep on saying you have to pay .. you have to pay... finally after showing my conversation chat with the apple customer care they got convince that I am not lying about the free service offered by apple to me...finally they took my iPhone for battery replacement and told me to collect the phone at 9PM .. when I reach there to collect my iPhone they said 10 more mins .. 10 more mins.. finally I got my phone back at 9:45PM.. 3 hours to replace a battery with an prior schedule appointment ...please never go the store .

My daughter when in there for help with a touch screen that was not working right. They took it in back to "look" at it, however they did not ask her if she had recently backed up her phone ( she had not). They wiped out her Sim card while doing a factory rest and then told they could not help her. That she could leave it and they could replace screen for $170 or go and buy a new phone. There were things on the SIM card that are irreplaceable, like imessages from a recently deceased loved one. Now all her data is gone and can not be retrieved. Now she , not only has a screen that doesn't work right, but she is angry and upset.
