Love this place underwear is the best even better then Vicky's dont tell anyone i said this but theyre softer theyre more comfy they stretch and feel good! clothes are up to date styles to die for customer service is 99% on point. Theres always that 1 % everywhere you go but no complaints here

Terrible customer service from 2 sales associates. I went in to do an exchange for my fiancés jeans. He just needed different sizes but in the same 3 styles. She told me to go find them myself. I said okay.... then as I was looking through shelves and shelves of the men's jeans (prob 20 different styles), another seemingly lazy employee was "reorganizing" jeans 1 foot to the right of me. I had the three pairs of jeans sprawled out on the floor and clearly needed help. She never asked me! Then when I finally found the right washes/style, I went back up to the register and the original cashier told me to go over to arie or whatever it is called to process my exchange! They were helpful and nice. So, conclusion, there is deiniftely lack of training at this store. There is a difference between "knowing how to do the job" and doing the job well! And great customer service plays a huge role in that. Really disappointed!!!!!

The cashiers were friendly, but one cashier was checking friends out and she would talk, pause, and continue to enter numbers as the scanner was not working. The other cashier went to the back to try and find some jeans for a customer and she took long. There were 5 people after me waiting in line. I was finally checked out and the other cashier was still checking out her friends.

This store is just ok... I've gone to others and the selection of clothes were amazing! I've never walked in N out so fast outta this AE ... Nothing that caught my eye, but if I tried a different AE.. I'd literally walk out with 5 bags of clothes! This is n was always my boys back to school store n favorite styles of clothes... Not in this mall... I'm sorry to give a bad review ... Add more to your store.. It don't have a selection like other AE stores... And mind u .. This store is spacious so you have the room to fit more styles in.. Just my opinion!! But still love your clothes!!!

My experience is that they sell relatively expensive clothing items that are ugly. Once in a while you'll find a gem and the place has an overall good vibe and atmosphere. Just needs to update the styles.
