This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
We went to see what the shoes were like at A Proper Fit Footwear. We were desperate for really good wiork shoes. These folks are fantastic!!! They measured our feet width AND length and took note of my issues related to collapsing arches and his small deformities from multiple breaks and diabetes issues. We are on our feet 8 hrs, on concrete, almost non-stop walking warehouse environment. Our feet don't hurt, we walk on clouds!! Thank you so much!! Save your money because they are expensive but well worth it!!! I would have paid just for the care and attention the manager and Penny showed us but this will have to do. I hope they read this.
Nice place to find some local made and crafted items inEeno.
Original Shopping Center in Reno Mall late 60s style kind of point now parking in front some shops outside some shops inside
They try but need to try a little more… It can be better; it can be more. An older location that has no significant brand anchors with the exception of Burlington Coat Factory. With its proximity to local tourism spots, I would not want to see it go the way of Park Lane Mall.
I go here to buy food at Food Source. It's a good super market. They often have good prices and sales on soda and cookies. I go here often.
From the outside you wouldn't think it's going to be as nice inside as it is
Wow. awesome mall puts ours to shame. So many great stores to shop from. Food, snacks to indulge in. Ferris wheel, arcade games, bowling, fish to gaze upon.
Very nostalgic place to me I wish it had more shops
Nice walking mall.
Shopping experience was OK until my husband pointed to the fountain so my 3 year old could see and understand how it works and some lady(possible employee maybe security) came out on the platform overlooking the fountain, on her cell phone as well, and yelled at him not to touch loudly in front of all other patrons. Well he was not touching it. He explained that he did not touch it and she still literally yelled at him like he was a child. You just don't do that to people. Especially when they did not do a thing wrong. The whole thing made me never want to go in that place again.
The mall is pretty worthless unless you want to go to the library, job connect or A Proper Fit, where, incidentally, you can buy the best quality shoes, like Alegria, Dansko, and Keen. They still have full-service sales people, who take off your old shoes and put the new shoes on your feet. Love it!
Very low prices
I like a variety of shopping options. Sometimes I feel like a chain from what I set out to get . Lol!!
Love Burlington
Very limited for retailers, no Wi-fi or cell service available
The mall sucks but Job Connect is there and has many job listing and job fairs. The employees are great. There are lots of computers for those needing one. A great service
Nice variety of shops
Place was a interesting mall
Still a beautiful building/mall. Wish it was more full and busier. Still some great little shops hidden away.
There are many things to do at the old Town Mall from clothing, museum, jewelry, plants and much more. It has a quaint feel to it and I love the shops. It even has two stories with nice water features and is enjoyable to just walk through. There's a grocery store next door and other things close by for those on foot. I will come here again and again just for the atmosphere
Reno Town Mall is now adding new shops at revitalized it now has specialty shops for those with eclectic taste it also has a smaller Branch library in it and it has a medical resource Center at the top of the stairs which is access to help it also has one stop jobs will you're guaranteed to walk out with at least two to three leads on jobs that will hire and is looking Reno Town Mall needs or could use something to draw in a younger two middle-aged crowds right now I think it is still a littlemore work and thought put into it there is nothing for the children nor the young a group of people in our communityso whoever is in charge of the vendors that occupies space need to consider something that would lueur I track the children it is a shopping center it is a small strip mall there is nothing for the kids to do Noah's see nor go to the library is the only place in the mall for children and families
Reno town mall is nice but small. And other than Burlington and a supermarket it has in my opinion little else to offer. The exception being it houses a good size library if that's what you're looking for. But the upstairs area is dedicated mainly to the employment office as well as offices for the convention authority. Couple of restaurants in the main mall but all else is located in the strip mall area to its west. It also appears as if Burlington has moved from this mall to the legends mall in Sparks Nevada.
The library is easy to get to
Previously called The Old Town Mall, and still is by me the whole shopping center is a mecca for most a person's needs. The mall is clean and shopper friendly. With a branch of the washer county Library, coffee shop, pizza parlor, and complemented by a fantastic shoe store. Where I've always gotten great shoes and wonderful service. The Burlington Coat Factory is quite the place to shop. They really have a large selection of items. There's a bank, and a food store, and many other little shops in and about the place. Righty oh.
Food source is a neat inexpensive grocery store but the hidden jewel is Reno job connect. They help you with finding a job or help pay for things you need to start your job. I got a job and needed a gaming license and they paid for me to get it. Very friendly people and extremely helpful.
No body comes to Reno Town Mall, sad it was empty. The mall should be closed
Not a lot there but local art gift shop is cool.
Not too crowded, plus a store that sells local merchandise.
This is a small quiet mall that's stood the test of time. More of a local crafts type of mall.
Needs more attractive shops
Super Nevada tourist shop. Unique Nevada gifts and a nice jewelry store. A great supermarket is next door. Ample parking. There is also the Nevada library.
Pleasant mall, neat thrift store area, quiet. Also, a library.
Great little shopping center lots of unique shops to choose from
This place is a dump
It had been a long time I had not come here. But they have a store inside, that is amazing!
Cool variety of stores, super clean area.
I strongly recommend this place
Good for jobconnect, a place to get jobs. The library is decent. The clothing stores have great prices. Support your local photographer and local shops that have homemade gifts and LOCAL HONEY.
Love the Area and Useful Shops with a Library too. Good Quality Products...
Great place, they have just about everything
The do have a nice job resource center there and a radio station.
Used to like this place when it was Old Town Mall, now just seems forgotten and unclean. Lots of homeless people hang out in here (inside and out). Take my kids to the library inside though.. homeless sleeping in the back of the library too. I'm not hating on the homeless, I help and donate to charity quite a bit.. just some are a bit unstable and kinda scary to have my kids around that.
Made in Nevada store is a treasure trove of booths. Found a lot of great gifts. Being able to walk around the entire place then palying all together was great.
Too few facilities other than Burlington and a Washoe County library branch, of particular interest.
Has a public library, job center, also number of stores, including a local Nevada art mall, plenty of parking
Love the Nevada store however i found a nice coat for $5. Was walking around look at everything else 3 times they asked me if they can take to cashier for me like was going steal it !not nice
Really poor shopping experience
Good place to shop
This mall has a very old fashioned and relaxed feel as opposed to the few other malls that are are around town. There's a cool little fountain right there as you walk in. I particularly enjoyed the coffee you can get from the café along with the quiet environment.
I really enjoy the library.
Nice little place.
Nice little mall with some cute shops. Job connect is on the second floor and this is a great location for it.
Clean, well lit and friendly.
Nice place with a variety of services and stores however this really isnt a "mall" like you might expect with major brand retailers. It is however a really cool small retail venue with a public library inside cool thrift and art mall and a job connect employment agency. I frequent here often and mainly taje advantage of the public library and the job connect office.
The mall to go to.for social services
Wasn't there long enough to see all that was available.
A bunch of very interesting small shops antiques and collectibles plus there's a post office there
The Reno town mall has a great friendly, environment. All the the vendors are friendly and more than helpful. Its clean and well maintained ..
I shopped Food Source. Plenty of good stuff, lol.
Unique shops but far and few between!
Full of old and interesting items. I will go back.
This place is nice and quite.
Calm artistic ambient with many civil services and shopping businesses. There is also a library which makes this area very noticeable and elegant.
It's a ok shopping center. If Burlington wasn't here then this place would be dead!
First and foremost I'd like to thank the security staffs here they are kind and friendly. As soon as i walk in they would ask hows you day, is there anything i can help you with? And I find that very helpful.
Was a nice mall and had what I needed.
lots of shops to visit
Upon entering the Reno Town Mall, immediately to your left you will find A Proper Fit shoe store! Just passed that and around the corner you will find Round Table Pizza, as well as a local radio station to Reno! When you make your way to the very end you will find Washoe County Public Library! Coming back to the front door on your left side upstairs is your Reno Job Connect, also there is a Marshalls Bridal Boutique! Also you will find New Horizon Computer Learning Center, and just to cross that the Reno Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority!
Lots of shops, Library inside, nice place to just set a d enjoy.
Between Burlington and the antique mall it's awesome
Very nice, clean and friendly
Surprised it hasn't been demolished yet
Nice mall but security personnel are very rude.
The Washoe County Library has a branch here, so that's cool. It's alright but nothing to get excited about.
Know the security and love expressing myself and also say hello and great to the employee and employer, happy people I met smile and I wave and say good luck to their playing and tap on shoulder. Also love to hear the band show and dance. Met and social some friends met. And clean and nice casino and also very friendly people nice talking. Also to entertainment.
Went there for Senior Fest. Glad we went early was starting to get warm inside.
was all right
Burlington Coat Factory is located here. And for he o very shopping there is a Food Source, which has good prices through out the store. There is also a Pizza Hut if you want to eat out while shopping. There isn't a lot of anything else but it is right across the street from Atlantis Casino.
Reno Town Mall is located across from Atlantis and Convention Center easy walking for those staying on the property. People won't need to pay more than they have to at hotel if they just simply walk over. I came here after landing at RNO airport with business partner in town for couple of days did what we need to in the area. The mall is a bit dated has seen better in its heydays. I would place the mall somewhere around mid 80s look. Nothing special just small shop and some bigger chain stores attached to mall. #renotownmall #datedlook #manyplacestodineandshop #goodoptionforstayingnearby #accessiblebyallmeansoftransportation #bigandsmallstores
Great show stores and great service
One of Reno's Jem's. Can't say anything about this place but..SHOP,SHOP,SHOP. It's a wonderful place.
Has that small town feel and local shops
New Horizons is the best!! Taking IT classes!
Love it just don't like crowds
Have a huge parking lot, but not a huge mall.
Library, Hong Kong Nails, and Food Source are the upsides
I always go here for the library and Burlingtons. Feels like a secret somehow. Quiet and friendly.
They need to free the bathroom s
Messy area, very small parking spaces. Stores are uninviting...
There is a Job Fair Place there.. and a round Table :) some craft fair places and clothes.. Connected to a Burlington Coat Factory. The Library is cool although the service seems lacking.. A very rude BathRoom Janitor, as well as the security is edgy and sometimes seems unfriendly. But it's a pretty good recourse as far as the Job Connect and the Library having fax machines and such. Too bad the Librarians aren't much PC help and you can't really download anything but video games lol.
Love going to Burlington there. Inside the mall they have a Birkenstock shoe store a couple of other cute little shops. Plus a library. Good thing about Reno is you can check out a book at any library and return to any library. There is also a grocery store there. But it is a filthy filthy store. I will not by any meat, dairy or baked goods there. I will only buy canned goods and that is if I am in a hurry
Old school mall with interesting niche shops. Burlington is located here as well as grocery store and eateries. Has a library and fountains, very charming.
They have an amazing library. Small personal shop's. I like the business owner and atmosphere.
With the Library and some other gov. Offices, supermarket, pizza restaurant, a Radio Station and a Bistro, a shoe store, etc...PLUS, the newly opened Mall within the Mall is making the Reno Town Mall an interesting place to visit.
This place is a throw back to the 60's and 70's which is what I like about it. We actually film some projects here. There is also a talk AM radio station here...a little off beat for me but it is fun to sit and watch them through the glass. The shops are unique and trendy and fun to browse. There is also a small public library branch. Software training and an employment office. Shop all day or a quick browse. Round Table pizza...yum, a coffe shop...it's got it all.
Shabby, grungy stores; filthy Food Source market.
Went to Burlington and found everything I was looking for!! Awesome staff!! Great prices!!!!! I'm very happy.
A lot of great stores and fun locally owned stores. Amazing bridal shop store with absolutely beautiful dresses.
Lenience also got a good place to get jobs and the Social Security Department is right behind it
This place has the best electric scooter, I've had my scooter for over 4 years never had any problems. No brakes tires nothing but just charging it. I love this scooter 3 trips to Burning man still running strong. Only scooter I will ever buy.
I like this place. It has the Washoe County Library inside. A lot of meetings for general groups are scheduled inside the Mall and inside that library too. Close to several bus stops, the number 1 and Rapid bus plus the 6 which stops on Peckham near the Atlantis parking. Job Connect is inside if you're looking for a new job. I recently noticed a very nice bridal shop inside and a nice shoe store that has been there for years. There is a small coffee shop by a side entrance near the pizza. Burlington's is in that same area. The grocery store is a good place to shop, has just about everything at good prices.
Well kept. Library. Employment services
Not a lot of stores, but the Nevada Store makes up for it! Lots a cool stuff, local artists, souvenirs, tie dye, paintings, so much cool stuff!
It is Ok is Another Reno Old Shopping Malls been around For yrs later happy Shopping
Little bit of everything and it. Even has a library
Quiet place to do some shopping.
We found a place in the Mall that had, mostly, hand-made items. There's a lot of small areas, from different vendors, but there's only one place to check out. It's a great place to get different things for a lot of people, in one-stop. There's lavender sachets, homemade soaps, carved wood, metal signs, and other things just unique! Perfect for the presents for family and friends.
They have a diverse amount of stores to choose from.
Most of the vendors here are local selling local products. Also you can find a public library inside and the Job Connect where you can register and find work. The place is neat.
Just a hop and scope away with hunting and fishing or clothing and shopping for backpacks and
Very impressed
Best place to shop for any gift for any occasion. Largest selection of made in Nevada items in Reno. Convenient to Atlantis and Convention Center. We love this place
The Library makes the place
Got a good variety of things in this building
Nice and quiet place to shop
You wouldn't know it was there unless someone told you. But you walk through the double front doors and it opens to a huge the collection of small shops. I understand I'm a gentleman that they are all going to be combined into a 44000 square foot unit just as you walk in the door. This will be completed by March. Wonderful, wonderful handcrafted gifts and Specialty items that I don't think you could find anywhere else. We have some great artists here in this area.
I was passing through Reno. What was once an exciting beautiful city has become a sad rundown place. This "mall" is all but abandoned. The market was the only place I could find something to eat. Sparks, NV has much nicer places to go and a real mall with outlets and all sorts of great stores.
America Matters Media my kind of place
Get what you need
Burlington has great deals
Anything RENO . Nice mall.. parking! the whole 9 yards.. enjoy
We shop at Burlington here sometimes.
Warm and safe feelings abound in this quiet yet fulfilling mall. Coffee and grubbage of a top notch calliber. Cannot wait for my return visit.
Small business area Library is a great place to be for quietly hour.
Good old Town Mall not really a mall but it's been around forever
If you're wondering what happened to service. Well it's at Reno Town Mall. I have just discovered this place. So far Im impressed. There are no crowds and I have almost all my christmas shopping done. Ive never been this far ahead at Christmas. I hate malls, crowds and salespeople who could care less if you're there or not. Reno Town Mall is Black Fridays good lookin cousin.
I read books .The library is there and friends of the library. You can get a good books.
The proper fit shoe store is amazing. They stay are friendly and this locally owned shop will give discounts to medical field personal
