Parking is terrible here! First of all, Google says parking is free; it is not. It’s $5 for 0-3 hours, $10 after that. But parking is FREE if you’re a local. Naturally, we were on vacation and the outlets were not far from our hotel. We were there for less than 45 minutes, as proved by the time stamp on our parking pass. We were charged $10 upon exit. We rang for help and the woman on the other end told us that there was no way to change the amount that the parking machine; we could either pay the amount or security would get involved. The conversation escalated to calling for security in less than a minute!!!!!! We just had to pay the $10 and leave. Save your time and just get the deals online instead of visiting these outlets.

great place to stroll between shops, lots of big brands, premium must be a reference to the Premium prices because we found the prices for the exact same goods at other Branded stores in Las Vegas had at least 25% lower prices. Meaning if we found Nike shoes In the Nike store at this place we probably could get it less expensive or at a discount at a Nke store elsewhere. this isn't limited to any one brand it was across most of the shops. there were more and newer choices however but unless you are a pretentious buyer this place may cost more

Great place to shop, but I would speed 3 x more if I got the customer service levels in some stores. Not saying that all stores are bad but some real high end stores need to wake up and stop judging customers. End of the day I spent $5k+ and shopped 2 days at this outlet. If I had some support to help me to know sizes for my 3 kids, wife!

It's an outdoor style mall. NOT ALL stores are true outlets. Just about every store does have good sales. You have to pay for parking $5 under 2 hours, $10 all day. I personally prefer the Las Vegas SOUTH Premium outlets. It's an indoor mall and plenty of free parking.

Sad looking outlet. Barely anything much and a lot of brands you can see the quality is extremely poor. So I really do believe some brands in here Haagen items produced only for the outlet standard and not actual original last season items from main stores

As we were up in the Stratosphere we saw a large building and asked the waitress what it was. We came to find out that it was one of two Premium outlet malls in the area. Stores There’s no way you won’t find something you absolutely need. Many many stores have designated stores for men and women. From Guess, Coach, Express, Kate Spade, Michael Kors and Wilson’s leather there are SO many stores it is amazing! Better yet the stores are outdoors so on a good day this is amazing!! Time My husband and I casually walked around for about 2-3 hours. Men be patient, some of the prices are going to save you a pretty penny! Bathrooms Bathrooms were easy to find as they were needed. Food There’s a nice size food court amongst the stores that has a great selection of greasy and healthy foods!

I like the store selection here. But it’s outside. And if it’s summer time, this place is a “no-go”. Parking isn’t free, (unless you have a local ID) and it’s a bit of a walk to get to the stores no matter where you park. Don’t bring Grandma to this one, unless she’s got her “walking” shoes on.

Loads of shops for all different price ranges. Discounts are not as great as they may seem. Do your homework as some prices advertised are cheaper online. Misting machines were much appreciated in 108 degree heat. We got an Uber here otherwise you have to pay to park

Went to the cheesecake factory here. I parked near the front so it was very accessible to restaurant.. Parking took about 5 minutes to find.. They validate all military here.. so my experience however, short was pleasant

Pay $10 - $20 for parking. Smoke. Cheap knockoff products. They charge for parking. Place is filled with smokers. Every time you come out of a store you will have smoke in your face. Don’t waste your time or money.

Only went to browse the shops. Definitely less crowded and more tourist safe in my opinion. However, as a tourist you definitely should have money. Premium stores = avg cost is between $50 - 200.

This outlet is one of the best! They have a LOT of stores. If you like shopping and finding good deals, this is a great place to stop at. I was very satisfied with my experience. I was able to buy 2 swimming suits and a rash guard for $60. They have water mist sprayers throughout the whole place to help keep you cool. There are canopies set up so while you are walking, you can walk in the shade. Parking will cost you. We paid $5 and were there 2 hours. There are 2 different parking garages on opposite sides of the mall. Note which one you parked at so you don’t walk to the wrong one only to turn around like I did.

Wanted to go shopping here but USD 5 for parking? No thanks. Plenty of other outlet malls that are happy to let you park for free in order for you to spend your money there. If you charge for parking, which is ridiculous in the first place, at least price it fairly.

I am local and came here to go to Cheesecake Factory. The parking is free for *True locals-those with a NV ID*, just take your parking ticket with you and validate in the machine. Parking is ample and convenient. I thought the touchscreen map was genius! I will definitely be back.

These outlets have a variety of stores so there is something for everyone. There are some higher end stores as well as some lower end. They have misters in the summer to keep you cool. There is a small food court as well as Cheesecake factory for dining needs.

Large outdoor outlet mall with plenty of well recognized stores to choose from. Get there early as the parking garage fills up quickly. You will also have to pay to use the parking garage, unless you have a Nevada ID. Valet parking is on the west side of needed.

Great Mall, great stores, love that it's outside... The main issue is there's no free parking. You are almost forced to park in that parking garage which is minimum $5. There may be a few secret areas around you can park but it's a good walking distance. The other problem, which will hopefully go away soon, is the traffic around that area. That corridor of I-15 and Charleston is undergoing significant construction. They have already been working on that area for almost a year so hopefully it will be done soon. However until then expect an extra 5 or 10 minutes minimum getting in and out... Especially when exiting I-15. Bottom line, the mall is great. The stores are nice, well-kept and you can find some deals. The problem is no free parking and the traffic. Four stars

This is an outdoor mall and that's the only negative about this place. They have all types of stores from Bose to Coach. They have clothing, electronics jewelry etc. During the Spring and Fall, I have zero complaints, but the summer is brutal and it is often unbearable outside whilst going from store to store. Winter is winter,bundle up and you'll be fine. Parking can be a challenge especially during peak seasons but they have added tons more parking and it's free for locals. Happy shopping!

This is much better outlet to spend time with. Compare to Vegas south. This is way more like an outlet. If you like to take bus here. There is a bus on strip that can take you here about 25-30 mins. You can buy one day pass if you want to stop at old town on the way to outlet. Plan at least half day for this route. Enjoy.

Did not disappoint, it's the better one of the two, or in the vicinity. Allow yourself more than 3 hours to shop and eat. We thought 3 is enough but ended up staying for 5 to 6 hours! Check out their website for list of stores, suggest you focus on the stores and brands you want instead of nipping into every single store...

A fun place to visit, though probably not during the summer. This isn't a typical mall, you wander outside from store to store. It's a giant maze which is fun for discovery but not such fun when you're ready to leave. I had to ask for directions twice. Lots of good stores, focused on clothes, shoes, and accessories. Check out the south outlets if you're looking for home wares. Public transportation stops, designated ride share pickup, and a Chipotle. What more do you need?

Gave three stars for the shopping choices but loses 2 stars from what I've seen for security. Security here is only good at stopping people from parking in the garages. They cannot help with store theft & I've seen some cars broken into & this tourist woman got an envelope full of money stolen in broad day light with no help from security. Simon group has to get it together. At this point it looks like they care more about your money than your safety and well being. Oh & I heard if you're an employee you basically are condemned to park in Egypt.

Designer outlets!?!?!? I LOVE Premium outlets because of the designer lines such as Burberry, St.John's, Dolce&Gabana, Armani, and on and on. And there is always the amazing sales. Everytime I visit there is always an awesome sale going on. I hate heat, but I will walk the whole outlet in 114 degrees!

It has lots of stores but the prices here are higher than in other outlets e.g. San Francisco which was a little disappointing and there was not as much on offer in certain stores. Not sure I would bother to make the trip again given better options closer to home.

I used to like this outlet a lot. However, since my last visit, parking is now 5$. That's a rip off, especially since you are already here to spend money... From now on, I will visit the Outlet South where parking is free. Overall the stores are the same (despite shake shack and cheesecake factory) and the south location is indoor with AC.

This is a good sized outlet mall. Good selection of stores. It also has a cheesecake factory at the North of he mall. Please note they now charge for parking. $5 for up to 3 hours and $10 for over 3 hours. Also they now charge for the coupon book. Can be very hot in the summer season. Bring water.

If you're going to go take an Uber. Parking took us almost 45 to get to an open spot and cost us $10. And then to get out of the parking lot took another 45 minutes. You will just end up sitting in line behind many many other cars waiting.

This is the best place to shop while you're in Vegas. Premium brands offer some really good discounts that are hard to find anywhere else. The stores have a good collection of products too. I visited during the day and it was really hot. I'm glad there were places to sit and relax in the shade. Be sure to try your luck at the sneaker vault machine.

I suppose that I understand paid parking at casinos. Not everyone is parking there to spend money at that particular casino. I don't like it, but I maybe understand it. To charge for parking at a shopping mall...where I am specifically going to spend money, and where each of the vendors pay rent to be there...is simply, ridiculous. First and last time for me at this particular shopping center.

This place has a lot of stores. A lot of the stores have good deals and vert low prices to begin with. Definitely worth checking out. Food choices and drink selection wasn't that many to choose from but the cheese cake factory made it all worth. Worth the visit for sure!

Great outlet. They have all sorts of brands. Levis, tommy hilfiger, nike, converse, superdry, nike, lacoste, banana republik, etc. Clothes are really cheap. All stores have more or less all available sizes of one cloth type. There is really a lot to choose. I recommend it very much.

If you're a tourist it's a stop you should make. They have a great food court and plenty of shops. All the brands you could possibly think of. Parking is not an issue because they have two parking structures and valet.

This could be the WORST OUTLET MALL IN AMERICA!!! In the summer with 110 degree heat, this open air mall is a nightmare. I am also very angry that if you want to park for even 5 minutes they charge you $5. At an Outlet Mall??? You have to be kidding! Want to have a bite? Add 5 bucks to your tab. BALONEY!!! I could understand if this was swanky Summerlin, but this is in the heart of the city and getting in and out of this center is a quagmire. Without GPS? Good luck!

Some windjackets are $130usd with 40% off Polo shirts were about $60usd with 40% off Hats: buy one get one half price. $30each ****DONT FORGET YOU HAVE TO PAY 8% Tax on top. Make sure you sign up to the Vip discounts on their wbriste to get extra discounts at each store**** TOMMY HILFIGER: everything was 30% off only. SAKS and Neimans: pathetic sales, you need like 8hours to find 1 thing that you might like that is overpriced anyway. Would rather pay full price then to waste half a day there again

I love this mall!! They have everything here and at great prices! It is outside mall but in the summer they have misters to keep you cool. Plenty of places to sit down and take a break.

It was awesome. Different brands with discounts. Highly recommended. Parking fee is $5 for the first 3 hours and after that they will charge you $10. Don't forget to pay it with the electronic machine near the elevator

For being an outlet mall the prices are pretty high, should give locals a better deal or just lower the prices

Parking costs 5$ if youre not a resident of Nevada. I dont believe there are validations. Theres a food court and lots of shops. Good place to walk around and kill some time while your in Vegas. Plenty of parking.

A nice place to shop for deals. The outdoor design is nice especially after sunset. The free parking for residents is a thumbs up.
