Really stepped it up with the new food area! Hadn't been here in years, nice change for Omaha. The food drink area has a much better selection of unique eateries. A bar for those that aren't into the shopping as much, while waiting for the ladies to finish.

Came here for the first time on my birthday. I can see why people prefer this one to oakview. While oakview has a more humble charm I find that this location does better as an actual home stores given the extra space for accomadations and such. There were quite a few stores I'd never seen as well as the typical chains like victoria secrets (with a very cool polka dot border), gamestop- which had some amiibos I was looking for, and of course hot topic and spencers. All classic choices for a mall. Can't comment on the actual anchor stores on each side as I barely had time to look at all the other stores despite being there for 3 hours or so. Food choices seem nice though I haven't eaten any of them from this particular location.

They had a trick or treat event for the kids it started at 6 and ended at 8 we arrived at 6:45 and they were out of candy they're probably only five stores that was giving out candy and the lines were ridiculously long it would have been a nice event if they would have just had candy to cover the whole two hours that they were having an event but I was told candy was gone within the first 30 minutes

This mall has changed a lot in recent years. The biggest change is in the food court, which has changed in location, choices, and price. I would describe this mall's food court as a trendy, hipster place to hang out. They even serve beer. It is quite pricey to eat here. I had a burrito, a side, and a drink and it was $12. Not terribly priced, but not something I could afford regularly.

It's the only mall I ever go to in Omaha. The food court is the best, and usually my reason for going there. The escalators being out of service is really annoying as are the sales people at the kiosks in the hallways. Have a good plan to avoid them. Like headphones.

This is definitely the best mall in Omaha and has been since 1967. Always modern, it is so nice to have everything under one roof. No matter the weather, shopping is always pleasant here. The variety of stores is perfect, the restaurants inside and around the perimeter are plentiful, and entertainment is abundant. The traffic is a bit congested, but otherwise it's a great place to spend awhile or quickly stop in for that certain something.

Some malls may be dying and seem an empty shell of the past, but this mall the opposite. It is a popular shopping mall with your typical stores. They offer great food areas and clean facilities. When you want a mall atmosphere or a shopping experience out of the elements you go to Westroads mall.

The cleanest of all indoor malls in the Omaha metro. Westroads sports an updated food court with great selection and plenty of seating. Huge TV's adorn the eating area.

I went to the Yum Roll by Blue Sushi Sake Grill place at the Flagship Commons this past weekend. I ordered the Spicy Sake sushi and the Hot Popper. I liked the Hot Popper the best. It is a good place for sushi, but I have had better, that is why I didn't go all the way to a 5 star recommendation. I haven't tried their bowls, but the 2 people in front of me each ordered a bowl. They looked good. Next time there, I will try that.

Great mall. Went to see Dumbo on a Saturday and it was very crowded...went to a movie last year and it wasn't crowded last year.. Great theatre great screen!! Good stores...good mall. Biggest mall in NE.

Compared to other larger city malls this would be mediocre but it is about the best mall in Omaha. There is an AMC Theater connected to it so that's great and it introduced it's Flagship Commons area which is enriched in cultural foods. My favorite place is JC Penney's always a deal and a smile.

I'm thrilled after my visit to this mall, not long ago I hear in the news about a lady being told to leave because she was breastfeeding her baby, I was scare to do the same because my baby was hungry but now I found out they have a very beautiful special rooms for those moms like me, really means a lot!!! And I couldn't be more happy because as a mom we want the best for our babies.

This mall was so fun! The prices and cleanliness where what you would expect in a mall. The people are all friendly, and this is an amazing place to hang out with your friends! There were a couples stories I enjoyed. I love the cookies and lightbulb drinks this place has! You might not know what I'm taking about, so I'll post a photo. I loved the Bath & Body Works store, Subway, and the restaurants that weren't the fast food courts! So fun! I hope to come back soon! Please keep up the great work!

Very good mall Ive lived here for 10 yrs and they really did well in renovations and updating. I will say that their food court is great but a little pricey for the average mall goer. They do have options though, they have a raising cains and i believe a dairy queen but they need more of those less expensive options. Overall still great

A couple stores were being ran by terrible help. The Perfume Store , I entered and walked around picked up a few different items and waited for someone to come out and assist me with the perfume I WANTED to purchase from behind the counter and hollared thank you before i walked out and Still didnt get a response! The Parking lot outside JC Penny was a poorly lit for my comfort.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. During the middle of my order, the associate answered a personal phone call on her cellphone. She didn’t place my order and I ended up waiting 30 minutes to get my pretzels. I had to mention to a worker that I was still waiting to even get my order placed. They also dropped a tray on the ground, didn’t wash it, and then placed new food on top. They were not busy and I was the only customer in line. I don’t usually write reviews, but for this kinda treatment, I feel like it should be documented.

For me, being out of the weather is nice, as is seeing and touching merchandise. Good if you need the items today. Plentiful parking, even many covered spots, and the theater here is a good one. Best shopping mall in Omaha. Yes it's a traditional indoor mall. I'm not a fan of all the outdoor shopping malls. It's either too cold or too hot to be walking outside between stores. This mall has been recently renovated. This mall has a good variety of stores and an awesome food court. Plus they have happy hour at the bar.

I'm usually too broke to shop here, but window shopping and getting some exercise is always nice. In the early morning there are a bunch of "mall walkers" and its refreshing to be able to hang out somewhere where people don't judge you. Plus, the container store is legit.

WOW is all I can say! This mall has so many great shops that are unique. I love that they have a blend of local and national stores. They have MANY vegan food options within Flagship Commons (the food court) and even have Jones Cupcakes, who have delicious plant-based options, as well! It is a beautiful mall with two levels of shops, an elevator, a few escalators, and lots of parking. They have family restrooms and nursing rooms. The play area is super nice, too. Very clean!

A great mall! Nice & friendly staff in each of the stores I went to. Easy to navigate, great for mall-walkers and children alike, and plenty of food and beverage choices. I love coming here with my boyfriend to shop and exercise at the same time. The new Flagship Commons is a great and beautiful addition to this mall. I've been coming here since I was a kid & I think the Flagship Commons was a great addition. 10/10 will come again!

Sad Yonkers is gone the high end store is gone because price conscious people can buy name brands at TJ Max or those types of stores. It is only my thought but when you lose quality stores that lowers the quality of the shopper's that are attracted to the mall. Amazon is a safer way to shop the draw back is the ability to try out or see how a garment fits.

The only real downer is cellular data signals are weak. Calls and texts are okay but if you want to surf the web on your phone it's not great. Since there aren't any cell towers nearby the mall could use a signal booster. The mall does have WiFi but you have to create an account with yet another user name and password to remember.

Visit a small all the time. I get my haircut at JCPenney’s by Kelly who is one of the greatest haircutters I’ve ever had! There is a Sephora inside of the JCPenney‘s which is super convenient. The food court inside of the mall is flagship Commons and has so many healthy options for food. It’s a very cute place to hang out with friends. There is forever 21 and H&M and a container store. A one stop shop for everything which is fantastic. I’ve been to malls all over the country and it is so nice to have a mall in my hometown that has everything I need!

This is a very nice mall that has shops for both teenagers and adults. There is also the Flagship Commons area that serves a variety of food, with a little something for everyone. The mall itself is very clean and modern.
