We've got the feddbacks of people who purchased the products and services of Oak View Mall (Mall) in the state of Nebraska.
Currently the firm gets a score of 4.1 stars out of 5 and the rating has been based on 2816 reviews.
You must have seen that it reaches an opinions average is quite high, and it's based on a very high number of reviews, so we may say that the valuation is quite faithful. If many people have bothered to rate when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place reviews when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
My preferred mall to go to in Omaha. The food court has decent options. My daughter likes the play area.
Has a more variety of stores that I frequent.
They have many very nice stores.
Love the Sportswear and athletic shops. They have everything!! Even a Dillard's. A nice and clean food court with many options. Great layout. Good deals.
The brands that I use are all here. The mall offers good selection of foods. The place is also clean and well-ventilated.
I absolutely love this mall. There is a great variety of foods in the cafeteria area with a large area of seating where you can choose between a more light or less due to the location of the ceiling windows. Seasonal shops are always …
This is not a mall lol its shameful..lol need more stores...
Excellent provisions for handicapped shoppers. We like to shop too! And your electric cart service is efficient and polite. Thank you!
Pretty decent mall overall. The gamestop had a surprisingly decent selection and was very well laid out, and the game store looked great, though I didn't have time for more than a cursory glance. This is also the only place I've ever seen a dippin dots vending machine, so the novelty factor of that alone is worth seeing. Good size food court, so you should be able to find something for everyone.
Indoor Mall, stores are limited, you can get your brows done, a manicure, clothes tailored all while drinking a smoothie. What can you say.
This poor mall is almost a ghost town. Dillard's and JCP are just about the only large retailers holding on. There are still some great stores, but most have jumped ship or closed.
There are still good stores there and around it. I hope to see it get reenergized.
If I could ever show up on time and make it there before they're trying to close it would be better but it's always great
My preferred mall to go to in Omaha. The food court has decent options. My daughter likes the play area.
This is a great place to shop.
Nice place to shop for Shoes from
Sad to see stores closing and empty places. Food court was awful.
Though there are empty bays the stores do a great job of being inviting and all together offer a large selection.
Visit the model train club! Lower level by Dillard's. Saturdays 10-4
Soul Body Art is AWESOME! Leighton rocks!
Has a more variety of stores that I frequent.
They have many very nice stores.
Love the Sportswear and athletic shops. They have everything!! Even a Dillard's. A nice and clean food court with many options. Great layout. Good deals.
Still my favorite mall.
good place
The brands that I use are all here. The mall offers good selection of foods. The place is also clean and well-ventilated.
Nice, but not many kiosks even at Christmas which Is where I get nice different items for gifts especially at Christmas season. Could be considered as fire hazards. Not sure.
I absolutely love this mall. There is a great variety of foods in the cafeteria area with a large area of seating where you can choose between a more light or less due to the location of the ceiling windows. Seasonal shops are always closing and reopening and are usually interesting at least a few time for window shopping. This mall includes all the major chains I think people come to expect from a modern mall such as Hot topic, Gamestop, Earthbound, victoria secrets and many more. I happen to be a big fan of the Legendary Wolf Games and think they add to the chances of TCG fans even coming out to a mall at all. There are a few points of concern though. Several major anchor stores, the large chains like Dillards and such, that get a really massive space are usually very important to the economy and general life cycle of a mall. So seeing multiple of them dissapear has already seemed to have a negative impact on this building. Less anchor stores means less major chains for which someone would go to then say "I'm already here, I'll walk around the mall a little." There are now two empty slots in the cafeteria area and I can't help but think that is indirectly connected to the anchor stores. All things considered though, I really enjoy this location. It's very pretty, has internet if you sit close enough to the burger king, and is just a nice place to walk around.
Hardly any exterior signage so parking at your required entrance is pot luck, empty units (big ones) is not something any one wants to see, personally I'd have all the pop up stalls in them until the unit(s) is(are) rented, elevator covered in white paper (seriously), management need to get their finger out before the place goes under
This is not a mall lol its shameful..lol need more stores...
Excellent provisions for handicapped shoppers. We like to shop too! And your electric cart service is efficient and polite. Thank you!
There is plenty of parking but a lot of the stores are closing down and it seems like the stores are barely getting by on the low number of customers. My grand kids love the build-a-bear store here and there is a small play area where they can run around with a scooter's coffee for me nearby. The food court doesn't offer a wide selection.
This mall has gone down hill. So many stores have moved out.
Wish I could rate it better.... it's just past its prime and there are better places to shop
someone stole $50 from me :)
Very clean mall . Great selection of food and has a Spencer's my fav store
Great shops and clean seating areas!
Clean, secure, and.....empty. Nothing sadder in America than a dying mall, and this is one.
Got a lot of back to school stuff for my son for under $100 @ JC Penney.
Indoor Mall, stores are limited, you can get your brows done, a manicure, clothes tailored all while drinking a smoothie. What can you say.
Nice mall, but needs more stores.
Love the jewelry options.... All the jewelry stores are pretty close together too which makes comparison shopping much easier. Penney's is always a must stop and browse place... The discounts are usually very good. Hope they keep this location open. Had my rings cleaned (for free) and sized with same day pick up at one of the jewelry shops. Very nice staff and love the fact you can watch the jeweler work through the back room window.
Malls are for kids and females ... Nothing since Sears went away. No tools
One of the oldest mall in the city. It's a very big place but too few shops. Kids area is very small and doesn't have enough attractions. Food courts are mediocre. Overall it's an average mall. It needs to be improved a lot like the other popular mall in the town (West roads mall). The cleanliness of the mall is also on the average side.
Nice place but has changed since the past as n racial and social standings
Went to get the wife's rings serviced.
Not what it used to be. Not many shops, need more shops and customers to support the area. Specially shops are good.
Several empty shops but generally pleasant. Security presence was evident but not intrusive. Less of a destination place, but I'll certainly go back.
This is my go to mall. Food, clothes, and other things that you may need in one place.
Sarku is the only place worth going to at that mall
This poor mall is almost a ghost town. Dillard's and JCP are just about the only large retailers holding on. There are still some great stores, but most have jumped ship or closed.
I don't know. It doesn't appear like the management cares enough about upkeep any more. Which, I don't care if a neon light is broken, I suppose the marginal revenue of repair isn't expected to meet the marginal cost of repair. So it just can't be justified. Fixing that sign isn't going to make malls cool again and the elasticity of demand of the vendors in the food court is not impacted by the place being 'cool'. If I want Charlie's philly grill I go there.
There are still good stores there and around it. I hope to see it get reenergized.
Nice variety of stores, can always use more to fill out the center.
Good food and nice mall of jewerlys
Customer service was decent.. the store looked pretty nice but the dressing rooms were disgusting with trash all over including a dirty diaper
Best traditional mall in Omaha and yet like all malls it is losing customers hand over fist. It has a small carpeted play area on the ground floor with objects for kids to climb on but that is it. I expect it to keep losing customers until target buys in and random small stores open up. The cinema is not attached, now is the book store. Even the stores around it are doing poorly aka toys r us.
Mall the mall itself is dwindling as many anchor stores have left. Small is still a great place to go shopping smaller retail stores and a great place to take the kids when it's cold outside. Lots of places for them to run, lots of …
This mall is still relevant. I wouldn't get your eyelashes done from anyone at a kiosk, but that's my personal preference. The anchor stores held just what I was looking for, Aqua Di Gio! We went in the late morning and it wasn't crowded. The whole smell and ambiance of this mall is enjoyable; to shop or just walk around and window shop.
I love Oakview Mall the only thing I don't like about it it does not have a Foot Locker
Just like the Westroads Mall and the Mall of the Bluffs in Council Bluffs , Iowa . Oak View Mall does offer customers a place to shop , however like many retailers around America these days there is stiffer competition among on line …
Loved this place for years but just had to stop going, it's on life support and needs an overhaul.
Very clean facility, food is served in a timely manner, and the service was amazing.
It's not a run-down place like some of the other malls are starting to get. They still have a pretty good selection of stores too
With all the anchor stores closing, this whole place should be leveled and made into an amazing green space.
Lots of parking, but pot holes were an issue. Good variety of shops and food.
Big department stores are closed and everything is ridiculously expensive.
Well duh, it's a mall! Who doesn't love the malls?! Haha
Love this place, variety of stores. Great sevice.
This place is ghetto now and went downhill, never going back
I had an appointment at Vision works at the oak view mall today. This female name Julia in Vision works was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional. I have been a customer at Vision works for several years, however, after the experience today, I plan to be no longer their customer. Sorry Oak View, but if these are the kind of people that are hired in your businesses at this mall then I no longer want any part of it. I will be sure to inform my co- workers at my job at the rudeness of your hired employee name Julia and at the same time if it wasn't for people like me being a customer Julia would would have a job. sign MCP.
Customer service was decent.. the store looked pretty nice but the dressing rooms were disgusting with trash all over including a dirty diaper
JCPenney's has this wonderful sale I got two outfits. A Nike outfit and an Adidas outfit both for under $100.
Nice play area for kids. We especially enjoyed the railroad display.
Clean quality mall. Great food options but a few empty stores.
Great mall, awesome location, and great selection of stores! The oakview mall is also conveniently minutes off of highway six, so there is a diverse group of people, creating a diverse item demand...
Nice, a Little confusing.
Not too many options to choose from but you might give it a shot, the food court is not that diverse either
Mall the mall itself is dwindling as many anchor stores have left. Small is still a great place to go shopping smaller retail stores and a great place to take the kids when it's cold outside. Lots of places for them to run, lots of stores for them to go to including a candy store, and a little playground area in the lower level for small children.
My kids love the play place here. The food court is okay.
A lot of different stores, but could be cleaner.
This...Mall...if that's what you want to call it sucks. I hate the fact that I live in NE because we have nothing here and our local government does nothing to promote or entice businesses to come. The mall has a hand full of shops in it and most of the name brand shops have closed. It's a miracle Dillards, JcPenney, Candyopolious, Nike, and a few other stores are still open. The food court has lost 2-3 food vendors and their use to be spots sit vacant now. I prefer to shop online due to NE's poor choice of Malls. It's sad because this mall use to be popping. I thrive off a mall busseling with people, a variety of shops, and updated designs. This mall has none of those. Why do bigger cities have better malls and not us??? Huh Jean aka (2019 Mayor) ??? I give this mall a 2 if you go you'll see what I mean and you'll wonder when their going to put up the business closed sign up!
They always keep it interesting with new and different stores whenever I go here. Love the buildings set up too.
This mall has great food clothes and it even has little electric animal cars for kids my nephew loves them this is a great mall i love going there.
Nice place to people watch.
I don't know what happened to this place but garbage
Kind of feels like it's towards the end of it's lifespan. I went here when I was younger and it was filled with great stores. Now it's filled with a few big name stores and tons of garbage ones you have never heard of where there's way too much space for how much merchandise they sell.
Better than westroads mall and it still has a food court with great restaurants.
It's going to be a ghost place like all other malls to high prices
This mall is still relevant. I wouldn't get your eyelashes done from anyone at a kiosk, but that's my personal preference. The anchor stores held just what I was looking for, Aqua Di Gio! We went in the late morning and it wasn't crowded. The whole smell and ambiance of this mall is enjoyable; to shop or just walk around and window shop.
I love Oakview Mall the only thing I don't like about it it does not have a Foot Locker
My son from the Northwest flew into Omaha Tuesday and we went to Dollars at Oak View Mall to purchase a black pea coat..it cost 143.00 with tax. The coat being 125.00 on sale..the products of Dillards are first quality...top end products...I wouldn't advise shopping there unless you want to spend a bit of money..Dillards is the only store we went to as my son knew exactly what coat he wanted as he looked it up online and made sure the store had the coat in his color which was black and he got a large...the coat was in the store and available so we went in the morning to make sure we got it...there are a number of stores there..like Macys and sears I believe. So its a big mall. There is also a decent food center for lunch...so though we only went to one store I would highly recommend Oak View Mall to anyone who doesn't want to shop at cheaper stores..
Oakview Mall has been pretty consistent for the past 20 plus years. It's in a pretty decent location and you can literally get anything you want in one place. They have a pretty good food court. It's easy to find your way around the mall because of its simple layout. They only have a few places in the food court now. Maybe it's time they update their food court like westroads did?
They need to do a major renovation and get new stores in.
This is a nice mall and a good place to shop good variety ot stores...
Nobody was there...great place to collect my thoughts.
This is a good place to go out with friends. They have a variety of place to eat and drink. They also have a food court that has plenty of space. They have a small area for kids to play in. They have escalators in a variety of place that make it easy to get around. This mall also has a number of close/department store on each wing of the mall. With a variety of name bread stored between in the main halls on both top and bottom floor.
Ate at the Japanese chicken teriyaki and waited over 20 min. For food then they said they had no vegetables what ???
I Go 45 miles to go here to buy the vics popcorn.
This may be one of my favorite malls to shop at in the area. It's clean, seems safe, and never really too busy.
Its lack of new businesses and its dead
Loved this place for years but just had to stop going, it's on life support and needs an overhaul.
This mall seems out dated. It's half empty. This mall is going down hill fast!
Great place. Everyone was so friendly
Very clean facility, food is served in a timely manner, and the service was amazing.
Had fun at #OakviewMall with Xander Adams for #PopWithCops. Awesome to have met #Thor, thank you for give up some of your time for the community. Shout out to the really great officers #OPD who took the time to meet with and talk to all of the kids and adults. Special metion #K9Ty and #OfcSautter
The place is starting too look deserted. SAD. I only go there is too shop JC PENNY, Bath/Body and Victoria Secret.
It’s a dying mall what else can I say. Mall management is very unprofessional. As a former business owner located in the mall I am so disappointed on the level of unprofessionalism, lack of security literally there are no video cameras in the mall so hold your purse tight. The escalators auto stop on their own so hold on tight. And the elevator has been broken for almost 6 months . It’s a good thing this place was purchased by an LLC so they can safely file bankruptcy in case of lawsuits if something were to happen to someone there. I tried to hold my tongue but I don’t want my own customers taking risks there with all the hazards. it’s a good thing this place was purchased by an LLC so they can safely file bankruptcy when the lawsuits flood in. I tried to hold my tongue but I don’t want my own customers taking risks in a falling apart mall. Hopefully they convert this giant eye sore into a hospital the west side needs one .
A very good place for shopping. You will get almost every brand here with a wide variety of range of everything. Very spacious neat and clean place. Good food court available such that you can spend your whole day easily without any worries.
Went in for a quick visit to look at the purses in Dillards. They have a large selection. Some of purses seem like they are of a cheaper quality than they use to be. Did not find anything.
A nice indoor mall with a variety of shops and restaurants. Plenty of things to do for the whole family. Close to an AMC theater which is very handy. Nice staff and overall experience!
Had a great father and son day here.
Used to be a lot cooler than it is now, with a lot more to offer. They’ve started phasing out most of the anchor stores and a lot of the other smaller, more notable stores as well. If you’re someone who can drive to Westroads, I’d suggest going there for your shopping needs. Oak View’s only redeeming quality at this point is Sarku Japan, since Westroads got rid of theirs when Flagship Commons was built.
It’s a good mall with a great selection of stores but it just seems very slow. There’s never a lot of people there. But the stores are great and the food court is nice.great selection of foods. Overall great mall
Not much of crowd .. ample parking . One of the best malls in the city .
Kinda sad to see this place start to die like it is, used to go here all the time a few years back and it had way more foot traffic back then. A lot of the stores have moved out of there
I've been going to here off and on since I was young. It's good, clean and has a lot of different places.

Nice place to shop. Wish they had more higher end stores.
Today was good
Inside mall. More crowds. Better parking.

Had a great father and son day here.
This place is an excellent mall with high quality floors, stores, ceilings, and more! This place is an amazing option to choice if you are shopping for jewelry and common apparel!
Setting up NE-IA Railroaders new club location.
Nice mall with lots of Stores and Restaurants
It’s kinda dying. Lots of closed stores but I enjoyed some pizza from the food court and got a band shirt from hot topic.
Very nice Mall to shop.
Just like most malls anymore it has lost a large number of stores.

Like many other shopping malls across America Oakveiw Shopping Mall does has its charm and sometimes good bargains . Yet many shopping malls are closing down due to advance innovation of the on line market place here in the 21st Century . Will Oakveiw Shopping Mall be able to compete with Amazon and other retailers who are embracing this new technology ? Only time will tell us
I love the mall but justice is not really my favorite anymore
It’s a good mall with a great selection of stores but it just seems very slow. There’s never a lot of people there. But the stores are great and the food court is nice.great selection of foods. Overall great mall
Not much of crowd .. ample parking . One of the best malls in the city .
Nice mall with plenty of stores. It’s nice to have several major department stores although one is closing. Food court has quite a few selections. Laid out so you can access more of the stores quickly. Clean restrooms and upkeep of the building is good.
Great stores, good kid friendly events
Wonderful sopt to hang out with people and shop
This mall is good for food and kids clothes, very little urbanwear -
Very nice mall!
I loved it, the temperature was at perfect. And it was clean.
This is a huge mall with a lot of stores in it. I mostly go in there because the number of makeup vendors that are there. I don’t usually find a lot of clothing items there and I am not a huge fan of all the stores that are there. The parking availability is massive and people in the mall are very helpful in finding things for you. Would recommend.
Shopping malls are a thing of the past.
I like to grab tasty snacks from Grubbz Scratch Kitchen... Their Grubbz Sauce is so good!
It's a mall.
Kinda sad to see this place start to die like it is, used to go here all the time a few years back and it had way more foot traffic back then. A lot of the stores have moved out of there
Love going there to go shopping and hangout with friends
Love it! Not so crowded. Awesome food court.
I love the new seats there have they recline & heated on ur back
Its huge and amazing
I love them all but I am getting fed up with all department stores I can no longer go shopping and find what I want. Usually I'm sent with the little promise go to the net and you'll find it.
Very disappointing! Most all large department stores are now closed including the ones around the perimeter of the mall.
Always nice time to spend time with friends
I've been going to here off and on since I was young. It's good, clean and has a lot of different places.
Seems kind of run down but its not a bad place. A pokestop and a gym help haha
It's hard to see this mall and not remember what it once was. Going here now is always a bit sad, knowing that it is certainly not the same as in years past. It feels a tad bit abandoned, as are many malls across the country. I do enjoy the large, open space of the food court and the plethora of parking spaces. Hopefully the mall can find a way to survive.
Nice and dead so you can do your shopping in peace.
The mall parking lot leaves a lot to be desired with the big potholes, but inside it's doing pretty good. We keep returning to go to Build-A-Bear because of the Fantastic staff that we have found there. Absolutely the most cheerful sweetest and fun group there. Especially Emily W. #lzdrv #littlezebradragons
Had a great time... it was fun shopping but grabbing food on the way out - even better!!!
I liked the mall mainly because of its architecture. The mall is clean and tidy with lots of options for shopping. There’s a food court too. I went there mainly for Mac cosmetics which I didn’t find in any other malls. I went on Friday evening and it was not crowded. A nice place to hangout.
Could open a bit sooner but amazing no less
Jen at the Clinique counter in Dilliards is fabulous. She always helps me with colors and give me great tips.
Ate at panda Express it was the busiest place in the food court
The customer service in JC Penny's was very good. I had to return a stire bought item and exchange an online order/item. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Good mall with lots of clothing stores.
Seems kind of run down but its not a bad place. A pokestop and a gym help haha
I went to the apple store here nice staff
I like that it's not too crowded. Watch out for pot holes, though on the south entrance! Looks like a bomb went off!

The elevator has been out for months which makes it difficult with a stroller. There are other elevators inside the larger stores but finding them is pretty inconvenient.
Nice and dead so you can do your shopping in peace.

When you go here it is not to people watch or lolly gag, this mall may not be as busy as the others but you can definitley get to where you want and get out. The floor plan makes it easy to almost see whatever you want and walk directly to it.
Good place to spend time
Longhorn steakhouse was the best!!! Service was awesome!!! Chris our serving was amazing. The manager on duty was even amazing also. Lunch for $12/person was the perfect deal. I would refer this place to everyone. I left this place satisfied!!
Went there to shop at Younkers close out sale. Did wander through the mall on the way to JC Penny's and noticed the mall remains clean and popular for the younger crowd. Food court has plenty of options. If you enjoy mall shopping then this seems like one you will want to visit.
Busy, but the stores were great.
Had a great time... it was fun shopping but grabbing food on the way out - even better!!!
Sad. Looks so different now. Not much to shop around anymore.
Good time shopping!
This mall is dead. No more candopilis, no more Yonkers, no more stores. I'm honestly surprised it's a mall anymore. Sad to see it go.
Great mall to walk around. Nice people

It's your average mall. Not too big. Kids had fun in the small play area and found what we needed in the stores
It's going down hill
I'm just impressed this thing is still open. There's nothing around it for food options besides a Apple bees, if that's still open, the parking lot is a nightmare, and nothing inside is worth the treck.
Is very fun to shop.
Good stores and good seating. That’s all I heed to say
The mall was great, but waiting for my wife and daughter to finish shopping was not. At least they found everything they wanted.
I like the Oak View Mall because of there is my two favorite stores i.e. Khol's and J.C. Penny. I feel more comfortable to park my car since they have huge parking lot.
Could open a bit sooner but amazing no less
I have great memories here as a kid. I've worked there for many years. Sad to see that it's dying of old age.
Great food choices & a play area for the kids.
Jen at the Clinique counter in Dilliards is fabulous. She always helps me with colors and give me great tips.
Has a nice food court for meeting up.
Ate at panda Express it was the busiest place in the food court
