Here you have all the opinions of real people like you who consume the services of Crossroads Mall (Mall) in Nebraska.
At the present the business gets a rating of 3.1 over 5 and the score has been calculated on 1718 reviews.
As you can see its rating is average, and it is founded on a very large number of reviews, so we may be quite sure that the assessment is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are pleased, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to write tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
Go to Target, if you must. But for the love of all that is holy avoid this black-hole of a building. Nothing that lives near it survives. It is the event-horizon of small business... even big box stores cannot escape its soul-crushing gravity. Barnes and Noble is the opposing pole in the binary star system that holds this crumbling structure together. When it one day goes Supernova, is crushed under the weight of its own failure, and turned into roach-infested drug dens, it will then earn its second star. Stay away.
The most pathetic mall I have ever seen in the US
Great place. I take my kids ones in a while to the playground.
Used to be a real nice mall, but I heard it's condemned and gonna be torn down in 2020...
The discount on sale is OK and additional discounts with coupons is amazing. And most of all, they are happy to make you Happy. Target shopping Mall is the place to be when you visit Omaha.
You got to use the massage chairs is good on your back
Great place to shop and eat. I visited Hot Topic and Spencer.
Great time wandering around an old mall, good place to find service dogs in training.
Just go in and walk around. It’s a mall that is empty, but it’s also like time stood still. Wish the mall management would open this up to Hollywood producers, because it would be a perfect place!
AMAZING! Wish I could give this mall more than five stars. When you walk in, you’re greeted by a scent reminiscent of a haunted library. Many of the stores were closed, most devastatingly, one that looked like a giant garage sale. It smelled just like my uncle’s basement in there, with just a hint of demonic clown, there was a strange light emanating from the back room, in stark contrast to the cold bars blocking the store’s entrance. The upstairs was completely blocked off, which was a real bummer, as I had heard rave reviews about the food court and it’s adjacent bathrooms. The highlight of my trip to crossroads would definitely have to be my visit to the store “Stella’s”. They had many a sword to vanquish thine enemies with, as well as a lovely assortment of perfumes, with names like “sensual” and “pheromones”, shame they didn’t have “chloroform”. A note to management: please consider renting out the top level as apartments, I’d love to call this place my new home, and I’m sure my nighttime friends would like a permanent day time residence as well.
Still has a few places to shop.
Would be better with more shopping and a food court!!
There's only a couple stores and they aren't worth the time it takes to park, walk inside and figure out which.
Amazing place. Sad its being shuffled to the bottom when it's in suxh2a perfect location
Love the twrget
Target and the bookstore. Thank God for the bookstore. Crossroads is a ghost town
Let it die already.
Target and borders. Parking. Good access
This place is commercial blight. I can't wait for it to be destroyed and replaced.
Terrible, went down hill fast. Need something new in this location.
Feels bad to rate a place so poorly. Especially when it used to be a staple of a community. Not much reason to go here any longer though, unless you're actually at Target.
It had a nice Target, not much else.
Saddest mall I've been to. A least it connects target and Barnes & Noble.
Smaller target then most. Ok for selection.
Always clean and well stocked!
Nothing but empty store fronts... Didn't even have a good court
THE Place Is Empty and it's Sad ☹️
Crossroads isn't really a mall anymore, just a couple small stores next to a Target.
I went to your friendly local Target store, very nice location quite a few things to choose from also food clothing automotive pharmacy etcetera etcetera. Wheelchair accessible and electric card for those who can't walk long distances. On the Richter scale I would rate them about 8.
Lot's of cool stores.
There is Target or Barnes and Noble. Otherwise it's abandoned, the few shops inside are worth a good cringe laugh. It's fun to go upstairs or on the parking garage roof, but security will come get you if you go there.
It's pretty much just Target and Barnes and Nobles
I do wish it had a Victoria secret but other than that I love it
Target is great and always clean and well kept. Not a fan of the rest of the mall it's just so outdated and known as the zombie mall. They really should incorporate more up and coming stores or well known stores. To get more people in there. It's so close to me and I'm a huge shopper wish they'd do more with it.
it is ok.. i only go here for target when i pass by here
I was not there. I was at a home on Webster Street.
Stay away. Everything is closed and it feels like a zombie hideout from a bad B-movie. Target, Barnes and Noble are the only valuable shops here.
This is probably the deadest dead mall I've ever seen. I'm from out of town, and my wife and I ended up here as we were driving through Omaha. It was a weird experience to say the least. When you walk into this mall, it almost feels post-apocalyptic. I guess it is a victim of the retail apocalypse, though. You can easily see this was probably an amazing mall during it's heyday, but that time is long past. Honestly, if I were to come back in five years, I'd be genuinely surprised if this mall was still open to the public in its current state.
This mall is in deed in need of a makeover and some business's Should they want to grow.
Old and very rundown. Should've been torn down a long time ago.
This place exists, but only barely. I went to the target, but the mall is essentially closed with occasional closeout sales brought in. I hope someone successfully redevelops this soon. Sincerely.
It's a mall. It's a nice mall! It's a mall that doesn't feel like it's dying on the vine. What a marvel in today's world. Great foodcourt.
Much nicer inside then I expected
I grew up with Crossroads being the centralized place to shop for everything mall. Now, with most every retailer gone, it's simply a shell of fading memories.
Hardly considered a mall. More like a oversized flea market
It’s alright, but it really needs to be re-done because it’s falling hard. There are some stores but mostly just close-out deals for stores that are running into the ground.
Got some good stuff here
The "Free Wifi" is kinda fake. You have to sign up for the Wi-Fi. The didn't travel through the whole mall. The food area was kind of small and way to big of a line
Dead mall that was once a very nice place.
I was only in and out of Target. Only other store I visit is Barnes and Noble. So sad to see the place that was once vibrant in such a depressed state
Mastercuts good barbers Ask for paul
Hardly any open stores in the whole mall. Nice location but seemed to be closing all businesses and no explanation or end in sight. Disappointed with the entire experience
Its dead.
Grew up with this mall. I would really hate to see it go under, especially in such a prime location such as 72nd and Dodge.
way too many stores to visit in one day. this is definitely a multi-trip mall. also I haven't been since 1991 but im assuming nothings changed
So sorry to hear Sears is closing. I love Barnes and Noble, one of the only places I can still go to read and have some excellent coffee.
Good target
Still a dead mall. Frown.
The only thing good about this mall was barns and noble other than that it's pretty close to a ghost town.
Still has some good stores
Only the imbeciles that are in charge of this city could possibly let a prime location like the Crossroads Mall became the barren desert that it is. But the disgusting self interest of the low life backwoods politicians that keep getting re-elected trumps the greater good of the city always. The city of Omaha deliberately creates racial and class divides for the benefit of the local wealthy and it ultimately makes the city look bad on a national level. People who move here want the convenience of nearby shopping like real cities have. The city leadership has no idea how to revive the once thriving commerce districts because they are all from Omaha and do not have a world scope. The Crossroads was jam packed on the weekends not more than 20 years ago but the campaign of the local press to create a “bad side of town” has actually worked. The mall is a reflection of how pathetic city leadership has become. How is there as empty commercial property on the Main Street of the city?
Great sales!
This mall is pretty bare. It is a beautiful mall and it would be great to see it revived. Great location in Omaha too.
Older mall, pretty desolate at times: visited over a weekend and the mall was pretty empty on a Friday and Sunday afternoon.
What a waste of precious space... So many unfortunate people all over Omaha, homeless people all over with nowhere to go because the shelters we do have are full yet we have this empty mail that could house so many people, so many innocent children.. But no. Screw that insane, disgusting suggestion, big Corp needs their paper. Sad.
This "dead mall" is a strong reminder of a past era - an age where people would come and enjoy indoor shopping in one center. A lot of the reviews posted are positive, to my surprise. Another Google Reviewer mentioned they did not care about the quality, it was fun to hang out. I cannot possibly think why anyone would want to hang out here. Plus reviews should be about quality of the services, products, and overall establishment. The entire second floor is shut down and there are only two interesting stores: a museum and the famous fantasy themed shop. Target has an entrance but it was closed when I visited (you could only access from the outside target entrance).
I am very grateful that there is Barnes and Noble bookstore that is relatively close to my home so I can still satisfy my book fix.. lol
As of Spring 2019, it seemed to be pretty much closed down and deserted. A few stores were open, such as Borders Books. I do not know if a revival/reopening is planned.
I really don't visit this location except for when the kids sale happens for Take2 or if i have a quick run to Target. THis use to be a great mall but so many businesses have left.
Good place to be..
My God Crossroads in Terrible. This is the very definition of a dying mall. If you want a good mall, go to Westroads or Village Pointe, both down the road. This mall is falling apart, is super dirty, and has a crime problem.
What a beautiful property! Wish I could have seen it in its heyday!
Has stores with unique merchandise that you won't find elsewhere!
Very very very very very good Barbara ❣️
As most of you know, this mall is one cough from dying completely, although there are a few very pleasant shopping experiences attached to it, namely Target and Barnes and Noble, both of which I enjoyed visiting today.
Barnes and Noble. Need I write more? Five stars!
Weird lay out
Best selection of clothes
Things are looking up for this mall, and I sincerely hope something is done to improve it and to bring more traffic here. Even the busiest malls in Omaha are feeling the Amazon effect, however, so it should be interesting to see what happens here.
Just sad to see the state of the mall currently! I remember when the Crossroads was always packed and at one time it was the place to go to get the lastest fashions and great food!
The only good store is Sears. They need to revive the mall and put more stores.
Good shopping center, sad to see it go downhill in a busy part of town.
This place needs to close...and something new put in... Target and Barnes n Noble...only places worth going. End of an era....
Not anything special, looks like any other target
Went for the Take2 sale. Made out pretty good. Didn't do anything else with the mall lol.
I feel bad to say it but the mall is mostly dead. If you're not going to 1/2 price clothes, Target or Barnes and Noble there's really nothing there.
I was back in Omaha visiting family when came down with an ear infection. Not only is the staff at Crossroads knowledgeable and professional, but they also were quick and caring. I left there knowing I was diagnosed correctly and felt comfortable calling them with any questions - should they arise. It will be my go-to place for future needs.
The mall is more than empty. Sears is closing. There's like 4 or 6 shops. Target is attached but keeps their door to the mall closed. This dump reminds me of the National Visa Center, which is run by the state department of the United States. Empty like the brains of the people who run or work At The National Visa Center.
Barnes and Noble. Oh books, i love to read.
Very little there now. The lot has really bad potholes. Since there are still a few businesses still there, they should be keeping up on the lots.
The very definition of a "dead mall." If I hadn't seen a handful of other people wandering the dark corridors I would have been worried about trespassing. Nearly every gate was pulled down. Each store (of the 5 or 6 that had merchandise) had self-posted hours that varied given the day of the week. The Target was open, but was inaccessible via mall entrance. Barnes & Noble was open and had a decent amount of shoppers. It was a neat experience (because of the creepy, horror movie feel) but I don't reccomend if you are actually shopping. Unsure why it is still open at all.
Tear it down, it is on life support, one store left,Target....
Great job@
Empty shell ! Can't access K- Mart from mall . Have to go outside to enter. Other than the last Sears in our geographical area no reason to stop. Be careful leaving after dark !!!!!
In my opinion the worst things that affected the once nice mall was the little punk gangs running rampant and Walmart.
Nothing there. It's just run down and boarded up. The only thing is Target and they have their shared entrance with the mall all blocked off. No indication that anything is wrong. The whole second story was off limits and only a few shops in a very very big mall. It was sad and unsettling to walk around in.
Went to have taxes done by .A.A.R.P Free of charge,????
Management does not keep current a listing of shops on their WEB site. As large as this mall is, management should. Other malls throughout America have larger malls and are able to keep their list current and correct.
Nostalgia alone prompts me to give this place a 3 star rating. There are few stores left in this once great mall, like so many others in America. Walking through the place takes me back to when it was alive with activity. Holiday memories come rushing back when literally thousands of people were inside shopping. Now, it is little more than kiosks, a Barnes and Noble, a dying Sears, and a Target store capped on one end like a shiny crown on a molar.
We didn't shop because the cash registers were down and they asked us did we want to wait. NO
I would like to see more stores. Great area for those who like to see what they are buying v.s. online.
Tear it down already. It's embarrassing.
I love everything about it
I’m not sure how this place is still open. It sad to think that this place at one time was the spot to be!! I can’t wait for them to take it down and build something new and fresh.
Not much left to keep mall alive, a quincera store a Target, and martial arts studio, and a barnes and Noble are about all that's left
Target dependable
This mall is barely standing. Only store that keeps me coming back is Stella's
It would be be better if there were more stores
Love Target!
Very clean, nice envirement dor shopping.
Would not recommend coming here.
At some point this mall will have a purpose, until then this is just a Barnes and Noble and a Target.
So grateful for Barnes and Noble still being there. Great selection in books
Not at all like it was during its heydays of the 80s and 90s. I only go there for the Super Target on the South Side or the Barnes & Noble on the North side.
At Crossroads Mall I go to Stellas Belle Beaute. They have all kinds of things there. I love to go and get jewelry, necklaces, rings perfume oil... I even bought my purse there! Never know what you will find!
In and out, got what I wanted, but a dying mall. Cannot actually enter the mall from an anchor store. Total of 3 potential anchors, one, dillard closed, the other Sears has one foot in the grave. Few national chain stores. Great target and Barnes and Nobel
This place would be better off as a public green space!
This is a graveyard to what use to be.if they would just invest in the mall and upgrade the face and options in the mall much like they did in the westroads I think they would attract more businesses. There is a need for a mocvie theater in that area of town. Maybe a Dabe and busters, persuade petco to come overand pull in some other viable businesses that would make it worth wild. Otherwise shut the doors and stop wasting business space!
They need to do more
The reviews : are just that, I guess if you don't need to go there you don't, but for some of us others, we like it, and hope its popularity someday comes back.
Not actually a mall little to no shops left but good for use as indoor walking course
Just about every store you would want. Just opened a new VANS. The stores are wall to wall people.
Very nice place
I love going to Target! They have the correct size bags for bigger items such as paper towels and toilet paper. And it's a clean store with all the newest fashions.
Good shopping
We don't have a target where we live so when we travel east to Omaha? Then we get what we want
I thought zombies would attack it's a dead zone
The Barnes and Noble is very nice, as is the Target. But that's all, folks. The mall itself is a dark, creepy ghost town. Nothing to see here, move along.
