They went to scan and go so know the isles are filled with pallets not put on the shelves. And when you need help you can't find anyone who works "that department". So not being able to get down an isle on a Saturday or Sunday and no help we have decided they don't want our business. It was so much better before they went to scan and go and self check out. Lost our business completely!

Very good organized grocery store and self-checkout is so convenient. Pharmacy personnel is very rude and every time so I transferred my prescriptions from there.

Very disappointed in the extra attention I seemed to get the other day from a employee. You can only follow a mother and small child down so many isles pretending to straighten 1 or 2 items before you are not being subtle anymore. I shop there twice a week for over 5 years!!! I've never been treated that way. Sad and frustrated

I'm really upset with the way chicken is purchased from the deli. I can't just order a tender or two. It's all these meal deals with sides. The service is fine, just what the heck was wrong with the way every other grocery store I have ever been to changing it. It's really inconvenient and I have taken my purchases to Albertsons.

I enjoy shopping at Smith's great selection and wonderful people unfortunately I will probably have to stop shopping their because in April they will stop taking visa credit cards and it is the only card I have I am hopeful that they can come to a agreement with visa because I will miss shopping at Smiths.

The staff here is amazing super helpful and if they don't know the answer to a question they find someone who does. The store is clean and usually well stocked. If you can't find something they will help you find it or suggest where else you might find it. The building itself is a bit small in comparison to other grocery stores but the variety of products they fit in it is impressive.

Box Store strip mall. Has a lot of what you need, or don't need in the case of The craft store. Has a movie theater, and a Golden Corral, which is great for a night out with the family. Grocery shopping office supplies, I pet store, Etc.

It's hard to review a shopping mall like this, since each store has their own front and building, but still. It's a nice mall! The entire place as three places for food (Pizza Hut, Taco Del Mar, and McDonalds), and ice cream shop (Coldstone), a grocery store (Smiths) and a few other nice stores to have! (Michael's, Barnes and Noble, Office Max, and PetSmart). The entire place is fairly well kept, and it's not a nightmare to drive through.

Very nice local grocery store. It's clean and the prices aren't too bad. What I really liked about it is that they give the kids free fruit to eat while you're shopping. You won't catch Walmart doing that.

I can never find what I need in this store. Updated review July 2019: I sometimes am forced to go here out of location convenience and it usually ends up in problems. After their recent remodel to the store, they NO LONGER TAKE VISA (Debit or credit) I attempted to buy fuel and my debit MASTERCARD ALSO didn't work. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had no other form of payment and had to return my purchase. I ended up going up near the airport for fuel. By far my least favorite grocery store in Great Falls.

Smith's has the best deli meat selection in town the staff is usually attentive and polite. They do have one woman that seems to work Sunday mornings that I am now avoiding do to her being rude to other customers and myself but overall a great place. Bakery and the meat counter are always well staffed and super fresh foods! Yummy!

Lots of neat places here. Food, clothes, pet stuff, books, video games, groceries. Hell even an eye care facility. The only thing that sucks is how many people come here so there is always a ton of traffic at the Fox Farm intersection. The protip though, is to go down fox farm road to park garden and take a right,. That will get you to the backside of the marketplace where there is hardly any traffic :D

The store is great. I dropped 2 stars due to the fueling situation. They have a rewards program that marked diesel fuel as reasonably priced as anywhere. However, the fuel pumps have to be the worst ever. I timed how long per gallon and timed the fill. It took almost 19 minutes to put in 32 gallons of fuel the last time I stopped. Previously I called and discussed the situation with the manager when it took a mere 14 minutes to fill. I was told they have been trying to get the diesel fixed. At almost 20 minutes, in the cold, I will be driving to the top of the hill to save time.

Best prices and most friendly and helpful employees. I was already a life long customer before they remodeled but now its even better. As a mom of 3 cost matters ALOT!! I can fill my cart over the top for around $150-250 every trip no matter the sales. At ANY other store in town a cart that full costs me $250-400. I jus moved to Washington amd am devastated theres no Smith's here.

The hand-held scanners are a GAME CHANGER for shopping. I refuse to grocery shop anywhere else just for that fact. I bag my items as I go (in reusable bags) and it makes the whole process so fast and simple. Love, love, love it.
