Once the pride of Billings, the mall fell victim to big box stores losing out to online sales, and shifting consumer preferences. Several areas are now making a comeback, as new tenants change their marketing, and management. Good to see this community investment coming back!

Great mall! Visited Gamestop there and the asian place to eat near gamestop. Great prices and great food there. Highly recommend. Mall was clean and peacefull to. Our family will enjoy going back there soon enough. Its worth the hour and a half drive there.

I enjoy the individual stores in the mall, but the mall itself is a filthy dirty place. They've done some updates which were sorely needed. Now they just need hire people to clean.

Has adequate security inside and outside the mall. Is a very well kept mall that is clean and has polite staff. The mall has a good selection of permanent and seasonal stores. There are a few salons and nail places. Lots of parking with several handicap spaces around the entire mall and every entrance is handicap accessible. The food court has a good selection of food. The mall does get festive with various holidays too.

Someone should explain that putting in a kids play area comes with maintenance responsibilities. The carpet (yes, they put carpet in a kids play area rather than a suitable soft surface that could be cleaned and sanitized) is absolutely disgusting and actually so loose that it has wrinkles in it which pose a tripping hazard. The walls and benches are disgusting. The giant peg board, besides being a germ infested mess, is missing pieces, some of them look like they've had chunks of the pegs bitten off. Only one of three buttons which are supposed to light up the top of poles actually works. The little camping themed play area they had prior to this was so much cuter and more fun for the kids, it was also easier to clean.

This is a fairly decent indoor mall, not super big, but there's a few pretty good stores to visit, like Build A Bear, Bath & Body, and Spencer gifts. I'm not sure why they feel the need to have 3 Asian restaurants right next to each other, they could have a better food selection.

Very small, you can walk the entire mall in about 5 minutes. I noticed that majority of stores don't have the biggest selection either. The food court has maybe 5 restaurants. Alot of older white people work in 97% of the stores!! Meaning you get poor customer service most of the time if you're dark skinned. I guess that's MT for you.

Here I was, wallowing in my own suffering as I walked through this mall. The screeching children at the pinewood derby detracted from it somewhat, but overall it was quite enjoyable. I was walking with some friends when suddenly, I was ripped back to another place, another time, when I heard those few words; "Do you guys have a minute to talk about Jesus christ?" My eyes went wide as my life flew before my eyes. I knew what little will to live that remains in me withered and died as I recalled the days when I warred against the Mormons. My eyes searched the desolate landscape of the mall for any escape, but it was in vain. I turned to my unsuspecting Brothers in Arms, a warning on my lips. None of them were as wary of religious advances as I was, for their experience was far more limited. "No" was the simple yet harsh whisper that passed from my lips, my face red with terror. "Yeah, of course we do." As my soul withered, I could do naught but hide at the back of the group, worriedly searching for any escape from this horrible ambush, terror gripping me, smothering me. A spark of hope graced my forlorn soul as I saw a security guard eyeing the growing crowd with suspicion. He couldn't possibly know how right he was. As he carefully approached the mass of writhing people, I began to hastily scout out an escape. I felt an eager smile crossed my face as I saw a few of my other friends walking through the mall. As the leader of the cult turned to address the security guard, I broke into a Sprint to join my comrades. I felt disgusted with myself as I saw my friends being lead to the slaughter, but there was nothing I could do to stop it. My friends accepted my presence as I knew they would, and I made my hasty exit. I knew my death was near as I heard it: "Do you guys have two minutes to talk about Jesus Christ?"

Today we were shopping in your mall. My friend went into "Hot Topics", The lady that was serving her said she need to pay for here items and my friend was just asking a question. So it turned into a complication. We ended up leaving that store and we're followed by the Mall Security, even though we had done nothing wrong. We felt like criminals instead of shoppers. Not only that other people in our group had the same issue. We had a horrible experience and will never refer anyone to your Mall.

The best part of this mall is the Cinnabon. They always have the warmest and best cinnamon rolls around. The parking lot to the mall is usually cluttered and dirty. The inside on the mall is clean though.

Rent could be less to bring in good local vendors, the vendors from out of town are rude and pushy and dont understand personal boundraries. I will hide in a store until they have caught some other poor soul so that I can dart out past them just to duck and dive into the next store to avoid another. And then to the bathrooms could it hurt to hire someone to just clean the rest rooms, I know there are plenty of unemployed people that can do the job. Just a thought. Otherwise I get what I need from the stores I need and I get out. Rant complete.

This is a fantastic place to catch the plague as it is one of the most dirty establishments in billings. They also lease center kiosks to low lives that will legit say offensive things to you if you don't let them give you their sales pitch and purchase something from them. It's gross.

Cute little mall for the area. Definitely fits the town and the style of the town. (During the time I went there was a life-sized electric cow in the middle of the display area. You know, where Santa usually is at Christmas time) I wish there were more shopping opportunities for plus sized women and people who enjoy a more "urban" clothing style. (So exhausted with flannel- which seems to be a Montana fav). Overall a pretty clean and good looking mall. It's not huge but if you're a regular person born and raised in Montana, it'll have everything you need.

I've shopped all over the world and in no way, shape or form does this venue deserve four stars. That being said, all things are relative and it is far and away the best mall in this entire state. Plenty of parking, courteous security, clean and at least semi modern. There is a large range of shopping to be had here too, which is, after all, the point isn't it?

It's a huge mall and still it manages to be filled with Dillards at each anchoring corner. Is Dillards that popular in Billings? It kind of reminds me of our local mall when I was a child, except it was mostly Sears everywhere. There is a Natural Grocers in the parking lot and a WinCo next door, so that's pretty cool. I think there was a movie theater there too.

The mall here in Billings is a little small compared to places in larger states but it's still really great as a nice big retail venue you can visit at all times of year even if it's snowing out. I'm very glad this place has a Cinnabon which my wife loves and a good selection of retail locations for clothes. The game store is actually pretty good too if you want to get some used games.

Forward thinking mall management have been working hard to maintain store vendors by attracting visitor traffic to the mall by incorporating new sport and recreational opportunities amongst the stores. Rimrock Mall hosted the Montana Big Sky State Games Table Tennis both this and last year. Bravo.

Kiosks are nice, but they was this old lady at a Cinnabon kiosk and was very rude because our card wasn't working. Stores are being taken out and replaced a lot, so, shop at your favourite store now at the mall when you can, cause they might close without warning

It's too bad malls are becoming a thing of the past. I took my son shopping for school clothes and it was great to get most of our shopping done where you can try stuff on and see if you like it. All stores were busy and bustling. It beats the online guessing game by far.

Traditional mall. Has all the shops anyone would expect and it's easy to get around. Parking is a bit iffy right now with so much snow in Billings, and there are a few locations empty in the mall, but otherwise it is everything you expect out of a mall.

I had a great experience in one store and a terrible experience in another. I received great help when I was looking for maternity clothes and got some good deals. I recommend the maternity store. When I went to get my hair cut at Master Cuts I should have gotten my money back. The lady missed chunks of hair and the cut wasn't even. She framed it way too high without asking where I wanted the framing to start. She was really nice but I just wanted a decent haircut. My mom had to fix it when I got home. And you had to pay $16 extra dollars to get your hair blow dried. I would not recommend this place for a haircut.

I like the selection of stores. Some attention could be paid to more frequent cleaning of entrance door handles and the push buttons that automatically open the doors for handicapped people. Also, in the winter, more attention needs to be given to keeping the handicapped parking spaces plowed and free of ice.

Nice little mall. They have free west coast swing class in front of Dillard’s. Near closing time, the food vendors will sell a slice of pizza for a dollar or two, 6pc sushi will be a dollar. About the coffee place in the middle of the mall- the lady makes caramel macchiato waaay too sweet. I had to add water good for 2 or 3 more cups.
