You have the feddbacks of people who are using the products and services of Butte Plaza Mall (Mall) near Montana.
To this day the business has a score of 2.9 out of 5 and the rating was based on 533 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is discreet, neither too high nor too low, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may be pretty sure that the assessment is very faithful. If people have bothered to value when they are pleased, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to give feddbacks when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Mall belongs to the category of Shopping mall.
Sad... Where did the stores go?
With the new call center FCR (up to 400 employees) in the mall new businesses would thrive!
Nothing there anymore sad
Not many stores left
Nearly empty, but the few stores that are there are nice to visit.
Not many store any longer, the ones that are there are great though
I wouldn't call this a mall. There are more empty store than there are actual stores. There is a movie theater at the back and one big store but other than that, maybe 2 other stores worth going to.
I love it you can go to all different stors
This isn't even a mall anymore. All the stores are leaving. It's now it's own tiny ghost town. It's very sad and it's killing our economy.
Nice mall, most stores have closed
Nothing here
old out dated 'mall'....? there are only 14 stores of which 1 is a movie theater. at one time im sure it was active and busy. good for walking in a town that has about 6 months of winter.
Small mall, but nice stores/restaurants
Great place to walk around, but not much to offer. Although the Hallmark store is neet
There's barely anything left in the mall. Its sad
A lot of empty stores. Too bad, it's a nice mall. Good location. Theaters.
This place is so empty. It's kinda like a ghost town... My favorite thing about going to the mall, is I don't have to know what I want to get. Either a Christmas present or I just want to spend a few bucks on myself. But I can't do that in this place... The whole thing is dead. There's no food court, so the time you can spend here is limited that way. There's only a few stores open so you have to know what you want to buy before coming here, or it will be a waste of time. The stores that are still open, look fine. And have what you would generally expect from a small mall store. The few times I've been there though, there have always been a few old ladies doing some power walking. So I guess if you want to use this place as more of a free gym... Or maybe you want to join a elderly ladies walking group... This is the place for you.
Maurice's is my go-to store in this mall. They always have my pant size and I'm always guaranteed to get what I want. Thank you
Very depressing...only a couple stores open
Place is a ghost town. They need to stop charging so much for a lease. They are driving out all the businesses.
There is very few stores to shop in. The building is pretty empty.
A lot of empty spaces..
The real Life video game store was cool as heck only reason this place recieved three stars. Otherwise useless mall.
Place just lost its only anchor store in 2018 (Herbergers) just another small desolate shopping mall with not much there except a few remaining specialty stores.
Nothing is in here anymore. It sux
Old mall of bygone days, still won't die.
Went to the theatre for Beauty and the Beast enjoyed the show, am glad it was not 3D those throw my old eyes into fits.
Another failing mall... not much left in it
There mall has no we're good store but there is get great people there
I believe Elizabeth was the clerk's name and she was especially nice and very helpful about what coupons I could use. She was very pleasant to talk to and never got over excited about all my questions. A great overall shopping experience. Thanks to her.
Would be a whole lot better if they had a manager who actually tried to get businesses in there instead of letting it die down to nothing.
I love the mall,but it's becoming empty
My kids love the playground but there isnt much else to it.
This mall is a nice Mall but they need to get more store's and restaurant's in there. A good thing would be more for kid's to do. Theirs not a whole in the Mall anymore.
There's nothing left in the place. Kimmis Casino is awesome though!
The food and service is always good at the Asia Garden at the Mall.
Only a few worthwhile stores... no "anchors"
Is it possible to give a negative rating?!
Good service
Nice shopping area with lots of friendly staff
It's a ghost town.
It sucks! There no places to shop for clothes anymore its pretty much ridiculous!
So sad, now that Herbergers is closing nothing there.
There are stores closing because of high rent which is very disappointing to local residents. Butte needs more shopping options! There are still many of us that enjoy shopping in a store versus online.
Very sad. No stores.
Talk about ghost town. Just sad.
They desperately need more stores!
Few shopping experiences.
This mall is looking desperate. Stores closing, little to no foot traffic, and even the parking lot is shabby, with potholes everywhere.
Overall a clean mall. Has a cinema, some shops, and an escapology experience. Given 3 stars for lack of shops and eateries. While there are a few stores, most of the mall is vacant. Good place to walk a mile when it is cold and icy.
Very informative video of the building of the monument. This is also where you can hey a shuttle up to see her.
I like this place alot it's very sad to see all the businesses leave tho :(
All but nonexistent, sad...
Almost out of stores only has about four left
No stores anymore except like 2. Not worth the time
It's good as a 15 minute timekill, but there's nothing that really stands out to make it worthwhile, especially as herbergers is shutting down.
Pleasant experience.
Tear it down
Not alot left opened, but can find some good deals for the places that are open
The customer service at most of the locations in this mall is better than most places. The major downside to this mall is truly just the lack of options. There is very few stores in between them even less diversity and selection. It's really too bad that they closed the Radio Shack. Now there really isn't anywhere to shop for any sort of electronics.
pictures with easter bunny
Um, why is this place even open? It was like a desolate ghost "mall" with maybe three actual stores. Very disappointing.
Very few businesses are in the mall they go in and out quickly I don't think there's been a lot of changes in the mall for a long time and the sign for it is old and outdated and needs to be fixed
What mall this is absolutely embarrassing to Butte. Wonder why we will be shopping out of town from now on.
There is nothing there..
Not enough places to shop from. But has Herbergers which is pretty good. Very quiet
A dying mall... only kept open for tax write-off... More than 60% of stores are gone...
Good ice cream. Mom and the kid had a good time on the carousel
Loyal locals keep Her Going
Not much left in the mall anymore
Nothing there to shop for
Nice mall with a good variety of shops
I came here in a Saturday and it was practically empty. Very limited choice of stores and lots of empty store space.
The mall used to be a great place to be in Butte, but unfortunately more than half of the spaces are empty. The stores that remain, though, are great!
I went to Maurice's and found some cool clothes. It is my new clothes store.
While it appears the mall is slowly dying, there are still some great stores, restaurants, and the movie theater complex doing business there who can use community support.
Still has some great shops, wish it had more like before!
Very empty but nice atmosphere
The lady that manages it is rude and accuses kids of ruining business at the mall! The rent is out of control and hardly any stores. It's not the kids running customers off or stores closing, It's the owner and management! Tear the place down and let another business build there. Or lower the rent so we could have a mall! Very sad ghostly mall.
No people, no business
Lack of stores in the mall but what stores are there are very nice and helpful
A very small mall that tries it's best in a rather pathetic town. Not the cleanest, but the theatre is decent and there is always parking in every side. Don't expect any shop to stay in business long. If you are going here you probably have no better options and don't want to drive to another city. It'll work fine for you.
Well lit, clean. Half of the shops are empty
There are like 2 or 3 stores in the mall, very sad mall.
Just like malls across the country, it's pretty much empty. We were going to go have lunch at a Chinese restaurant that is situated there on a Monday afternoon and there was a note on the door saying that they were closed. There were maybe two other shops in there and that's it.
So fun especially with Santa there!!!! Lots of holiday spirit!
It has a good post apocalypse kinda vibe
We were surprised in the price difference of the stores here compared to Bozeman, it was a very pleasant surprise. A+ on affordable.
Place is dead and soon will be 7 feet under.
Great Chinese restaurant.. Macy's.. Herberger's (like JC Pennys)
Staff was very friendly the rooms were spacious however I noticed an odd smell in our room other than that good time
They have the hottest red headed security guard.
Not much to shop at
No stores to shop in. Very sad for Butte
There's really nothing here. The mall is mostly used by seniors for walking.
We love Tippin A Glass Cafe in the mall. Also the Asia Garden is quick and inexpensive for a great lunch. Herbergers Staff is always helpful on getting you the best deals! The mall is clean. Too bad we are losing stores in it.
There are almost no stores open. The seating scattered around the open Mall looks like you could pick up something contagious.
Its OK, it is just a place to go shopping
What a sad little mall. The only store worth shopping is closing.
Nice Shopping Center, but unfortunately many stores have closed
Joanne`s fabric store is awesome
Small but has good businesses and activities,
The mall has shrunk too much
Unfortunately I think it's dying... Everything in it is closing. The only good thing left is the food court
This mall is nearly empty now, and the last anchor store is closing soon. It is clean and maintained, but barely worth the visit except for the children's play area and the theater.
Almost completely empty. No anchor stores. Shouldn't be to long before its completely closed.
Boring not enough to do
Not a big fan. Has very little shopping there. MANY stores have closed or moved. The only thing going for the mall may be the movie theater. Never busy. Probably beneficial for people that like to walk laps. I would rather drive to Bozemaan or Missoula. Sorry!
It's a nice, quaint mall that unfortunately is going under as more major retailers pull out because Butte and the surrounding communities can't or won't support it, choosing instead to go to Missoula, Bozeman or Billings. It's sad because the mall is steeped in Butte history with the Carousel and Our Lady of the Rockies!!
It's like a ghost town now
Mall has been hit by store closures. Still a few great shops in the mall to shop.
No stores to shop at
Nice place. Remodel coming along.
Herberger's is great! Fun shops and eateries!
Tiny and asleep but friendly and charming.
Nothing there !!@
Some stores, but has lost several spots in the last year. I like shopping here as it's quiet, not as busy as you would expect of a mall.
Nothing in this mall except a gift shop and a Hallmark store. Super boring.
Wait there's a mall? Then why are there no cars in the big parking lot. Worthless . Get some brand national names in butte or butte will die off and turn in to a toilet for meth heads who steal from naboring towns like devide and Anaconda. Wait too late. Already happens. BUTTE IS JUST A LOST CAUSE BECAUSE THEY DON'T LET NATIONAL BRANDS COME IN.
Excellent stores love the collection especially Joanns
Wish they had more so sad. Happy bath and body is still there.
This should be updated as to CLOSED. The only stores still in operation are Joanne's arts & crafts, the AM movie theater, and Escapeology. Which are all accessible from the exterior. (Escapeology may not have a exterior entrance) however, this IS NO LONGER A "MALL" which is really sad! Soon to be a national call center.
Sad. The place is dying. All the big stores have closed. Only Joann s fabric store is still alive and thriving.
It was very nice
Stores that are left are good ones to shop
Always go to Jo-Ann Fabric, and my daughter loves Bath & Body Works.
Sad mall no stores any more . just big cold space
wish there was more to the mall than a few stores
The mall has been on the decline for a decade now. Now you can find the occasional beauty store, Herberger's, and a movie theater. The mall keeps clean and typically decorates for the holidays but I find it overall quite depressing.
Sad
What a sad sad mall. Almost every suite is empty. The decor is reminiscent of an old folks home, with mesh butterflies and flower paintings. The Herbergers was closing when we went, which shows there's now no anchors in the mall except for the AMC Movie Theater. Really depressing building. I added one star because the location is clean.
The staff here is amazing . Food is great . The perfect over easy eggs. Yummy !
The mall is community oriented. If they can help out with anything they can.
So much different now.
Wanted to leave you guys a good review!!! Hope you all have some great upcoming holidays :p Butte Plaza Mall actually, would also be a great opportunity for me to bring in my business. Perhaps making sure our customer's have a better shopping experience! More options like Mobil Spray Tanning?! :) :D Check us out and if you could give us a review? Radiating Butte, MT
Our mall is dying as are so many across America, but it has always been one of my favorite places to visit. The food at the little Café is delicious and fresh and those working at the mall are generally helpful and efficient.
The warm cinnamon nuts are so good
The mall is dying.
Sadly, with the closing of Herberger's the mall will be a ghost town with only a handful of stores remaining. :(
Pros: Really great stores Very clean Cons: Lots of stores left
Lots of neat little shops. Very very clean, quiet and friendly!!
They need to do a better job with the theater. However the popcorn is great as usual.
Sad that there are so few stores left
Unfortunate to see so many businesses leaving. Would be a better place if more stores could stay open
I had a gyro at Greek To Us in the mall. Took me almost 20 minutes after I order did you get my food. They were slower than hell. Food wasn't too bad.
This mall is not worth the ground on which it sits and should be torn down to better serve the community. It is practically empty of businesses and the area would be better utilized with a shopping center/strip mall on it with the existing businesses in it, a grocery store (safeway) and a spot for the cineplex. The community deserves to have an upgrade to enhance the shopping experience instead of traveling out of town for anything worthwhile.
This is the best Mall in Butte. I met many friendly people and I bought some excellent Christmas gifts.
A nice mall, but there's not that much stores.
Unfortunately it seems that the mall is slowly dieing out. Very little left there except a movie theater, and a few stores with the will to go on. Don't get me wrong the stores that are still there are very nice, and well managed... Though it seems very sparse there.
Not worth our time to go there shopping as there is not anything there anymore.
Best. Dead mall. Ever.
I was surprised by the number of stores that have left the mall. It had been a year since I was last in there.
It has an escape room which we will have to come back for. We love those. Also has a library, I thought that was a great use of space. There is also a movie theater, bath & body works, Maurice’s & a few other stores. Fun mall if your town doesn’t have a mall.
Traveling, stopped to get a haircut from a walkin place. Excellent.
They don't have enough stores , the one's they have
Went to Herberger's inside the mall. It's a good store for smaller people, but for those of us that are 5 foot 11 or higher they don't offer very good selection
Sad that the internet has has killed retail shopping
Decent mall. Stores that are still there are nice. Businesses are closing left and right though. The theatre there is a complete sespool.
