Love the outles! I was very skeptical about a mall coming to Pearl. Especially when they said it would be the biggest in the state, or at least one of the biggest anyway. I just knew it was gonna crowd our already over crowded little ole town of Pearl so much more! I wasn't happy with it one bit. Then I realized, after helping build some of the stores in it, that it will have a lot of places I love to shop at and I wouldn't have to drive so far to go to them. I was still hesitant about the overcrowding I knew that was to come. However I realized the great things that were to come for our city from the revenue, and I stopped worrying about how much the extra people around was gonna impact us. I knew there were more pros than cons. Today I am thankful for the outlets, and all it does for our city!

Have been to these outlets for three years now. Noticed some changes going on at all times, food chains get changed as well. Has pretty good variety of outlets starting from the cheap to premium ones. Been to their Paradox escape rooms - that was fun. Love the frozen yoghurt place, too. The sales happen pretty often and one can find quality clothes at a decent price. One of the few attractions you can do around Jackson

I literally go to only like 4 stores LEVIS, ADIDAS, FOSSIL, & CONVERSE and every single time I go they are always so helpful and willing to help always make sure if there is something I want they make sure it’s not in the back before I leave and always have manners I love those stores. I have so much respect for the employees it’s crazy but I’m moving soon and they have this wonderful cookware store that’s going to get all my money in my new home

We love having this outlet mall close to us! Great prices, although not what I would consider outlet prices necessarily. A great selection of stores, too. Pretty much one-stop shopping, when it comes to clothes, shoes, and accessories. Food court is very spacious and clean, with a decent selection, and there are also several other food options scattered around the mall. The mall itself is well maintained and clean.

If you can't walk long distances, I suggest you bring your own mobile transportation or walking cane or whatever you use to get around with. I also suggest paying attention to their posted sineage, if you know which store you will visit or are an in and outer. This will facilitate in your choosing a parking spot within close proximity of your chosen store.

I have to say, really enjoyable. The layout is simple and the featured store have so much diversity. I spent a few hours just walking and browsing. There are plenty of benches and wide walkways, so you and a group of friends could all go together. It is wheel c hair accesable so no worries there. All and all a good experience.

It's already going downhill rapidly.... As much as I hate to say it and see it this place is in a quick decline it's almost not worth going anymore... You have younger "thug" types walking around cussing up a storm and making it an uncomfortable environment for families having an outing with young children. It needs to be policed a bit better maybe just employ some security officers to help maintain a more family friendly environment.

It was insanely hot the weekend we were here. That usually means edgy people shopping, but NOPE, everyone was hot and polite! Wow! I love the semi-circle layout of themed breezeways with awnings. Every store employee I spoke with was polite and helpful. I defintely want to come back!

A good many of the stores have closed down and left the mall. We would follow directions to a store...just to get there and find that it is closed down. Walking from one end to the other just to find the different businesses were gone was aggravating as hell...why keep directions up to a store that is no longer there?? Walking back and forth in the Mississippi heat of 103 F is NOT fun at all. They need to mark the stores as 'closed' at least...we won't be going back any time soon.
