NorthPark Mall offers shopping for the entire family. It is jam-packed full of endless stores to choose from. Whether you're looking for a nice outfit from Dillard's, bedding from Belk. or a good snack from the food court NorthPark mall has it all.

Nice mall...they are in the process of remodeling some of the shops. New stores have recently opened. Its 100% better than the metro mall! I give it 4 stars because I don't like buying things at full retail price, it was hard to find a really good sale.

During the days of the week, very dull. Nothing like a major city's type. In all just a few boring visits to get what you want and need from what is available. Claires needs more associates. Want your ears pierced?? Than you have to pay for the earrings and the injections. An inconvience if you've already bought a pair from another location. Places such as an undisclosed knock off gold vendor upstairs. Represented by a middle eastern. Can't wear the gold long at all. Not all negative. A very peaceful and clean environment.

Good play area for smaller kids. The carts are $5 to rent, but you get $.50 when you return them. The stores are small and packed most of the time. Not very wheelchair accessible in most of the stores for this reason. Of course there's the typical cart salesperson who harasses you to buy their products. Parking lots need some work as well.

I love the new remodeling it shows the owner cares about the property,its getting back to what the 80's and 90's had to offer from mall shopping. But I blame the brands mainly for the decline of the atmosphere, you look around they are promoting gang, gay, you have flashy, strechy, sagging jeans everywhere, really hard for a working white dude to find a good fitting pair of real cotton jean anymore. But the management, security and brands need to step up, if they aren't there to buy and have respect they don't need to be there

The mall has turned into ghetto trash. Stores are leaving left and right. It has dramatically changed over the last two years. Kids getting dropped off, running around with no parents! This is the Metrocenter redux! My kid and I now shop in Flowood and Pearl. The movie theatre is closing soon. Northpark is next!!

Somehow this mall has survived in an age where malls just aren't loved anymore. This place doesn't have that many empty spots that are so common at other malls and it's safe. Something that also isn't as common. Lots of scary, dilapidated malls out there.

I like the mall. It's more affordable there than a lot of places in Pearl. Never felt unsafe. Are there teenagers walking in groups? Yes, but they mind their own business and are well behaved. It's a mall, a public place where people are going to be walking around. The teens are there because they have no where else to hang out. I'd rather they be at the mall than somewhere more dangerous.

Went to grand opening on 11/7 what a joke. Only four of the same food joints open. Very loud construction going on in food court and whoever decided to have a marching band inside the mall had to be an idiot, they were good but we had to run out of mall or go deaf. Don't expect mall to hold on much longer will never waste my time again. Flowood shops and dogwood is so much better.

When I moved here I was warned not to go to Northpark mall. I've lived in several different states amongst diverse ethnic populations. I assumed everyone was over-reacting. I took my two small children and my elderly mother there today in the middle of the day on a Friday. While shopping for school shoes a woman got in my face and starting screaming at me "you white people need to learn how to apologize". I was unaware of anything I'd done to warrant an apology and asked what had upset her. She yelled "you almost touched me." She continued screaming at me until I gathered my family and exited the store. I'm in shock. The warnings were correct. I will not be returning.

I grew up going to Northpark as a teenager and it was great. I'm back now 10 years later and can't recognise the place. It it's nothing but saggy pant wearing thugs!!! I was surprised it was still open after going inside. This is about to be the new metrocenter mall. I will not be going back! I'm glad there is the Renaissance and Dogwood now.

I absolutely adore this little shopping center... some of the best places, in my opinion, are Hot Topic, Spencer's, of course, the airbrush shop (Frank, a complete gentleman and a talented artist) is the owner. He also gives discounts with large orders and/or organizations! Master massage is my absolute all-time favorite place to go Kourtney is the owner! She also has a wonderful staff!

Have tried nail shop 3 times now....2 different technicians, and they do a shabby job on overlays. The drilling is horrible. I have had nails done for over 10 years and nails either lift at the nail bed or there is some other problem. People are nice, but work not so good.

The Mall exterior is in bad shape. Some stores had no customers at all. One place Cosmic Cafe was open and customer service was great. Not much else to highlight. The parking lot is poorly lit and dangerous to drive around with uneven surface .

This mall has turned to trash. I've only lived here for 5 years and I've seen it continue to just go downhill. The Jackson area needs a new mall and it needs to be high end and in Madison. Northpark mall will look like the metroplex (in west Jackson) in another 5-10 years.

Location is pretty good. Still not a place I'd be in after 8pm. Very impressive new look to a mall that has been a staple in this area for a long time. The genuine over-all feel is to be a glamorous experience, but for what it has in style it lacks in shopping. The choices aren't just terrible they are all the same. There are a hand full of commercial brand name stores, and a large number of urban private vendors. Only a few hidden gems such as Buckle and FYE. If the big name stores don't start to move back in Im afraid the reconstruction may have all been for nothing. Better off sticking to the outlets in pearl, or heading over to madison for a better experience.

Wonderful mall I love the play area that have for babies and children. My son is handicapped and this mall was a great pleasure to visit. Food is great also.

Unfortunately, the mall has lost most of the mainstream stores that you would expect to find in a mall. Even the anchor stores seem to be putting out less of a selection. The area has two newer shopping areas that seem to be winning over customers.

Visited only a few times due to me being from out of state, and each time I come to this the mall it seems to get even more rowdier than the last. Not a great atmosphere. Absolutely terrible.

Mall has declined from the days of having The Nature Company, The Disney Store, Warner Bros Studio Store, Abercrombie & Fitch, Eddie Bauer... It's sad, but it's all there is.
