The co-manager, Zach at Books-A-Million is very helpful. The staff at Hot Topic was also very helpful even though they were doing a floor set. They took their time to assist all the guests in the store. No one greeted us at Spencer's, but it's Spencer's...so...the overall feel of the mall is very boutique. Not a lot of reputable brands and very lackluster. The few saving graces of my experience were listed above.

It's wonderful. I haven't been in a mall in ten years but this mall is sweet and perfect it was great to put my hands on the goods instead of doing everything online. I am going to keep going back because this mall is just the right size. I got the greatest Ralph Lauren coat for half price and I got some exercise. I am going to do that again. You should too.

The theaters are awesome, but the lobby design is lacking to say the least. Went to a matinee and it may be different at busier times. The problem is that there isn't anyone there. A kiosk greets you inside the door and ticket collector is by the hallway. Servers are at the concession stand, and a bartender behind the bar. BUT WAIT... what about when the kiosk doesn't work correctly (like NOW for me!) & it froze. Now obviously I can walk to another screen and try again, but will my seats be available? [They were fyi, and based on that it looks like if 2 computers opt for the same seats at the same time......well you had better pay fast] & someone finally walked over after asking several times and said "oh sorry just try another one. Sorry for the inconvenience." I'M BECOMING LESS OF A FAN OF THE DO IT YOURSELF REGISTERS, MAYBE IF I GOT A DISCOUNT FOR SCANNING AND BAGGING MY OWN GROCERIES OR RINGING UP MY OWN MOVIE TICKETS....

If the staff of girls wasn't too busy laughing and cutting up with the guy cook ( new person), the service may have been a lot better, and maybe our food wouldn't of been cold. When the new food ( supposedly new food was brought out) it wasn't, you could still see my fork marks in it, but she said it was new food that she brought. Told us twice she would get the manager, but never did.

Good mall! Great place to visit with the squad or gram-gram. Loads of parking and can’t beat the view. Security guards are, at the least, my least favorite experience in a mall I’ve had. Regardless of them attempting to achieve a sense of authority outside of their subordinate position in their home... they do a good job at dressing for the job and scaring off teenage taggers.

It's got a big cinema theatre going up it's huge. And there is a bus stop with beachcomber bus. All the village square shops are bustling and food court has lots of good food to choose . I had fun. Jus window shopping.

Very beautiful indoor mall. It is located in a very beautiful edge of the water location hence the name. It has many stores. They also generally have monthly art exhibits of some kind. Some days they even have a live piano player. They also have a nice food court. There is also a indoor carousel a movie theater and a rock climbing wall. It is very spacious. Its worth patronizing just for the view from the parking lot let alone before you even start talking about the shopping. If you are in town ever definitely stop in and check them out.

The store range from clothing stores, shoe stores,jewelry stores, fragrance shoppes, make up stores, sports stores a nice cafeteria and has sales in alot of the stores depending on days and holidays. I love going to different malls. Edgewater mall is close to where my aunt live and I always pay a little visit to the mall. This time it smelt a little funky when we went but that didnt stop me from seeing all the store that I cant see in my hometown mall!

Great mall to have on the Gulf Coast! The manager Terry sure does know how to manage a mall! He goes out of his way to show customer satisfaction on a daily basis! If your a local or in town on vacation, I definitely recommend coming and checking out our mall! Great food court, and right off our beautiful beach!

Very beautiful indoor mall. It is located in a very beautiful edge of the water location hence the name. It has many stores. They also generally have monthly art exhibits of some kind. Some days they even have a live piano player. They also have a nice food court. There is also a indoor carousel a movie theater and a rock climbing wall. It is very spacious. Its worth patronizing just for the view from the parking lot let alone before you even start talking about the shopping. If you are in town ever definitely stop in and check them out.

I've always enjoyed the edgewater mall. There are plenty of stores to do your shopping. The store range from clothing stores, shoe stores,jewelry stores, fragrance shoppes, make up stores, sports stores a nice cafeteria and has sales in alot of the stores depending on days and holidays. Great place to do your birthday shopping and Christmas shopping.
