It's a clearance center so, it's a little messy, but the prices are ridiculous!!paid $37 for a $300 (Beautiful) comforter set, spanx bra was $9 (normally about $60). Designer everything 65% off, also additional off (40-50%) different items each week. $6 for each those decorative pillows ($50 normally). Cant stand the messiness, but for bargains, it's totally worth putting up with.

Was walking in the mall, never heard of this store before. I walked in and there were clothes everywhere and was about to walk out until I read the signs, everything was on sale. I truly loved the prices. The lines were both extremely long in the fitting room and at the cashier but in my opinion worth the wait. Time is money and if your saving money shopping then its worth the wait. I will come back regularly as long as the prices remain cheaper than my other go to stores. Good job Dillard' s good first impression.

Very disappointed!! I tried walking in at 6:30pm and they have a male employee standing outside saying its closed? It's Friday and their store hours say 7pm. I completely understand wanting to leave work, but avoiding customers from coming into the store before closing time is unacceptable. Is this nornal? I would love to hear from management.

This place deserves five stars because of the sheer value you get there. I'm not going to lie. I don't go to malls to shop, I buy everything online like a normal person...haha. BUT the exception to that is shopping at this Dillard's clearance center. Online prices without the shipping process. Sure, it's slightly overwhelming because there's so much stuff but the staff does a great job arranging items by size. I typically go there to shop for dressy clothes but you can get plenty of casual stuff as well. Did I mention it's really cheap? Yeah, go there!

What a best kept secret! I am able to get all of my favourite designer brands and rock bottom prices. I just picked up a BCBG dress that retails at $400, for $60 here. I also picked up Ralph Lauren Polo shirts for my husband, brother and son for $9 to $18 each! These are perfect condition shirts that retail around $70! There is A LOT of clothes here. It can take some time to find what you want but I always find more than I dreamed of for really low prices. It is an adventure and shopping in one.

The only reason why this place doesn't get a full 5 stars is the organization is terrible. Not so much in the pants section, but definitely bad in the shirts area. When in Vegas you have to stop here. This is the best concept that others should adopt. Shopping here hasnt stopped me from shopping at the main Dillards stores, it's just added more to my wardrobe. Despite it being a clearance store, it's very clean and organized. The additional discounts are the best. Give yourself some extra time if you are going in to check it out-you are bound to find something, but just know it opens at Noon and there are no returns or exchanges so try on your treasures before you leave. Happy shopping!

Soo many clothes!! This may be the biggest clothing store I've ever witnessed. They have racks and racks and racks of items mostly sorted by color which is nice. More towards formal styles but still have the shirts and shorts. Women's shoes are abundant but mens are next to nothing. And their 60-70% sales make it a no brainer. Get there!

To the management of Dillards 's in Biloxi, MS.: I gave you one star because I could not post without picking one. My first choice was ZERO stars. I purchased two shirts and a tie on Sunday July 21, 2019. I tried on many shirts before hand and felt the ones in a plastic wrap would be the proper fit. Sadly one shirt was a bit large and the other had 'French cuffs' I returned the next day, Monday July 22, 2019, for an exchange. I went to the exact same clerk as before. I picked out the two new shirts that fit my expectations better plus a pair of socks for the exchange. I was then told that YOUR printer had messed up the receipt. I was told that I needed the tags off the shirts. Unfortunately, I threw them in my trash can at home. I was told that I MUST have the tags and that I can ONLY make the exchange before 5pm as the folks that handle exchanges leave for the day at 5pm. The clerk spoke to an unnamed, faceless manager on the phone stating I must get the tags. I explained they were in the trash. The clerk stated without the tags, I was not going to get an exchange. In other words "go dig threw your trash to make us happy!' I dug threw my trash. I have your precious tags. I WILL not take off work to appease your time frame. I will be in on my day off; this Saturday, to get a refund that could have already happened. I have also found the exact same product that you sell on line. It is cheaper, has no shipping and I do not have to jump thru any hoops to make an exchange or returns. I am so happy for your company that you are in a position to throw away loyal customers over a receipt that you messed up. ***UPDATE*** 7/28/19...I went to the Biloxi location to acquire my refund. I was meet by Kati. She was very helpful, very friendly and courteous. She was able to handle my refund without any drama or calls to management to ask what to do. Kati gave me the type and level of service I expected from Dillad's from the start. Thank you Kati.

It's like a Dillard's thrift store. If you like digging through lots of merchandise, and aren't looking for anything specific, then you'll love this place. Great deals -- that's why I go. But you must go knowing that there is basically no customer service except at check out, and be careful to check the merchandise for stains or snags, etc because it's all final sale! Give yourself plenty of time to because there is SO much to look through. Have fun!

The store is nice and has a great selection of items. However, the staff is not professional nor friendly. I stopped to buy my daughter a couple of outfits. She had to use the restroom immediately so we rush to the nearest restroom. I still had the items intended to purchase in hand and decided to go in with my daughter since I'm not comfortable with her entering public bathrooms unattended. I am quickly ambushed as I'm sitting in the waiting area in the restroom (not in the stalls) by a sales lady claiming that they caught me on camera going in the bathroom with unpaid merchandise. I stepped out and looked at the bathroom door and entrance to search for a notice stating not to bring in merchandise. There was not a sign. I understand it should probably be common sense but the whole experience was shameful to me much more so because it happened in front of my daughter. I tried speaking to the Dillard's sales lady after the encounter and she refused to make eye contact or listen. I proceded to pay for the items, and fortunately the sales lady ringing me up noticed I was distraught and offered to assist me to customer service so I could speak to management. Dillard's, this is not okay and I will not be returning because of this. In a time when the country is in an uproar because of instances like these, this probably wasn't the best way to treat a paying customer who is a minority.

She showed me one a size smaller, I wasn't sure but she said the size on that one ran large. She was right- great dress and was on clearance! When I first started going to this Center, I found some wonderful bargains, beautiful dresses. Now, it's pretty much a junk store. Dillard's would never have carried most of this stuff, even on a bad day. The shoes are horrible, mostly straps and stilletoes; the dresses are short, and/or bulky and dowdy. You have to look hard for any name brands Dillard's might have carried. More and more, I believe that the company that is tasked with moving Dillard's merchandise is mixng too much of their junk merchandise in with anything from Dillard's.

Decent range of big and tall styles. Sizes seemed to stop at 3xl. This was my second visit to Dillards Clearance. The New Orleans store has better quality, Vegas much more quantity.

Store is well stocked, and generally well organized. There are some tremendously good buys on known brands in men's shirts and slacks. I don't shop for women's clothing so can't say anything about that. There are no returns or adjustments so be sure things fit and are in good condition before purchasing.

Exactly what you would expect from a clearance center. Lots and lots of options. Especially if u r looking for mens shirts...they have more than I have ever seen. Mall seems a bit run down and definitely not the easiest place to get in and out of, but not too bad if u need to save some money on clothes.

My daughter went looking for her homecoming dress last night at Dillards in Edgewater mall. She found a beautiful emerald green dress. She tried it on and the sales lady DEVON .Told my daughter oh all you need is spanx to hold in your fat rolls!SERIOUSLY NOW MY DAUGHTER IS GETTING BODY SHAMED BY A SALESPERSON! MY DAUGHTER WAS CRYING .WHO DOES THIS TO A 17 YEAR OLD GIRL!!! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE MONDAY ! I JUST WANTED OTHER MOTHERS TO BEWARE!!!! Sooo clean and the employees were so nice and sweet, even at closing time. My daughter and I had to pee so bad that we ran through the store and stopped to ask for the bathroom twice. Didn't get held up and they told us directly were to go. My mom went to try on some clothes and my daughter's went with her. The employees didn't have an issue with them hanging around the register. The lady that checked us out could have been a tad nicer. But the ladies before her we're beyond super nice and generous. They also helped give my mom feed back on some clothes she tried on and it was very much welcomed.

Not crazy about shopping here. Sometimes the racks have the wrong product then you bring to register and it's rung up higher and there is no fighting it because "someone" could have put it there. Hard to believe everything I wanted to buy didn't belong where I got it from. I did find a couple of things but I would never go back. Not a place I like shopping in or a place I have to go, not worth the hassle.

This is the place to go for great deals! You can get the leftovers from the shops for a heavily discounted price and the quality of the clothes is great. I keep coming back every time I'm in Las Vegas!

I have heard great things about this store. Although I did not find what I was looking for, I will say they have a great selection and items that you would not find in a typical department store. I would definitely consider going back and would suggest this store if you want to save money and don't want to pay full price.

Friendly, fast and courteous service in the women’s perfume area or department. I do think their refund process is more inconvenient than it could be quicker and easier more pleasing for your customers if you streamlined that process to one place, when your handicapped as I am, all that extra can be exhausting.

People who knock this outlet would never be pleased no matter where they went - they would always complain about something. Having said that, I have never had trouble getting customer service - it's called go for a short walk and find an employee - it is not hard to do! Remember the more staff, the greater the overheads and thus discounts are bound to be not as healthy!
