I take the family here quite often. The arcade is a good place for the kids and costs $1 per person per game. Good clean shopping center.

I went to Northtown Mall with a list, looking to spend $800 - $1000 and walked out spending $60. And $10 of that was spent at the food court. NO VARIETY OF STORES! It’s terrible what is left at that mall. NOTHING for big men with big feet. Forget it. Even the Burlington was pitiful for men.

Been coming here since I was a kid, more frequently since Brookdale closed. It's not super huge but there are a lot of popular stores here which is nice! And a small food court if you're hungry.

Ok so let’s start w/ the design or the layouts of this mall. It’s relatively rather small/midsized mall but it so many secluded corners which could potentially confuse new visitors. Also there’s not a lot selections stores for it’s size. I’d recommend trying Rosedale mall.

I was recovering from 2 hospital stays and just walked around. It's hard to see stores like this going away. I have a hard time shopping on line and the slacks I got didn't fit and it is more of a pain to return them as I got some clothing on line and was made in China so was way to small with there small medium large and 1x

Awesome place to take a toddler on a rainy day or a cold day in the winter lots of coin operated rides and the puppy store kept my son occupied for a very long time. He was a little too small to go on the trampolines that they have their but he like to watch the people jump he's also too small to ride on the animals that Zoom around the mall with children on them which looks really fun but for the people walking around it's pretty dangerous all in all I didn't think think anyting was still in Northtown Mall but I guess there is a lot of stuff in there and it's pretty nice

This Mall used to be vibrant ,with abundant shops . It looks run down and struggling now . They still have the puppy mill store there unfortunately.

More than I expected! There were a couple new shops which makes it look more lively & less sad. There were also some new kiosk shops. I was pleasantly suprized. The mall itself was really clean and some remodeling has been done. Lots of available parking with plenty handicapped parking. There is an info booth just south of center court. Center court is just inside what should be an anchor store on the north side of the mall but it's only open on/off because there is no business permanently there right now.

Mall has changed alot,took out the restrooms,now habe to wait im line for ome at a time use. Omly 2 in whole mall. Big food court is gome. Only set up to get what yoir shopn for and head out. Liked how it was before the change

Not too big of a mall but lots of shops. Most shops have very nice employees. Be careful of the merchandise at the kiosk stores they do try to sell sell sell. Otherwise a pleasant place to shop

There are so many stores, even though the anchor department stores are no longer there, there's still Best Buy and Burlington Coat Factory. The food court is small but nice with a good selection of shops, and I didn't see any closed storefronts. There's a small arcade and plenty of other food places outside the mall. Our favorite place in Northtown, though, is Tony's place, a play space for special needs families and friends.

Great place to shop. Stores like Best Buy, The Home Depot and Burlington Coat Factory are among several major stores. Has a food court and a pet store where you can buy your next dog or cat family member

Good place to go to get some walking done. Always go to Burlington to check out what they have. Great prices on everything! Home décor is really fashionable. Mens, womens, kids and pet products for sale. They have everything. Then stop at the pet store next door to see all of the cute animals.

This mall is okay for an occasional visit, but could really benefit from some better and more attractive anchor stores and much more variety of shoppes in general. A Macy's or Kohl's would be nice. Compared to other malls in the Twin Cities this mall is the most worn-out one and is due for a facelift and modernization.

What a great place. Tons of shops, great variety, something for everyone. Great family fun. They have tons of activities to keep children entertained, include a train ride that takes you all the way around the mall. Burlington coat factory, Best buy, and hobby lobby anchor the mall. Tons of parking. Nicely appointed restrooms, including 4 family restrooms. Interesting Pop Up shops. And the police even have a kiosk. Great food court, too. Go. Spend a lovely afternoon! Fun for the whole family.

I love the customer service it’s amazing. But the fact that I was repeatedly told I would get issued a V.S credit card and not getting one is a huge let down. I did everything I had to and signed up. This may not be this particular stores fault, but this is the store that told me so. It’s been over a year and I issued for this card at least 10+ times with multiple different people. It’s honestly ridiculous. I just canceled the card all together. What’s the point of ordering a V.S credit card if you can’t even have the actual card.

I really like this mall love going to the eyebrow queen to get my brows done but I do feel as tho they have the potential to do more it's kinda bland they have a few good stores like bestbuy, champs, famous footwear, and Burlington coat factory. They need better more exciting variety as well when it comes to food like maybe McDonalds, caribou, chipotle or a pizza spot. They also should consider adding more popular stores like footlocker, H&M, Lego store, Disney store nice mall but they are missing something this mall can be so much more.

Wow northtown mall ! Epic time for the whole family. We entered via the best buy and made our way throught the wide corridors. Trust me, these corridors are as wide as the red sea. Pacsun didn't have shoes that was lame I thought they had shoes there.

Great place to shop and get out of the weather. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the food selection is rather boring and only the food court or countertop style dining. Good selection of stores and set up easy to navigate. Including Victoria Secret, Bath and Bodyworks, and Spencer's to name a few

I love this mall it's like a big harmar. It's not over crowded the food court has good food. They have a real pet store. It's a great place to take your kids. I have a 2 year old and we take him here to let him run around. Very kid friendly mall.

I lost my purse here a week or so ago and it was gone for almost 2 hours before i noticed. It had been moved all around and yet it still got returned to me with everything inside. All staff were nice and helped me get to security throughout my freak out and security was super nice and found it for me. It had been in a store i didn't even enter and yet it somehow it got tracked down. Thank you northtown mall staff (especially victoria secret staff and food court staff) and northtown mall security for being so kind and helpful!

I wish I could give this mall a higher rating, but it's really unfortunate they allow Four Paws and A Tail to continue to operate here. That store is deceiving customers by selling sick puppies to them, leaving them stuck with thousands of dollars in vet bills. The puppies often look lifeless and seem to be out of water more often than not. Many of the breeders they buy these puppies from have had poor inspections from the USDA, yet are allowed to continue. Transparency is vital. Please adopt your companion animals instead of purchasing them at stores like this who care more about profit instead of the wellbeing of animals.

Regis Salon in Northtown Mall. I wanted a perm to help grow out my hair with extra body because the weight flattens my natural straight course hair. It also helps to keep a style without a ton of products that usually cause flaking. I love the perm and it really helps hold my hair when I want to wear it up. Thank you for the fantastic job because I have a ton of hair that takes over an hour to roll - even at this length.

If all else fails, a walk around the mall, the food court for a bite, and people watching is always a good time. Plus, sweet store collection to shop at while doing so. Window shopping to actually spending the money. It has always been a great mall. Perfect in size without being boringly small, and without being intimidatingly big. I love it at Northtown Mall.

Clean and attractive appearance. It was not too crowded (good for me, probably not so good for their business interests). Actually, it seemed like there were more mall walkers (mostly middle-aged and elderly people) than shoppers though I am sure some of the mall walkers also provide business sometimes. I found shopping there to be quite a pleasant experience and would definitely go again.

Now that we can purchase almost everything we need on line, who needs to go to the mall right? Well personally some things I like to see or try on in person, for example, my shoes and watch colections. Tom at Kay jewelers is fantastic! Top notch customer service, knowledge and overall a very pleasant person to talk to. I enjoy my visits to Northtown mall, for a simple cleaning, requested viewing, or even just a quick chit chat regarding new and upcoming models, sales or events. It's that personal experience that I love and respect that only brick and mortar stores offer. It's one thing to look online but to see, feel and touch the items is another thing entirely. Happy shopping!
