The Mall of America truly is an experience! I've never had a bad one and I've been there dozens of times! The place is always sparkling clean and there is something for everyone there. If you can't find something you like in the Mall of America then you're just not looking hard enough!

Went to the CMX movie theater and got dinner from the great steak escape. Found a hair in my fries. The cooks were apologetic and quickly made me a fresh order of fries. Other than that the food was really good. The movie theater was amazing. We seen a late movie so the mall was closed and empty by the time we left. Overall it was an awesome date night. Very affordable and fun. I've been living in Minnesota my whole life and this was by far my favorite experience at MOA. If you don't like crowds, I strongly suggest going on a week day around closing time. Would've been 5 stars if I didn't have a hair in my fries.

We had a great time! The mall of America has something for everyone! My favorite store is the Lindt chocolate store with three free samples. I found some good bargains at the clothing stores. The amusement park is pretty cool too. As for restaurants there were tons to choose from! I ventured into Twin City Grill..yummy! They had high end, medium, and lower end restaurants to choose.

Very accommodating for my little family. The new wing has nursing rooms and family bathrooms to make feedings and changings a breeze. Great shops, rides and food options..plenty of elevators if you know where to look, so getting floor to floor has gotten to be quite easy with a stroller. Their new additions of "parking spaces open" on the entrance to each floor make parking much less painful, and the lights over the parking spot help in that regard too (green for open, red for taken, and blue for accessibility permit only). Many great improvements to make this a place to bring your family for a nice day out!

We were in Minneapolis for one night so we stopped at the mall to check it out. I'm not really a mall person, so we didn't do any shopping. We checked out the Lego store and the Crayola store. Both were pretty cool. The Crayola store had a huge wall of crayons to build your own pack. They also had a rainbow candy wall. The Lego store has giant Lego sculptures above it. We also went to Nickelodeon Universe and rode the Pepsi Orange Streak. An amusement park in the mall is pretty cool, but it was crazy expensive. $8 for one ride. Our other stop was at the Amazing Mirror Maze. We got a Groupon, so it was only $4. It was kind of cool, but very short. For the most part it's really just a big mall, but there are a lot of different stores and everything is over the top.

There are so many stores that I lost count! Victories Secret, Rainbows, Agaci, Marshall's and many many more. This colossal mass is great some stores are a little pricey too so I encourage you to shop wisely and look for bargains. Great experience Nickelodeon studios is also there so check it out and bring the kids!

To be honest, I was expecting to see more unique stores and not just the same old standby’s. I get they have to have the popular big box but they could have had more unique stores from other countries or by state and featuring popular items exclusive from there. I’ve been to a mall that had that and it was a lot of fun. Nice place but I can go to these shops in my own city. They had an amusement park and an aquarium inside for the kids which was a really neat feature. Very well kept up and clean for as long as it’s been around. If you like shopping and are nearby, it’s a good place to find what you need!

Easy to get to and park! Free Parking! Plan on spending the day because there is a lot to do and see. Bring lots of money. It's hard not to walk in such a huge mall and not shop. ;)

So much to see and do, you need a whole day. We showed up when the mall opened in the morning and walked out around 7p. We did that with three small children. They were all entertained the entire day between the stores and the Nick amusement park. They loved the rainforest cafe and the aquarium. You end up spending a lot while you are there, but there is so much entertainment. Hard to believe that even on the most busy days, there is still ample parking and you dont have to walk too far. Have been coming here since I was a kid, but they still find ways to have new features. Always clean and feels very safe too.

I liked the mall but while I understand the whole largest mall in the world marketing piece it does make it very hard to see all 4 stories of it in a calm manner with multiple children in tow. If you are going to do lots of shopping male sure to bring a portable cart of some type as you will be walking.....a lot! Make sure.to.wear comfortable running shoes... Sandals won't cut it over a long period of time. Ladies ......do not get all done up to see the mall...you will sweat...wear comfy clothes. Guys...shorts, t short and running shoes and you are golden.

Mall of America is a staple of Minnesota that's definitely worth a visit. To experience just the difference in the way the mall is laid out with the theme park in the center is definitely interesting. The digital maps are definitely a help, if you're having trouble locating a store within, walk up to one of the digital maps and you can search and it will visually display how to get there with a map and a designated path that you can take. It will also do the same to show you how to get back to the parking lot you've parked in. Stop in for a unique experience and a variety of shops to visit. The theme park is great for children as there are many rides oriented for the younger generation.

Oh the good 'ol Mall of America... I've noticed their makeovers in spots, which are nice. The parking signs that let people know if levels are full is nice. Going into the mall has everything, but unfortunately everything that one can get outside of the mall. It would be nice to see more unique stores, maybe some more mom & pop shops? Or more things that a person can't get from anywhere else, but the rent is ridiculous so probably wouldn't happen anyway. Like how many Claire's does the mall really need? There's an Escape Game, so that's cool and different.

It was way more than what I expected. They have a Holiday convenient store in the mall!!! I think that's totally genius. The name says it all. Finding the parking structure was kind of confusing at first when trying to follow the Google maps. You end up at the backside of the Mall that was not recognizable from the street.

It's a really big mall. But it also has a cool looking indoor amusement park. There is also plenty of food options. The parking lot was well designed so you know where there are parking spaces open and how open spaces were open per floor.

Great place to walk around in the summer, winter and rainy season. The weather is nice all year long inside :). If you're hungry there are many choices to pick from. Shopping wise I will leave that to the experts.

The only mall that is worth going to! There is so much to do here, you could spend all day here depending on what you are there for. There’s plenty of restaurants, attractions, and stores to see. Plan on doing lots of walking here. I would recommend looking at a directory if you aren’t familiar with the mall to map out the stores if you don’t want to walk back and forth. A must see when visiting the Twin Cities.

One of our stops during vacation trip, planned to come for 1 only day but after spending first day only on kids rides and fun we had to come back next day to explore many more interesting places. Definitely worth to come for whole experience - especially nice place to visit when raining or very hot day to play for kids, grab a lunch with family or friends and make some shopping.

Lots of people lots of shops. Fun place to walk around and enjoy full on American commercialism. There isn't one thing you won't find here. The Nickelodeon play area and amusement park is massive. Definitely get a day pass if you want to save some money. Rent a stroller. They have little tablets in them to keep your kid entertained. Wat too much. Spend too much. And enjoy yourself. It is the Mall of America.

Great place to bring the whole family - a ton of things to do and experience. A downfall would be the amount of people that are there on the weekends. If you’re able to go during the week, it’s a lot more comfortable.

Only thing I don't like is the long john silver in there. The service was soooooo bad that I decided not to eat there. But the mall from top to bottom is the best I've ever been to and I'm sure I've only seen 40% of the mall. The Big Ticket city pass is a must have!

As a Minnesotan, I guess it's some kind of requirement to put in my two cents on this place. The parking lots surrounding the Mall are meant to weed out the hesitant and the weak-willed. Row upon row, column upon column, are constructed to intimidate the uninitiated. And once you've made it to the doors, hopefully you will have remembered where you've parked your car. Turning around, it's a sea of cars. Was it parked in the Green Alligator lot? Perhaps, the Purple Ocelot Lot? Or was it the Shrieking Wombat lot? Is there even a Shrieking Wombat Lot? With the number of lots there are, chances are there is. The Mall is big. It is amazingly large, so you should opt for appropriate clothing and footwear. Be prepared to walk for miles. The theme park in the center is great for the family, but more of an impediment for the person single-minded about shopping. You may have to take a slightly circuitous route to your destination, but take solace in the fact that you will have taken a larger chunk out of your 10,000-step goal. Look around. Yes, there are indeed a number of people who actually do use the Mall as a workout track. Ambient noise is omnipresent; garbled conversations, occasional shrieks, and ring tones abound. Hungry? Plenty of fast-food options at the food court and restaurants that are okay. The Mall is not a culinary paradise, but if you're hungry, you will hopefully be able to find an amenable solution. But if you are looking to burn your money somehow, you will find acres and acres of bliss. I had once heard that if you spent 5 minutes in each store, it would take you 3 days to visit all of them. I'd bet it'd only take two if that amusement park didn't hog up the center.

I've been to Mall of America several times, and LOVE 'Fly Over America' -a virtual ride in the amusement area. It's easy to miss if you don't know it's there, but I think it's worth it.

This place has every store you can imagine. The mall is big but has a easy, straightforward layout. The place is clean and bright. So many great options to eat. The only thing to complain about is parking especially on weekends. Parking can be like playing a game of musical chairs. Open spot but you got to get to it before anyone else can.

An absolute Gem of a structural monster! This place has so much entertainment value. It's a kid's Paramount Playhouse of excitement that provides unlimited ammendities. Each level is a tremendous collection of food, goods, clothes, amusement, or quality merchandise! Largest of its kind in the country.

Where else can you go any time of the year with kids like this? There's always plenty of entertainment and snacks. We have a membership to the Aquarium which we use every time we're there and we go on the rides often too. Seems like every time we leave, our 5 year old and 16 month old are always falling asleep on the drive home. Definitely family friendly

A tourist trap at best, but a beautiful one at that. I've been going to the MOA since I was 10 and I have always had a good time while being there. This mall really prides in artwork and it's beautiful just to see that.

Lots to do and see. Prices for rides are pretty good compared to other places I've been. Lego store was a bit anticlimactic. The crayola store was neat. Plenty of food choices. The aquarium is great (expensive, and I don't recommend the VIP tour - not worth the extra money to see where they cut up food). Navigating can be tricky, but there are plenty of information kiosks. I highly recommend the Void and other Virtual Reality shops and 3D rides - all extremely fun, with enthusiastic staff. Honestly, the Void was the most exciting thing I've ever done in my life. Terrific immersive experience.

I'm not a big mall person, but this is a whole different experience. So much to do and see, a lot of entertainment and restaurants, you got to figure those freezing Minneapolis Winters will make the residence want to have indoor fun. Also it's not far from the airport by light rail so if you have to kill time before a flight it's a great way to do it.

My experience was great at the mall of America. I wish I could say everything was amazing, but there was a very rude worker named Mathew that works at the fairly odd coaster; he was extremely rude to little kids and demanding and that behavior utterly disgusts me. I could also tell everyone else in line was NOT pleased. If I was the manager I would definitely have a talk with Mathew, this behavior should not be tolerated!

The mall is huge, and because of that, it offers a lot, even to people who aren't necessarily interested in shopping. The amusement park has fun rides (even enjoyable as adults), and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to keep almost anyone occupied for hours. Certainly worth a visit, but you'd probably only want to shop here if you can't find what you want closer to home.

FUN, FUN, FUN!! The activities and rides makes for a fun family getaway! We decided to visit the mall the day after Christmas to see what sales they have, plus while we are bargain shopping, we can make time for fun. Might I add, there were no bargains. But the rides and activities made up for it. We were able to be a kid, with our kids and let loose for a little bit. Our time at Nickelodeon Universe was unforgettable. Tips; do not purchase wrist bands at the mall, more expensive. Buy wristbands and tickets to attractions online. They have bundles and you can save lots of money. Sometimes Groupon has crayola exhibit, and aquarium tickets. Carry a small back pack around the mall, so you can take snacks and liquids with you to save on snacking. 3 days is all you need at the mall to really take in the experience.

My family and I visited Mall of America to experience Nickelodeon Universe. It was a blast! We arried early in the morning, so the lines were quick at first but slowly turned to 30-50 minute waits. We walked through some of the floors to see what they offered for stores. Wish we would have had an extra day to actually shop on our trip. It was great overall!

I liked the mall but while I understand the whole largest mall in the world marketing piece it does make it very hard to see all 4 stories of it in a calm manner with multiple children in tow. If you are going to do lots of shopping male sure to bring a portable cart of some type as you will be walking.....a lot! Make sure.to.wear comfortable running shoes... Sandals won't cut it over a long period of time. Ladies ......do not get all done up to see the mall...you will sweat...wear comfy clothes. Guys...shorts, t short and running shoes and you are golden.

I enjoy the rides the mall provides. Makes me feel like a kid again. Undersea world is beautiful. My most favorite place to be when I have nothing better to do. The options there are endless, from eating, to entertainment and bumping into old friends!

Hugh mall with mini amusement park on center. Not as great as it was years ago but still has big variety of stores. Several hotels attached and easy access to rail system from mall. Tons of restaurants too so won't go hungry. Parking plentiful in the area.

This MALL is FaNTaSTiC we celebrated my grandsons 11th birthday here and spent the entire 3 days in the Mall but NOT SHOPPING (well, we did do the LEGO Store) but the rest of the time was spent at the various Amusement Park Rides, Aquarium, Fly Over America and Food Court, no long lines to get on Rides and no waiting in the HOT sun. They offered group or bundle pricing so it was reasonably priced. We had the best time. Our only regret is that we didn't plan to stay longer... We'll definitely be back!!!

It’s a great place to go for a walk people watch gets you out of the heat in summer or gets you out of the cold for winter. Lots of glass so lots of natural light according to there website over 520 stores including restaurants coffee shops etc so it’s a good walk to look around and if you still have energy you can go on the indoor theme park or the aquarium or the movie theatre. Lots of parking free wifi

Oh the good 'ol Mall of America... I've noticed their makeovers in spots, which are nice. The parking signs that let people know if levels are full is nice. Going into the mall has everything, but unfortunately everything that one can get outside of the mall. It would be nice to see more unique stores, maybe some more mom & pop shops? Or more things that a person can't get from anywhere else, but the rent is ridiculous so probably wouldn't happen anyway. Like how many Claire's does the mall really need? There's an Escape Game, so that's cool and different.

Hundreds and hundreds of stores with a great variety. Every imaginable store from fragrances boutiques to candy shops to household furnishings to toy stores inside. This was a great visit for us! Can't wait to do it again someday.

It's a mall. If you're a fan of malls, this one's the mall for you. If, like me, you are not excited about seeing a Sephora in Minnesota as opposed to the Sephora in your home city, then the visit is just okay. Not bad, just not a thrill. If I were a kid, I'd be rating this place 5 stars. Lots of fun games and rides for kids. I recommend it to parents.

Hear a lot about this mall from relatives and how incredible it was, but I was not prepared for just how right they were. I only had 3 hours to spend here, and I didnt even get to begin to really explore the mall. The experience was simply fabulous and every attendant was incredibly friendly and respectful. I love this place there is practically nothing you can't find in this mall! I loved camp snoopy but camp Nickelodeon is also pretty cool! Mall of America is a staple of Minnesota that's definitely worth a visit. To experience just the difference in the way the mall is laid out with the theme park in the center is definitely interesting. The digital maps are definitely a help, if you're having trouble locating a store within, walk up to one of the digital maps and you can search and it will visually display how to get there with a map and a designated path that you can take. It will also do the same to show you how to get back to the parking lot you've parked in. Stop in for a unique experience and a variety of shops to visit. The theme park is great for children as there are many rides oriented for the younger generation.

Spent the Christmas Holidays here in 2015. We stayed at the hotel across the street. I think it is bigger than the West Edmonton Mall and it was a nice change for my son & I (we are West Edmonton Mall regulars). I got lots of boxing day deals while my son spent time in the flight simulation.

Huge place for shopping and extensive time pass visit. Wide range of brands including Old navy, GAP, MK, North face, Victoria's secret etc Fun Park from Nickelodeon's universe includes roller coaster, avatar airbender etc, tickets costs about $6 and above. Store from LEGO is worth a visit Flyover American showcases 3D view of major American landmarks. Don't ask for pictures here Family restroom does not have diaper changing station but there is ample of space beside wash basin so you can place diaper changing mat over it. Don't forget to bring stroller if you have kids otherwise it costs $10 for one

If you love shopping this is the place to go. There are a wide variety of quality shops. The place is busy, especially during holiday shopping and sales. The parking is huge and free. There are plenty of options for food/refreshments. There is a great amusement park and aquarium. Also, the mall is Minnesota nice, while still being sensible. Fun!!! Drove from Winnipeg to Minneapolis for a Viking game. Stopped to check out the hype of this mall. If any Canadians reading this have been to West Edmonton Mall it’s basically the same thing!! The mall has an amusement park with roller coaster and rides. A big LEGO store, tons of stuff. Check out their website before you go to see all that’s available. We did to the “Fly over America” ride. It was good. $20 for 10 mins though. If you’ve done “Soaring Over California” at Disney it’s basically the same thing.

After all these years this mall is still a fantastic place to shop, eat and play. As for shopping you have hundreds and hundreds of stores where you'll be able to find the most selection you could ever hope for...from discount places to high high end. Restaurants are ubiquitous and will satisfy every palette and wallet. And the amusement park in the centre of the mall is fun for all ages. Get the daily wrist band and start riding. Plenty of adult rides as well as numerous children sized rides. The wristband makes sense if you are going to ride 5 or more rides which is easy to do as the lines are never long. They have some large scary rides to make the day extra fun. Just remember where you parked your car.

The best mall to wander around aimlessly until you find just what you didn't even know you wanted. Big chain stores mixed in with boutique and bizarre stores, all sorts of restaurants, and a giant theme park as well! It's a huge place and it's a great time for everyone.

The Mall was probably the biggest I've seen. I'm not big into shopping but it seems to be a good place for power walking. There was alot of people there when we went because there was some kind of girl scout competition. I'm sure as far as malls go it's one of the best.

What a cool place. Enormous shrine to American consumerism and financial dominance. So many things to see. Free to walk around, but can get expensive if you plan to shop, eat, and play. Dont forget about the 4th floor for food. Some more intimate dining options to check out.

This place is huge and an adventure when you visit! There is so much to do and see under one roof. Tons of different stores, a cinema, many different kiosks, lots of restaurants to choose from, even an amusement park that your kids and yourself will love. And a big plus is that the bathrooms are clean and plenty available throughout. Great place to go visit when you are in Minnesota.

Very impressive. The Last time I was in the mall of America was in the 90s. We visited Minneapolis lately and went to the MOA. I thought it was gonna be old and outdated. I was delighted to see that it was well taken care of and remodeled to look brand new. Super impressive. Everyone should visit the Mall of America at least once. The Fly over America ride was really good. The movie theatre was great as well. I would give the mall ten stars if I could.

Went to the CMX movie theater and got dinner from the great steak escape. Found a hair in my fries. The cooks were apologetic and quickly made me a fresh order of fries. Other than that the food was really good. The movie theater was amazing. We seen a late movie so the mall was closed and empty by the time we left. Overall it was an awesome date night. Very affordable and fun. I've been living in Minnesota my whole life and this was by far my favorite experience at MOA. If you don't like crowds, I strongly suggest going on a week day around closing time. Would've been 5 stars if I didn't have a hair in my fries.

At first, I was like a mall? Really?!? But OMG!! The kids loved the rides. The food choices were very good. The stores were cool with some very interesting ones such as a hot sauce store with taste testing. Also with tasting was a beef jerky store and a whiskey store!

I was so happy to finally get to visit the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. It was a place that I had heard stories about my whole life; yet I was still blown away at the sheer enormity of the place. The interior is beautifully lit and decorated. We spent most of our time just walking and enjoying the sights, but there is definitely a shop/restaurant/form of entertainment for EVERYONE's taste. Really cool place, and I would love to return some day with more time to explore.

I can't give more than 3 stars to a mall. Yet I want them to succeed, so this being the biggest mall in the country, I give it four stars. Still, brace yourself for getting lost, dealing with crowds, and forgetting where you parked. The latter can be solved by taking the light rail, about which few cities can boast.

Always a fun place to go. I love the new over head light system they put in the parking grage. You can just glance down an aisle to see if there is a spot by checking the lights over the spots. It's also nice the signs for each level list the number of available spots before you go in them.

this is a very huge place. watch out for the amusement park. They get you coming and going. make sure you always bring plenty of money with you especially if you bring your kids with you.thwy have many many many many many useful to stores. keep an eye on your kids you never know who's going to be around. bring a lot of money with you. these stores add 20% to the overhead for the rent... Be prepared to pay regular price for everything . I have never seen a good sale at this mall, ever and I've been here quite a few times.

The Mall of America is a great place to go and shop and has everything you need all in one place. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because of the policies at Nickelodeon Universe amusement park. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get. Not only that but the kids are the same price as the adults, their wristbands should be cheaper. At least 5 of the rides weren't operational today and that was a disappointment as well. So again, nothing wrong with the mall itself just certain places in the mall.

Great place to walk around and window shop. Lots of expensive places, so I haven't been in most of them. Parking, especially on the weekends, is usually pretty full on the bottom levels, so I always just default to going to the highest lot open and that pretty much guarantees spot availability. Recently they installed free-spot indicators, which make hunting for parking significantly easier.

This place is as big as a city. We only got to see a small portion of it but it's very clean it has an amusement park in it and you could stay busy in there for days. I recommend you take GPS with you or go with someone that knows their way around it's so huge you'll get lost. But it definitely is a cool place there's nothing like it I've ever seen as far as a mall goes. The area is also very nice and clean and there are plenty of very nice hotels nearby. If you're out that way it's definitely worth checking out

Where else can you go any time of the year with kids like this? There's always plenty of entertainment and snacks. We have a membership to the Aquarium which we use every time we're there and we go on the rides often too. Seems like every time we leave, our 5 year old and 16 month old are always falling asleep on the drive home. Definitely family friendly

Great place to visit. They have something for every member of the family. And the kids will love the indoor amusement park. But beware of the kiosk vendors, they will approach you, even if you are talking and interrupt you.and they will stereotype you into thinking they can sell you there product. I was very upset that I was called a construction worker.but other wise a very great experience. And do visit the carhart store for some great service and excellent sale items.

I don't love malls and it's tough to review a whole mall when you've only been to a fraction of it, but I just can't find anything bad about it. It's more than big enough even with the huge crowd it draws. The restrooms are honestly too big. It doesn't make any sense! The huge hallways and tall ceiling seem like a waste of space, but I guess I shouldn't be complaining. Even if you would normally never choose a mall as your shopping place of choice (like me) you can still enjoy a visit to MOA.

The mall of America used to a baseball stadium. I don't know if it was the first of a kind but I think it would be a close second We had no problem with parking. The mall has many, many stores. There are many high end stores as well as many in between. My granddaughter did not want to go on the rides. We visited two souvenir stores. We are from California. We were able to find souvenirs for 7 grand children, 4 of my adult children and a few of our friends without breaking our budget. After we were done shopping we went to eat. I would recommend the Mall of America when you are in the twin cities. You can say you walked the length of a baseball stadium.

The mall of America used to a baseball stadium. I don't know if it was the first of a kind but I think it would be a close second We had no problem with parking. The mall has many, many stores. There are many high end stores as well as many in between. My granddaughter did not want to go on the rides. We visited two souvenir stores. We are from California. We were able to find souvenirs for 7 grand children, 4 of my adult children and a few of our friends without breaking our budget. After we were done shopping we went to eat. I would recommend the Mall of America when you are in the twin cities. You can say you walked the length of a baseball stadium.

There's so much to look at its like a tiny Disneyland lol. Lots of unique stores and some more common chains. The little amusement park looked cool. There's a few arcades. I need to go back to go to the aquarium part.

Great place to walk around and window shop. You don't need to spend money to go here. Also a great hotspot for Pokemon Go, if you play. The mall is ever changing too. Haven't been in a while? There's new stores probably.

That mall was HUGE, we had so much fun and spent so much money. My only issue is that we arrived really early in the morning from the light rail from the airport, and there were a handful of people noticeably on drugs making us feel super uncomfortable in the dark enclosed area.

I love this place even though I am not a shopper. You have something for the kids to do in the extreme weather and you and your spouse can have a good time or some time away from each other. If you want some space find a restaurant, coffee shop, get a movie...like watching people you are in heaven. Name the service you desire, it's here.

The mall is huge, and because of that, it offers a lot, even to people who aren't necessarily interested in shopping. The amusement park has fun rides (even enjoyable as adults), and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to keep almost anyone occupied for hours. Certainly worth a visit, but you'd probably only want to shop here if you can't find what you want closer to home.

The largest mall I have ever seen. Maybe there are bigger ones but probably not as entertaining! Whatever fun you desire, you get here :-P Just you can get confused. So remember to mark your car on the maps and remember the entrance/exit

I live nearby but generally avoid this place like the plague because of slow moving oblivious crowds. I come here out of necessity, generally for online returns/exchanges. But the place always seems relatively clean and modern looking and a good place to get shopping over in one trip. Also, I like seeing a security presence and would like to see more, place makes me nervous.

Woah. What else can I say. There are loads of stores on 3 levels. Bring your walking shoes, or buy some while you're here. This place goes on forever. Just be sure to check out Sea Life. It's a very nice aquarium inside the mall. Yeah, it's that big.

You'll enjoy coming here, even if you don't really like malls. Interesting art can be found all around this supersized mall. The Lego Collection will astound you. The indoor kids park is phenomenal! Roller coaster, wall climbing, and play areas galore will keep them entertained while a parent shops. This mall isn't missing anything, including plenty of places to rest, snacks, and restaurants. Locals and visitors are intermingled, yet there is plenty of free parking for everyone!

You can find almost any store in this place, bathrooms are clean, but the hall to the bathrooms is monitored so it makes it a long walk just to get to them. If they didn't have to put a camera in the hallway to the bathrooms I'm sure the walk to the bathrooms can be shorter. There's great places to eat, parking is always a Hassel but it is well designed so paying attention to where you are in the parking building is important so make sure you take a picture of the parking section you are in. They have little kiosk computers throughout the mall so if you walk around and get lost the malls vast size you can find your way back, and that's where remembering where you parked helps as well. The same kiosk's help you find stores as well so that's always a plus. You can get lost pretty easily and you can get a great long walk just by seeing all the stores they have.

Of course, the Mall of America is beautiful!!! Being the largest mall in America, it has almost everything you can think of and is ideal for walking and exercising!!! It has four floors about a mile wide each and if you circle each floor easily,you have walked for 4 miles which is pretty good

Fun!!! Drove from Winnipeg to Minneapolis for a Viking game. Stopped to check out the hype of this mall. If any Canadians reading this have been to West Edmonton Mall it’s basically the same thing!! The mall has an amusement park with roller coaster and rides. A big LEGO store, tons of stuff. Check out their website before you go to see all that’s available. We did to the “Fly over America” ride. It was good. $20 for 10 mins though. If you’ve done “Soaring Over California” at Disney it’s basically the same thing.

Navigating such a huge mall was a bit confusing until I noticed they had keyokes that literally send you walking directions to your phone. 3 stories. About a mile long and half a mile wide. Map out where you want to go ahead of time. Awesome experience!

Both were reasonably priced. We had a hard time finding a healthy food choice for my lunch. We decided to go with Chick-Fil-A. Very disappointing. We ordered grilled chicken nuggets, thinking it wouldn't be too bad. They tasted fine, but the 12-piece serving couldn't have been over a half cup of chicken, if even that. Very expensive for very little. :-( Other than that, a great experience. Will go again I'm sure!

It's a beautiful and large mall!!! We did the Fly over America show and it was pretty good. Other than the theme park in the center, it is just a mall. It was convenient stopping by before the airport. Also, love that there is a metro at the Mall, made it so much easier to get to airport and downtown.

Lots of walking! But you barely even notice, because there is so much to do! U will not get bored here. It's fun even to just walk through all the shops, and there is so much food to choose from in the food court!

Lots to do and see. Prices for rides are pretty good compared to other places I've been. Lego store was a bit anticlimactic. The crayola store was neat. Plenty of food choices. The aquarium is great (expensive, and I don't recommend the VIP tour - not worth the extra money to see where they cut up food). Navigating can be tricky, but there are plenty of information kiosks. I highly recommend the Void and other Virtual Reality shops and 3D rides - all extremely fun, with enthusiastic staff. Honestly, the Void was the most exciting thing I've ever done in my life. Terrific immersive experience.

So much to do and see, it would literally take you a week. Surprisingly easy to navigate though. A lot of the rides seemed to be closed, not sure if it was because it was a weekday or not, but that was kind of a bummer. Outside of that we had a great time and found easy parking and locker storage.

If you're reading this you are most likely planning a vacation and are wondering if it's worth it to go to "just another big mall". Well imagine your local mall. Double it. Double it again for good measure. Stack another one on top. Add 2 hotels to it. Throw an aquarium in the basement while you're at it. Take and throw a half an amusement park in the center. Inside? Yes inside!! What kind of stores should we put in it? All of them. A comedy club, a haunted house, a theater? Sure, why not?! Let's put it all in one building (that's 96 acres btw) and call it the MALL OF AMERICA. Because what does America do best? Capitalism. And this place is the very best capitalism has to offer. You will spend money here. You might regret just how much you spent. But you will NOT regret going.

I'm from out of town but have been to many mega sized indoor malls in my time but this one really takes the cake. It is everything that you have heard of/seen and more. Lots of great stores, entertainment for all ages, and a large selection of foods to choose from. If you want to see it all and do a lot of the things being offered, start early and take your time because it is a fun but exhausting experience. I didn't get to do many of the entertainment options they had to offer but I know I'll be back in the future.

An amazing mall full of surprises and activities! I love how active the mall is to bring attractions and family fun to the place. A very good selection of restaurants and stores. I've lived in MN for over 10 years and haven't gone completely around each floor. It's a 5k in the making. Have fun!

Something for everyone! Spent most of one day there (9:30am - 6:30pm), didn't see even half of it, but thoroughly enjoyed what we did see. Easy to navigate around with the interactive maps. Started with breakfast at Panera Bread then shopped on the 3rd level while my son enjoyed the aquarium and then later in the afternoon at the amusement park and Lego Store. *note he is 14 years old and physically a big kid, so was able and comfortable visiting these places without me. I would not recommend letting younger children visit alone. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Best mall ever!! There's so much to do besides shop. Theres the Sea life aquarium, Nickelodeon universe, Mirror maze, Crayola experience, Lego land, and many more attractions. Definitely need to plan to be here for a few days if you want to see all the mall has to offer

After all these years this mall is still a fantastic place to shop, eat and play. As for shopping you have hundreds and hundreds of stores where you'll be able to find the most selection you could ever hope for...from discount places to high high end. Restaurants are ubiquitous and will satisfy every palette and wallet. And the amusement park in the centre of the mall is fun for all ages. Get the daily wrist band and start riding. Plenty of adult rides as well as numerous children sized rides. The wristband makes sense if you are going to ride 5 or more rides which is easy to do as the lines are never long. They have some large scary rides to make the day extra fun. Just remember where you parked your car.

This place was quite fun and aside from the horrible Nordstrom incident in which I have accepted their apology I really enjoyed being there. I was able to find a very nice pea coat for a great place. The food was great and the amount of shops were great. I highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed by any means. Due to the incident though I can’t in good conscience rate it any higher as not one person has tried to contact me.

Finally a place to go shopping that has lots of stores. Not like my local mall where almost all the stores have gone out of business. Ate at Twin City Grill which was excellent!

Maze of everybody and every outlet one desires to see. Beautiful. The car park is threateningly low roofed to my mind. Can anyone else also confirm that the floor shakes in certain areas?! Thought so in 2006. Still felt the ever so gentle bounce last week 2019! Please confirm to me it could be part of the design!

What's that? You've never been to the Mall of America? Why not? It one of the happiest places on Earth! There's so much to do here. Shops, restaurants, video game arcades, mini golf, and an amusement park. There's no place like it! In fact, it's proudly the biggest mall in America! If your a tourist, definitely put this on your list. They even have hotels nearby if you really want to make the mall the biggest highlight of your vacation.

Its a giant mall. If the store you want to go to is a ailable somewhere else I suggest going to that location instead. The park is great for kids though and its worth visiting if you are in the area

Omg i loved it! Besides getting lost a few times i enjoyed going with just my daughter and with my husband and daughter! Was a great time to spend time to wait for husband to get off work!

Really one of the biggest malls in America and you can find everything here. The amusement center is huge and great I just fell in love with the Lego store here

If you can stand Being in a crowd all day there is lots of stuff to do. The kids really enjoyed the rides. Not cheap though, the whole mall is pretty pricey...

Huge and amazing! Sad that the American Girl store closed. If you forget your stroller, they have them for $10+ deposit. We all had fun in the rides, and was so excited to see a Carlos Bakery (delicious cheesecake) we will be coming back for sure!

An absolute Gem of a structural monster! This place has so much entertainment value. It's a kid's Paramount Playhouse of excitement that provides unlimited ammendities. Each level is a tremendous collection of food, goods, clothes, amusement, or quality merchandise! Largest of its kind in the country.

Try to visit during less busy hours if you can, but if not just come with extra patience. Also, give yourself plenty of extra time to shop than you might think, it's easy to wander into stores you weren't planning on visiting and next thing you know you've spent 5 hours shopping instead of maybe 2. Knocks out a lot of shopping all at once though and the new directory kiosks make it easy to find the stores you need.

I also liked the sculptures, fountains, and art work around the mall. Other than that, it's a larger than usual mall. Four levels with an attached hotel, lots of coffee places, and an assortment of shops. After seeing it once, I don't believe I would want to come again. But it is an amazing sight.
