I went to JCPenny to get a shirt. At check outshe asked if I wanted a JCPenny card.. I said no. She continued asking for my personal information to make the sale. I finally had to tell her to cancel the sale if I couldn't just pay for the shirt. She accepted my cash and completed the sale.

Twelve oaks was a lot better when I was a kid. I think because I was a kid and going to the mall was fun. Now I go to the mall and use my own money and buy stuff for everyone else but me.

Definitely one of my favorite malls and I can see why everyone loves it as well! Personally it’s a bit too busy for me but it’s a shopping center so that’s to be expected, would definitely recommend shopping here if your looking for a variety of stores to go to

Cheesecake Factory the wait was only 12 minutes but it was really busy the food was awesome and the desert oh my goodness of course I couldn't make up my mind so I ended up bringing two deserts home the waiter he was awesome he took care of our table very well the customer service at this particular Cheesecake Factory is awesome if you've never tried it you really should the food circular appetizers entrees and the desserts it's a must-try will return

This is the closest location with a Cinnabon. That's okay though. They have a large selection of stores. It's somewhat easy to get there from the highway exit. It would be nicer if the signs gave more advanced information for navigating.

This is a great place for shopping. What's not to like! All brands. Great discounts. The only downside is every extra minute you spend there will cause your wallet to bleed. My advice, go there on a mission to buy only what you need so that you don't end up in debt. Great place for family though. Parking space is huge. Make sure you remember your gate.

My very favourite mall in the area. So much to offer: variety of stores, lots of dining and more. Easy parking. Close to freeways--and worth the drive there! Safe, clean, fun. You'll remember why you like shopping in a store and will leave online for ordering things that dont matter.

It's one of the biggest mall in that area... This is having almost all main stores... Mall is very neat and clean.. It has got good food court... Nice for walking and shopping... I would love to go there....

Very nice mall with many upscale stores. Conveniently located right off I96. With closure of Sears, mall had lost one of its big anchors. Otherwise still vibrant clean and enjoyable.

Overly aggressive people who rent the booths in the middle of the mall! I was harrassed by 2 vendors at the mall yesterday trying to get me to buy a hair straightener and facial cream. This is not how we expect our shopping experience to be in America-and this is not to sound negative about other countries ways of doing things. Its uncomfortable to even walk by these vendors. If it weren't for this I would give 12 oaks mall 5 stars. It's great in all other respects.

It's a really nice small, has lots of stores. You can never come out without a bag. There's a salon they do nails hair waxing. They always have sales going on, and it's never too crowded and it's never to empty.

This is one of my favorite local malls. It is one if the largest in the area and has essentially all the main stores you could be looking for. The food court is nice as well, and has a ton of great options - including healthy food. Even a great place to come and hangout or get some exercise walking around indoors during the wintertime.

If you're going to shop at twelve oaks mall, avoid over spending on items you can find elsewhere for half the price. Great atmosphere, bring your friends. If you plan on stopping by on the weekend, good luck getting in or out with traffic. Four stars because of the cash grabs around the mall, trying to suck your wallet dry before you get out.

We live in Brighton and this is the closest "mall" to us. What I mean, it's a bunch of stores and restaurants (over 200) all within one building. There's a center court on the lower level where they do events. A kids play area on the lower level. A food court (about 10 food chains to choose from). Elevators and escalators to get you between upper and lower levels. Macy's has 3 floors. All your usual mall stores, plus some unique ones, and, as it's in Michigan, some state specific stores. Always seems clean and friendly. There's a family bathroom on the lower level with a child's toilet as well as regular one. This was the only complaint because the child's restroom was not stocked so no soap. We've already gone back since and will continue to go here.

I went here last summer with my cousin and her son and had a great time going to this mall, this mall has just about everything you can think of and it never feels crowded going there on a weekday, this is definitely one of the best malls I've ever been to, it's a clean, well maintained mall that has a lot to offer.

Lots of different stores, large good court with different varieties of good (and healthy choices) apart from the good court there is a Starbucks, E-Bar, California Pizza Kitchen, The Cheesecake factory and a Coney Island in the mall. Includes a place for small children to play. There are places to sit next to the Starbucks area. Frequent events are hosted here. There are also haircuts for children. This is also the biggest mall in the area. Amazing place to be!

First time at Twelve Oaks Mall. Was going to the Cheesecake factory party of mine the wait was three hours. Needless to say went to Red Lobster had a great time. This mall is very nice.

Went here to go to Cheesecake Factory you know the place to where you can just eat and hurt yourself you have so many selections for entrees as well as desserts the service was top-notch our waiter explained every dish in which made the choice is a lot harder he he he was really good and we will be going back

Love 12 Oaks Mall. As so many stores and malls have succumbed to online retailing, l for one appreciate the mall environment that allows the ability to visit multiple stores. Further l am still old school in my desire for face to face customer experience.

Just visited and did some mall walking and people watching. People are interesting. Everything was VERY CLEAN. And noticed a few new shops since our last visit. Which was about 2 to 3 yrs.ago. Really don't like shopping much. But will visit more often now that I'm back for the summer.

It's a mall, that has valet parking. Which is weird because it's a MALL, then you realize it's smack dab in the middle of Novi with the people who have a way higher income than us regular peasants. The cheesecake factory is nice, though.

Wow this mall is huge. It's also incredibly clean and easy to navigate. Every store I entered was clean and the staff were always friendly. There's a huge variety of stores here and plenty of places to eat. Would recommend coming here for a nice day of window shopping. Beware of the pet shop though, they're very cute and you might go home with a dog

The food at the cheesecake factory was the best!! My favorite were the lettuce wraps, very very good and the bread.... WOW! . The Service was great all around great experience. The wait was 40 min but way worth it.

Lots of great stores and it's easy to get around. Plenty of small resting areas throughout the mall allow you to take a break between visiting all the shops they have to offer. Parking is easy and there's a valet option.

It's a big mall with plenty of stores to shop from. Some got great deals and some with not so great deals. I guarantee that you will shop in there and leave out with something.
