I get so sick of going to the make up counters for one thing and the ladies there trying to sell me five other things. I find it tacky and annoying. I went to the Estee Lauder counter yesterday and the lady there tried to get me to buy things I don't need and wouldn't stop. From now on I'll show estee Lauder online and other products at sephora and ulta. It's not fun to shop like that.

I never give reviews but I just want to say I received the most outstanding customer service from the store manager Greg. He drove out of his way (1 hour) to remove a sensor that was left on a pair of pants I purchased. The sales associate is amazing too. I see her about every weekend, we must have been talking away and got distracted. I was not able to drive there due to work and the event being the next day. It was by far the best customer service. So thank you so much Nordstrom and Greg!!!

We went to Nordstrom in 12 oaks looking for some boots. We encountered a gentleman and asked for a certain size. He gave us the biggest run around to basically not help us as far as saying the size they did have wouldn't fit me. I left practically heartbroken. I decided to go back and was assisted by a wonderful man named Eric. He went above and beyond before he had even known my prior experience only a half an hour earlier. He found th shoes, and even offered to order some for me. The shoes fit PERFECTLY. I didn't even need to order a different size. If it weren't for Eric I would've taken my business elsewhere and this review would've been a 1 star. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Eric!!

Staffs in the dress section are just useless. They never once check if I need a different size or assist in my shopping experience in anyway unlike fabulous staff at Banana Republic in Ann Arbor. I have to dress/undress 5 times in the winter, so you know how inconvenience. If I didn't need a dress, I would have gone else where. The dress I originally wanted is damaged. They did not offer 10% discount for damage discount. For something over $100, I expected perfection. The collections are seemingly large but the sizes are limited. So the dress that works might not fit and vice versa. Don't recommend it.

Went with my wife to look for a winter coat for her. When we arrived in the ladies department the associate told us they don't carry anything in petites. I don't understand how a store this large can be so predigest against women who are short. They have big, and tall size but shun short stature people.

I went there to pick up an order. My first stop was customer service. No one even said hello on my way to customer service and when I got in line at customer service the ladies would not even look at me. They were helping a gentleman in a suit...after 10 minutes of me looking at them, I found the order pick-up area my self. Pick-up was a quick experience. My order was perfect. For the price point, the customer service at this location is terrible.

I recently purchased a burberry purse from here and after a month and a half the leather was peeling. After speaking to a representative online I was told I would be able to take it into the store and return/exchange it. When I got there the manager in that department told me there was nothing she could do and that it was normal for it to peel and claimed it was "normal wear and tear" also said that I was given false information about their policy on returns. Furthermore, I called and spoke to another representative from the customer service line and was able to get a full refund for the purse. It is very upsetting that the company as a whole doesn't seem to follow the same policy. It all depends on if they want to do their job or not.

Monae in kid's shoes is just a horrible salesperson. I have watched her on two occassions completely ignore me... I brought this to her attention and she was very rude and nonchalant and still did not offer any assistance. I really would like to know what is the hiring process? It seems as if Nordstrom's is just hiring anybody that fills out an application. How are you all monitoring the quality of service. Monae does not belong in customer service because she has no idea what that is. Just a terrible experience and a very poor representation of Nordstrom's. Please correct this because this is just completely unacceptable.

Place should have booklets teaching proper manners when handling anything that's for sale. Seen a staff member organize a large mess left by customers. So I went here 2 or 3 days before Christmas. And it was actually not crowded. Amazing honestly. I mean some main stores like JC Penney, and sears, ect were a little crowded. But like walking around in general was great. Otherwise you will most definitely find what you're looking for and more. Love that they have a food court to.

I have been a happy, loyal, and long-term customer of Nordstom’s for over 26 years, until today. Last Sunday afternoon, (4/7/2019) I visited our local store at Twelve Oaks Mall. I purchased four pairs of shoes, then headed over to the Lancôme cosmetics counter to purchase concealer. As always, Nordstrom had zero concealer available, nor did they carry any in back stock. The customer rep very quickly encouraged me to order this on-line and have it shipped to my home. Disappointed (though this has happened before, specifically with Lancôme products), I agreed to order on-line. I received an e-mail notification from Nordstrom last Friday, (4/12/2019) stating that my products had arrived at our local post office, and that I should receive delivery scheduled for the 12th. It is now April 15th, and I still have not received my order. When I contacted Nordstrom’s on-line customer service rep, I am informed that the delivery can take up to 8 business days (what?!) and that there is nothing Nordstrom can do until Tuesday, April 16th, 2019. For a high end department store, why are they shipping USPS? This is the slowest, least efficient way to deliver purchased items. My real frustration is that Nordstrom never has had (on-site) the cosmetics that I need, and I am always required to purchase on-line. When you are out of makeup, who wants to drive to the store, only to be told that you need to purchase these products on-line?! And up to 8 days for delivery? I expect more from Nordstrom, which is known for providing excellent customer service. This will be my last on-line order from Nordstrom.

Worst Nordstrom’s ever. My husband ordered an item to be shipped to the store and it took TWENTY MINUTES to find the box. While waiting I heard two associates chatting about how customers are always going up to them asking if they work there and making fun of them. These two women were not dressed appropriately at all and one was wearing baggy torn clothing that looked as if it was pulled from a trash bin. So yeah, I can see why people might be confused that you work at a store that sells high end items. During this same visit I was browsing the handbag section when another associate began to approach me from about twenty feet away. She stopped still at a distance and stared me down clearly judging me. She just said hello and turned her nose and walked away. Didn’t even ask if I wanted help. FYI, I was dressed better than the people working there but apparently I’m not good enough to be helped. I was in this store for over an hour looking for a purse, earrings, and a new perfume. Not one person asked if I needed help. Also your store is discustingly filthy.

This is not the largest Nordstrom but it has everything I need. Kids shoes and clothing, women's clothing for all needs and occasions, and wonderful shoes! The sales people here are so friendly and helpful; more so than their counterparts at their sister store at the Somerset Collection. I feel that I have the space and the time to shop here, and am always given attention when needed and never feel rushed. This is my go-to store for nearly everything. Their phone app is also convenient and easy to use. I have yet to use the curb-side pick up, but I'm sure that will be useful one day. The cafe is a nice place to grab a bite, and my daughter has always enjoyed the food and the space too. Finally, their customer service doesn't disappoint. If you are tired of poor return policies or poor service, shop Nordstrom and experience respectful service.
