It's a fine enough mall, though not my favorite. Lots of empty stores. I did enjoy looking at the little gallery that features local art.

I didn't hate it. It was just very unimpressive. I wonder how they stay open? It used to be the shopping place to go in Lansing. Well, back in the 70s to the mid 90s but, they started running away young brown skinned teens and killed their own businesses. Young adults should be a HUGE target for sales. They spend all the money. People would notice brown folks have plenty to spend if they would stop following them as potential thieves. Like i said they ran away their money... NO ONE WANTS TO SPEND MONEY WHERE THEY ARE FOLLOWED AROUND AND NEVER TREATED LIKE THE CONSUMERS THEY ARE

I took my twin toddler boys. They thoroughly enjoyed the little play area. I, however, was concerned about the cleanliness of all the toys. There were little finger smudges ALL over EVERYTHING. It's hard to believe it was all from that day since it was the middle of the day in the middle of the week.

This is a beautiful, well kept mall. It is so sad to see so much open space and space in the food court. Tj maxx and jcp are probably my favorite stores in this mall.

Sadly many businesses have left the mall. It is a nice mall, but not a lot of stores. There is a nice movie theater. JCPENNEY's is still there, but no other big stores. Other stores still in business like Victoria Secret and It would be great if it could be revitalized.

When I was teenager this mall was everything! Now theirs hardly any stores in the mall, its extremely depressing and now I realize why I stick to ordering online.

This is a underated mall in my opinion. Has all the stores you could want. Food court is underwhelming with many closed stations. But clean and great location.

Had some great shopping places. Barnes and Noble very nice shopping experience. Loved Penny's and Sephora is there. Bought some items from Sepora's. All in all good experience even though there is not a lot of shopping places.

Benches along the way. I liked the stores, especially the oriental store. Activities for the children everywhere. Its a large walk thru.

Not too crowded mall. Plenty of parking. There's a movie theater and stores, and there's a food court.

Actually this was at Applebees bar and grill. Our Server was Steve who deserves 5 stars all to himself. Attentive, informed us of the daily features, suggested specific beer and wine choices; maintained the table perfectly used every window of opportunity to suggestive sell. Promptly greated at the door by a friendly hostess and immediately sat at a booth. Music was clearly heard in the background and wonderful aromas from the kitchen permeated the dining room.The food was tasty and served hot. The place was 80 percent full at all times so this is a popular place. Would have given four stars but the men's room soap dispenser was broken but it was replaced with countertop Softsoap dispenser, so I give overall a 5 star rating. This Applebees got it totally right!

I love going to the Lansing Mall they have everything and anything you can find in the stores out there it's great from going to store to store with not having to drive around and looking for places just hit the Lansing long you got it all I'd recommend going there if you're looking for something that you need and if not there's stuff close by that you'll find so have fun I recommend the Lansing Mall

Great shops, definitely look out for special events that happen for free. They have had great work out sessions! The theatre there is also a great place to watch movies

I lived in Lansing a good 26 years of my life. I moved out of state 10 years ago and had come back to visit the city for Easter weekend 2019. Things here had really gone done hill. Lansing wise is not what it use to be anymore. Lansing Mall is dead. Many empty storefront. Only two restaurant in the food court. I have a feeling that the mall is going to fold in the next few years. It is currently on life support. Online shopping has killed many many retailers. If the mall do go down in the near future, hopefully they could turn this place into something like Eastwood towne center over by Lake Lansing Rd.

Best Buy is where I was at! I call it my store because they helped me so much I could be something little are pretty important to me! Best Buy is my favorite store with favorite people too many to count, see you there soon!

This is a quiet mall, with few customers, but that is an attraction for me. Clean and calm. The addition of the Regal Cinemas is a plus. It also has a church now inside. The Barnes and Noble bookstore and cafe are great. The food court has only 2 restaurants now, but there is a Chipotle in another part of the mall.

I went here about 7pm on a Saturday night to meet my new college roommates for the University of Michigan when we were stopped and were told to leave. They told us it was due to “family night” and because we weren’t with a parent we had to leave. The security guard gave us a pamphlet that said you had to be 16 years of age or younger but we were all 18 years old(he had asked us our ages). I was the only Caucasian man there while my roommates were Hispanic and African American. I will be making a complaint and hopefully a meeting with their supervisors in the morning. I have always been very skeptical about pulling the race card but I’m certain that this was a racist act. My first time coming here as well as my last...

I wish they had more stores. But I love walking around and browsing through the stores! They have Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, Hot Topic, and more. It's nice that they still have stores in there. If you are a business owner, I recommend putting your business there!! They still have plenty of people that go there.

A classic dead mall, even more dead than most with almost nothing in the food court. Chipotle is good, as is Barnes and Noble, but without those two places and the movie theatre this place wouldn't even be on the map! Sad, but such is the fate of a mediocre mall in this digital age.

Great place! Love the set up and the fountain here. Stores are laid out nicely with a great sprinkle of chairs and benches about. Highly recommend going here

Went to JCPenney's . Made going to the May the mall worth it. For quality clothing for a fair price. After more thought. I'll give four stars to the mall. Wishing all the business in the mall well.
