Went to the new Powerhouse Gym set to open in a couple of days. They have some great deals going on. It's located next to JCPENNEY'S on the second floor. Ask for Brandon. Also this gym is 24hrs.

I am shocked in 2019 that they still have cloth seats. Not the most clean movie theater. The concessions area had so much popcorn on the floor. I'm used to seeing people cleaning in the open concessions area, but not at this location.

Great mall...in excellent condition. Owners need to bring in more stores. This is the only shopping mall on this side of town..it needs to survive.

This mall doesn't really have much in it. I'd rather go to Great Lakes crossing mall, or Lakeside Mall these malls have way more to do and a lot more stores to shop at.

I love this place because i feel safe with great security and the mall is the best place to shop at jc Penney and it close to my home. And also the stores have great sale items and the restaurants serve great food!

Great place to just walk around and catch a movie after. There are good dining option too and lot of places to shop. The AMC here is super inexpensive though it's not really state of the art. The pfchangs inside is pretty good but a tad expensive

This mall used to be awesome with the WB store and Games Workshop, also Godiva chocolates. My very first Genesis band T-shirt came from this mall. But now it's just overpriced food, expensive shoe stores and closed areas. Sad.

I like this mall has a big selection for both men and women as well as for kids and big and tall... The food court is newer and is very clean plenty of seating and seems really well maintained, good lighting and alot of waste receptacles available. Choices include Coney's, pizza , Asian and plenty of dessert, auntie Anne's cinabon , as well as a ice cream joint nearby. Would get 5 stars if not for the over zealous security, walking around like it's a war and every minority is the enemy! Chill out it's not that serious

Macy's is my store 4 up-to-date fashions and it's close to my home but there's only one drawback I can only shop there when things or clothes are on sale. I love this place.

I really enjoyed visiting this mall. The layout is pretty different than that of a typical mall layout. There are a variety different stores to visit. I felt safe and was able to find some really good deals in this mall!

They are the closest mall but only have a few stores for women's fashion. Their two major stores are JC Penney and Macy's. Macy's is having a hard time keeping their store clean and the young women's section is basically null and void.

I feel like this mall has a lot of potential, especially if portions of the outside were renovated such as the area where Sears was at. I haven't been here recently but I think they should have Arabic food options if they don't already, I think that would be very beneficial! I also heard that this isn't really a place you want to be at once it gets dark, but I was always here during the day so I have no personal experience with that.

Fairlane theater is a very great place to go. When the theater was first built You could not get in. The theater is still beautiful, still clean, still look brand new. Need to start having family night. Date night and to hang out friends nights again.Enjoy socializing with real people, make new friends. If you want to fight , curse, and talk loud Stay at home. Put those demonic cellphones Down.You are not that important. Plus the people you are listening too or waiting for their call, the conversation has not change. Oh! I have 200 friends Facebook right they don't know or care about you. You are a joke! Go to movie meet real people . Call some good people you used to enjoy being around. There's nice restaurant to go to after show or before. Real people. You may stop someone you know from commiting sucide. By calling Hey! let's go to a movie and eat. Great place for the whole family! Good just to walk around with friends! Love the cafe coffee and we have lunch with the whole family at this mall. Halal food, sea, food, steak, Chinese, you name it. Shopping is fun for school clothes, men, women, and home items(comforter, bathmats, towels.)

I always enjoyed going to this shopping mall every since I was a little girl. I am glad upgraded stores were placed there. My shopping experience has always been pleasant. Customers can get a back massage, a manicure and a pedicure there. There is even a workout place there. It is so much to do there!

The mall was very big and full of stores to shop in.....but unfortunately the atmosphere was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I came visit Detroit from another state and drove 25 mins from my hotel to shop at a mall that was unfriendly. This mall had everything from, hoodlums to ghettos and people shouting about tax money! Security at every angle and more loitering than shopping....too bad, this mall is huge and very nice inside.

Let me be clear, the majority of resturants here are da Bomb! Except for one! As I walked into the mall, I saw Subway resturant, thinking I'm about to get a grilled chicken salad. When, I approached the counter, I saw a worker with his braids hanging Over his work visor shaking above the food and I Totally Lost my Appetite! He could've had dandruff or anything in his hair. NOT Ok! I told the manager how I felt and she totally blew me off, since, she didn't tell the worker to change his hairstyle into a ponytail. I'll never eat in this location again!

From what I remember this mall opened in 1974 OR 75. Hugh advanced technology and building for its time. Just very different for the mid 70s. For its age, its very clean and updated. If they just keep the lazy people out of it who trash the place, this will be a nice place to shop.

Very good mall if your goal is walking. Fun how it is designed, my kid didn't use their walker at all. Too bad there isn't any play area. Nice calm mall, with a really amazing cafeteria.

This place has gone down. I will not shop here ever again. I was followed and cut off by a white pick-up truck. Even when I attempted to get away, they doubled back and found where I parked. I called security/police. Found out they were the transit police for the bus line! No way for police to act. This was the last straw for me.

Fairlane Town Center is that mediocre mall everyone knows. Honestly I mainly go there because of the food court. I've been going to China Yok, the Chinese food that's right next to the food court entrance and I absolutely love their food. It's greasy but it's worth it. There are plenty of other restaurants in the mall. The shops are all alright with fair prices throughout, depending on the store.

This mall is all over the place and it only has about 2 ramps on one end of the mall and the other end so if you need a ramp you have to walk all the way to one or the other one which is fine unless you have a stroller or in a wheelchair. The elevators work once in awhile they don't always work.

This was the first time I've been in this location. I had an online order to pick up. Met a nice csr & she showed me where to pick up order. The csr that helped me with order was more concerned about gossiping than waiting on me. If it wasn't for the person that showed me where to go they would of gotten one star.

Security should seriously stop with the racial profiling. It’s obvious, unprofessional and uncalled for. It almost seems like the mall security officers get joy from making a scene and causing a commotion. Other than that, the mall is pretty good and I enjoy shopping here often.

It’s nice mall. I enjoy coming here because I grew up in the area and it’s a familiar place to visit. There aren’t really that many stores that I enjoy, but everyone is different. Overall, a nice place to walk around, I just wish they had a better variety of stores.

This was THE place to be back in the day. Now it's just a big mall. They have some nice eateries there. A lot of walking. There is elevators... I think. They have ramps to the next floor so you can get a stroller or wheelchair up or down.

Mannnnnn, they was lying to us about the curfew!! The sercurity was being very rude. They escorted my friend and I out of the building when we were just trying to find our adult. I would not waste my money here. They will escort you out if you do not look “grown” enough in they’re eyes. I will not waste time or money at fairlane mall ever again.
