Came here to find shoes for track/field, the deals were great in almost every store available. The staff was not hesitant to help me find what I was looking for and in answering any questions I had. I shopped in both the Adidas and the Nike stores and both were very clean and organized. Parking was easy and quick.

Birch run is great. Everyone knows it’s the best outlet mall. Awesome place to go shopping and enjoy low prices. Highly recommend.

Stores are great. Some deals can be had, but not necessarily competitively priced with online retail. This is a pretty large complex that could be improved by having an available restroom in every building. People aren’t going to spend their time and money in stores if they are uncomfortable.

Nice place to go for a variety of stores... but... definitely not cheaper. We went for back to school shopping and many stores were out of sizes we were looking for because they were so busy.

Fell back in love with this Outlet! Hadn't been in quite a few years, totally enjoyed the comeback! Fantastic array of brands, super savings on high end items...we had a blast! Bose, Columbia, Eddie Bauer and Addida were some of our favourites! We left some shops for the next visit. Be sure to check this locale out!

Not as good as it used to be but still fun to go there. It has tons more (and better) stores than the one in Howell or West Branch. Prices equate from regular pricing to what you would find at stores like Macy's when they do 25% off. It's very large, so prepare to walk a lot or to drive your car from one section to the next.

Large variety of stores here. some empty store fronts. Could use more special promotions. Lindt store always has samples, good variety of gift ideas. Kitchen stores have unique items. Party store boasts a large selection of items for almost every occasion. Come with specific wants or spend time browsing specialty stores.

Just visited one store (Old Navy) and it looks like there a few empty storefronts, but overall a good experience. Having an UNO Pizzeria and Grill right there was a huge bonus! Unexpected treat of Chicago style pizza! I don't normally enjoy shopping, but there are still dozens of outlet stores to choose from with awesome sales. Lots of food choices, too.

I wish I could come here more often, the Nike and Polo outlets were great. I will come back when I have the time. Unfortunately this mall is about an hour away.

I love this outlet. It's fairly sprawling and you can easily spend a whole afternoon shopping, which I have done! There's everything from Adidas to Pottery Barn to Michael Kors storefronts. Some areas are more crowded, like the areas around the Columbia, Adidas, and Puma stores. I typically hit those up as early as I can in the day. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance of the main entrance: Sonic, Buffalo Wild Wings, Leo's Coney Island and so much more. Shop till you drop and grab a bite for the road trip to nearby Frankenmuth!

There are a lot of different brands here, and you can find your favorite and reasonable price! There are about 50 different brands, which is a good place to spend money shopping.Maybe the place you will love it!! Quickly! How cheap they are!

Nice location. Good variety of stores that are well maintained. Good food options near by. Has stores that Guys can go to while the ladies do their own thing. Only drawback is not a lot of places to sit down between stores, but overall one of the best places in Michigan to shop at

There are a lot of empty stores, and it is not as amazing as it was prior to the economy crashing. There are still some good stores, like Torrid, Columbia, and a Bath & Body that have great prices. I would visit again, but it's just not the same.

Birch Run is a best preium outlets ever I visited. We got 40% off on shoes in Adidas stores. Next week when we went it was 50%. Whenever we come to Michigan, we visit this place. Lot of parking place and many many shops at a place. Good experience of shopping.

One of our favorite outlet malls in Michigan. Conveniently located near highway exit of I-75. Great collection of national brands. For serious shoppers there are couple of hotels nearby!

Nice selection of stores. I wish they had the trolley running everyday. It's a hassle driving your car all over to the stores and then trying to find parking. I would even pay for the trolley. It would make life so much easier. Especially for mothers with young children.

Great place to bargain shop. Name brand stores and great prices. We live an hour and a half away, so we make a whole day out of it. Perfect place for back to school shopping and Christmas shopping. Plenty of places around to grab a bite to eat when you get hungry. Parking is easy to park quick and get to whatever store you want. They even offer a free trolley service that drives the whole mall and stops frequently

So many great stores to choose from! I only went to two stores because this was a "passing through" type of visit, but I have been here a few times over the years. Got some New Balance running shoes for about $40 (clearance). Also stopped at Samsonite store and bought a two-piece luggage set, a really nice backpack and some shiny green luggage tags for just over $200. Next time I go here I hope to have some more time, like a whole day, and a little more $$$ to spend.

You can’t beat the location right off of I 75 Dash with lots of good restaurants nearby – you have to go to Tony’s. some parts of the outlet centre are looking very dated but there is still a decent amount of good stores and the prices are usually very competitive compared to regular retail stores. Only about 10 minutes away from the town of Frankenmuth, Michigan.

We were surprised how un-busy it was for a Saturday. Nice is that they have a lot of disabled parking spots, which allow us to get from area to area in the mall and be able to park again! The stores are great for their discounted items. We usually choose five or six specific ones and usually have something in mind we are looking for; but, once could easily go for a whole day and just browse around.

I stopped in at Pet Smart to get my dog some of his Science Diet hard food and everyone there was really welcoming. The cashier even gave me a $5 off coupon for my brand the second she saw what I set on the checkout lane. They were doing a Dog Adoption Day which I absolutely love and admire as I have adopted a couple dogs myself in the past. Go here as they are huge and you can find everything.

We went to the Nike outlet and it was crowed but amazingly it was well organized. The atmosphere was pleasant even though several shoppers were browsing in the same areas. The store had plenty of workers on hand to assist if needed. The checkout was nice and smooth with multiple cashiers smiling and and greeting you! Parking is not to bad either because there are several parking spaces available.
