This has been my store to go for a long time until today. The guy was helping me left to help other customer came after me because he saw the potential buyer with a big purchase. That customer ‘s purchase was an expensive set, compared to mine which was just a bracelet. So the Swarovski guy didn’t care a about my presence in the shop anymore. Really disappointed about the service with discrimination in purchase amount. I’m not sure if I ever want to come back to the store

I recently went into the store to look at some of the new crystal figurines/decorations and was treated horribly. Both staff members talked down to me and treated me like I knew nothing at all. I have been collecting Swarovski crystal for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. That being said, as soon as they found out I was a member of the Swarovski Crystal Society and knew what I was talking about their mood changed instantly as they tried to save face. I was very unimpressed with the service and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The sales person wasd helpful. I called ahead for a gift that I saw on line. She held it for me, and our friiend loved the gift. I highly recommend this location. Staff is excellent!

Really rude and unpleasant treatment at this location, the lady that was there didn’t even listen what I was asking and treated me very very rudely!!! I was really disappointed I have been there before but she was some kind of manager and was overly loaded with all swarovski jewelry she could wear. Very disappointing

Went in to look for earrings and the one staff member present was unwilling to look at my face or give me any kind of help and was very insulting and acting almost like she didn't care whether I would be a potential customer or not while doing ok with the one other person in the store. Helped me decide never to go there again.

My wife is a great fan of Swarovski jewelry always but the last experience we had at this Natick Location was just unacceptable. She was looking at the ear rings , the holder dropped and ended up with a cut on her knee. It started to bleed immediately and to our surprise the staff at Swarovski didn't show any courtesy to check if she was ok. At the least , staff could have offered first-aid or mentioned they don't carry but they didn't care for any customer service. We sure not going to return to this store ever again.
