Charles Krampah

Very busy mid city life. Wonderful people and places to eat and to relax. Was at the Star Market and the Canada Goose

David Rogers

Great shops, great restaurants, lovepop 3D greeting cards, fun ti people watch

Mike Tyson

The best place to go if you like the elevators.

A J

Fun, but a little too crowded on weekends. There are also some tourists or study abroad students here who can be a bit nasty and disrespectful.

Ray Stevens

A beautiful, modern, upscale shopping mall in the heart of the city. I wish there were more Boston area shops to give this even more of a local feel vs. the national chains. But still a good variety of stores. A nice bonus is an outdoor area to enjoy a quick bite or ice cream when the weather cooperates.

Jana Scholten

The only store I shop is Sephora here. All the other stores are so high end, it's not in the average persons budget. Sad but true. If you're a millionaire, you'll love it!

Adam Robert Strang

Awesome place to shop fun and has every high end store as well as inexpensive stores

M Scotto

Wonderful restaurant with a view of Boston second to none. Instead of $20 each for the skywalk, go and get lunch and drinks. We got 3 nice appetizers and 3 drinks, for 3 people and it came to $60 with tip. So we got the view and a meal.

Faybio .

Clean, elegant mall primarily housing luxury brand retailers. If not shopping, the Pru Center is fantastic to cut through on HOT summer days. The AC is flawless.

Beau Cote

The mall is definitely better than it used to be with updated shops and more food places . . . But man is it always super busy. Watch out when you turn corners because you'll probably rail into someone/good luck walking without some distracted family running into you.

Chris Yulun Zhou

Fancy mall that locals go on special occasions seldomly.

Shashank Abhisheik

Nice views of Boston. Didn't have a reservation but the staff accommodated us at the bar. Worth going once

Ngọc Anh Nguyễn

Love this place. It has almost everything inside, from clothing to tech stuff. The view of the city from the observatory is breathtaking and there are good places to take photos. Perfect destination for those who want to satisfy their shopping spree. The food is diverse too. Highly recommended!

devanshi trivedi

Great place with lots to do - lots of stores (mostly high end) and food options. Check out the skywalk observatory for great views of Boston.

Mer Cantero

This mall has many stores and it is very stylish. It has a big garden to chill, clothing stores, restaurants and gourmet store. I like this place for a walk mainly for rainy days.

LINH NGUYEN

Very high class designer stores with trendy yet sophisticated clothing pieces, various restaurants with splendid meals, great open space and overall a beautiful must visit mall and part of Boston.

Dennis Carlson

Top notch mall in the Boston area. I prefer this over the more sterile Copley Place even though Copley has better brands.

Remi Boulanger

Great shopping mall downtown Boston, central point to many attractions worth seeing. The Skywalk on top of the mall is a great place to start your visit, as it lets you see the whole city from above and plan out your exploration trip accordingly.

Najmi Jay

Definitely busy and bustling. Loved all the available shopping and the activity

Henry Quinn

Look: if you like malls -- and who doesn't? Oh right, everyone -- this is a mall. It has stores you've heard of and non threatening fashion choices. It's clean and filled with shiny smiling people. If that's what you want from your cities, go here. Or to the same place in Dubuque, Sarasota, or Houston.

Marcelina Fleming

As a New Yorker I really don't like to give Boston its props. But I have to admit, the Prudential Center really impressed me. It may be like Boston. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm a New York girl and I will always be one. But Boston holds a place in my heart and the Prudential Center has a lot to do with it.

Michael Dauwer

Great place to visit and shop, Microsoft outlet, a variety of eateries, including the Cheesecake restaurant, Green Line on site as well as the Duck Tours

T Stimac

Good, better, best. Awesome selection of shopping and Eataly! Off Boylston st. connected with Copley Marriott and Copley square mall. Eat drink and empty your wallet. Walking distance to interesting landmarks as well.

Jeff Chetkauskas

Loved the views from the 50th floor. It gave a new perspective to the city of Boston. There is also interactive displays to help understand the history and culture of the area. (Elevator ride only takes a few second from the floor) Down on the ground there are shops to explore in the mall section and many other places to visit nearby along Copley Place.

Karim Poonawala

Nice place to spend a few hours. Lots of unique retail stores. This center is attached to the Mandrin Oriental hotel. This way you can go from the hotel directly to the Prudential center without braving the weather elements. There is an office tower attached to the Prudential center as well.

Tim Seeton

I could care less that Prudential has paid so much freaking money to put its name on it. I got a better idea. Lower all your rates, since your making so much money. Happier clients for sure. IMHO

Ricardo Sanchez

The view from The Top of the hub is amazing it's a must see in person.

Gwendolyn Ngoh

Many shops! Very entertaining. Had an eataly there too which was convenient.

Parth Vaidya

Nice indoor shopping area to visit in winter or too hot weather in Boston back bay area. Do visit EATLY

Peter Han

Clean, bustling mall. Price range for stores is on the mid to upper end. Connects to a lot of places in Back Bay so it's convenient to use as a connecting path to other places especially during summer and winter.

Francis Duffy

Awesome place..... great stores..... something for everyone..... don't miss it.

Lorenzo Ziroli

Service was great. View was amazing.

Jason Aviles

With the new additions of Eataly, 111 Huntington, Under Armour, Tesla and more this location has become a staple of Boston. Not only do you get options of exceptional retail you also have a very short walk to Copley Mall that offers luxury retail. This is definitely a destination location for Boston.

Ava Mirley

Everything is insanely expensive but if your looking for upscale shopping this has it all under one roof.

Percy Lee Barton

We were able to enter the Prudential from our hotel lobby. I loved the mall area with the restaurant and car rental place.

Lucy Rivera

Clean but make sure you say chicken taco well done.

Syed Shah

Definitely go to EATLY AND TRY THERE GELATO ICE CREAM. SPECIALLY COCONUT FLAVOR :)

Robert Hamilton

Very nice and clean mall. Parking is available below. if you do park below, don't forget to get your parking ticket stamped at a vendor in the mall when you spend over $10, when you do your parking is only $20 instead of the normal $40 when you stay 5-24 hours

Cheryl Coldwell

What a place! They have all the top stories and so many of them. Very busy place!!

Danago

Great place to walk around exploring the shops and doing a little retail therapy. The mall is busy and vibrant as expected. Great natural lighting and lots of stores and dining places to check out. Surroundings are neat and clean and did I say its quite busy around here so I guess this is a popular place to hang around here.

Ed Aaron Welsh

I love the new inner park but miss the old Prudential and all the old shops

Juli Guerrero

Beautiful architecture. Skywalker on the 5Oth floor is amazing at night. Adult admission is currently $21 for adults. The view is worth the hype. The tower itself has a lot of interesting stores and is super well maintained.

Sal's Pals

Great place to get an burds eye view of Boston... Picture of Fenway Park...

Lucky Rao

If you want to get a great 360 degree view of Boston and beyond this is your opportunity... The views are beyond impressive and it’s fun to find the places you’ve been exploring from this vantage point. There are lots of interactive information stations to learn more about the history of Boston

Elissa H

Went to Wagamama for very nice lunch. My only complaint was that I was with two other people and each of our orders came out separately. (3-4 minutes apart) rather than us getting our food at same time! A bit odd and uncomfortable. Food was very good though!

Paul Gilman

Great to visit but make sure you clear a couple hundred grand a year if you want to buy anything here.

Luis Quintero

Definitely recommend if you visit Boston to take the opportunity to visit the Observatory, such amazing views of Boston.

Gerard Donahue

Nice place to visit. Also nice to see a catholic chapel in there

Edward JLo

You return it to the same stand which dispensed it. Fantastic view and experience but if i were them I'd assure the listening devices were sanitized. People look for that. I did and was afraid to let the device touch my self. Its included in the price but they ask you return it to the same stand which dispensed it. I think it could be sanitized and prooved.

This mall is a very clean and landscaping is so beautiful. The prudential mall staff are great. The people who work and live around the area are very nice, except for and occasionally one or two. I have been working in this mall with my company for over three years. The only suck part about working in this area and with a disability is the facts of parking. Paying for parking is very expensive. Not been able to take public transportation because of your disability is hard. But other than that I wouldn't trade this location for anything. And I have worked at alot of different locations for my company and this one is one of the best.

Sangkug Yi

Nice to walk around. The grocery was also nice.

stefan tassy

The great shopping center in the middle of Boston, at one point had a food court that was very convenient. No it seems there aren't any places to get a quick bite aside from some major names from around the city. We visited during anime Boston, and without the food court we waited for a little while for the quickest food to get to us due to the high volume at the convention. I can take a guess at why they might have made such a change but without any further information I can't say for certain why they removed it. Even so there are more than enough surrounding locations to get some quick food so it shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're looking to stay nearby during a shopping spree.

Guruveer C R

An excellent 360 degree view of Boston. If you are visiting Boston as tourists, it is a must visit. The audio tour explains the different views and is a good history lesson of Boston

Ken Beckett

Great mall - the Eataly is fantastic, and the Skywalk Observatory is worth it.

Vera Martin

Great area to experience shopping, dining, and drinks. Perfect place to spend the day with girlfriends.

Every Man

Parking galore! Use it for all Fenway events! $18 parking with Red Sox ticket ! Place is huge! Need a map to keep track of which of the many upscale stores you've already browsed through. Extra clean! Plenty of great places to eat. Don't leave without a view of Boston from the tip!

Tech Explained

Is lots of stuff if you like buying stuff plenty of food just about anything you would need for a Boston trip

cecilia cordova

This at one time was a great place to spend the day out with the family. But now? Not so much.

susan mcgill

5 star restaurants and premium shopping within easy walking distance of The Commons

Dinakar Namburi

A mall with so many options to choose from, a one-stop-shop for many, great food options too.

Daniella Bunch

great place to go. Love all the stores.

Vedaj J Padman

The view from the top is great. The shops in the mall are classy. Good brands like Ralph Lauren, Microsoft etc. have stores here. The interiors of the shopping mall is designed beautifully. There is a Barnes and Nobles bookstore and Cheesecake factory here. They are really good too

Linda Onochie

Lots of stores nestled inside the Center. Had fun shopping at Microsoft, Polo, Oakley, White House|Black Market The highlight was exploring the Eataly where we enjoyed some delicious cannolis with creme and chocolate chip fillings dipped in hazelnut and peanut.

PRADEEP S KHOBARE

Big A/C mall. In the middle garden is maintained. Many branded shops of renowned companies, electronics store, branded ready made dresses, boutique, environment and sparrow are wandering, post office, lodging and restaurants are there. A mall in which you never tires.

Jenn Martine

Great place to walk around and explore. I haven't been to this one exactly but I saw it walking pass. The cakes looks delicious.

Ryan Alamo

The security guard Sam helped me gift wrap a book for a friend. Such a simple thing but goes to show how nice and caring the staff are!

Bill Campbell

Great views of Boston, but it's not worth the list price if you are just going to the top to look out the windows. However, the self-paced, prerecorded audio tour is very good, includes a lot of history, and makes it a more enriching experience for the money. Make sure to do the audio tour during the day though as you can't see some of the points of interest in the dark. There are also a few interactive exhibits that are interesting. The series of short films available in a small theater looked interesting from the titles and descriptions, but when I was there there was no audio so I couldn't experience them. If you parked in the Prudential Center garage, don't forget to get your parking validated in the gift shop for a discount.

Sandy Krudop

DelFrescos was great! The food was delicious.

Jaime Najbrt

Beautiful views. Lots of great stores. Very clean!

Revathy Mahendra-Rajah

Antonio & Noah were first class. I am not a coffee drinker but am working hard to like coffee for its health benefits. Antonio was captivated with my preference for tea & lack of knowledge of coffee. He gently coaxed me into trying 3 different strengths of coffee 5, 6 & 10 and explained the acidity difference & now I am a newly converted melazio #6 fan & prefer that over the new Zimbabwe flavor Nespresso is offering. Well done both of you.

Levi Lawrence

This is a great place in a central location. It has everything you need from food and clothing to tech and other items. It was easy to get to from our hotel room at Midtown Hotel. We enjoyed spending an afternoon here shopping and going for food in the evening to the various restaurants.

Mona

Lots of stores, clean, nice atmosphere, no Wi-Fi

Robert Hightower

4.0 based on how bustling this area is Times arrived: During the morning and evening both prior to 10/11AM on weekends and as late as 8pm or 11pm on a Saturday night. Ambience: Bright lights, well lit, small streets, with adjacent stores …

Firstlady

Love this place nice quilty clothing n shoe n bag. Nice area to hang out n have a bite n drinks

Anthony Waniski

Easy to navigate around nice clean building. The surrounding shops are very nice.

Stephen G

Ok upscale indoor mall. Little too upscale for me, but fun to look. Downside is cost of parking. Basically a cash cow.

Peter Hurd

With all things to do right there centrally located on Boylston Street easily accessible by the T.
