I noticed that there has been a significant change at Nordstrom. There is so much space and not enough clothes. This woman and I chatted about how Nordstrom use to be the place to find your cocktail or evening dress for a special occasion or event. Now, you're better off going to another store or boutique to find these items. Sometimes, I think stores forget that there are some people who want to see the clothes and not just have to view it online.

Worst Nordstrom ever. Have some friends bought chanel foundation testers for very cheap price (around $10-20each) from a salesperson. I call them ask for the same deal. They said they don’t sell testers at all. Who’s lying to me then?

I.loved going into this store with my sister but was disappointed when we were informed by the department manager of handbags that. Burberry is not longer being sold in the Nordstrom store. It was disappointing but the customer service is always awesome and the store is always clean. I also appreciate that there is unisex/family restroom.

Joe in the men's suit section is an expert! He dresses like a well dressed man should and can help you look like that too. He gets 10 stars. I took one star away because they are so over priced. They get 4 for service and selection.

The Nordstrom shopping and customer service experience is the worst I have ever encountered. I simply ordered a dress over the phone and paid extra for overnight shipping. The order was placed no problem. I later got am email saying "We had to cancel your order due to complications with processing. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." Given there was no explanation in the email I called customer service to find out why my order was cancelled. After speaking with the customer service representative and their manager, I STILL have not been told why the order was cancelled. I am just told someone in the finance department will contact me. I have checked with my bank and there is no financial issue on my end. I am now waiting for a mystery call from the finance department. I have been told it could take 48 hours for them to contact me. Nordstrom has a major internal process issue here that has done nothing but cause me frustration. This is not worth the hassle and I am going to shop elsewhere for a dress. Ridiculous!!

This is a decent strip mall/shopping plaza with quite a variety of shopping: there is a pet store, Nordstrom Rack, Saks off 5th, guitar center, and more. The parking lot is weird to navigate the first time you arrive, but it’s not to ridiculous. More importantly, there is PLENTY of parking.

I've been there numerous times in the past and the staff has been very helpful. I stopped by over the weekend to look at some clothes for my vacation down the Cape and I was dressed kind of, well, scrubby and the staff was dismissive of me at best. I really hate that kind of elitism. Very disappointing.

I didn't know this place until the last day of my staying. It was so good enough for me to buy stuffs. I love J crew and some other popular shops are also available. And don't miss to mention that there are restaurants as well! (Also cheese cake factory)

Beautiful presentation of inventory that helps make their high prices seem reasonable . The security array would frighten even the boldest of shoplifters. One is tempted to ask for one of their prestiges bags, which would immediately identify is you as a person of consequence, but are too shy to do so because you might be labeled a social climber.

A very well organized department store. I particularly like the men's shoes sections due to the fact that can get great bargains on the shoe discount rack in this expensive store. Again, Nordstroms is 'pricey' but the quality is 'there' at this store.

I lost a receipt for some items that I purchased that I needed to exchange. And before going to the store I called customer service and explained the situation. They said that store policy says that I have a right to exchange without receipt and that I will not have any issues. When I came to the store the manager Caroline said that they just recently changed the policy and don’t return without receipts anymore. When I asked to show me the “new” policy she said that it’s not printed out yet. I’m a loyal customer and she was lying to me.

Had an early dinner at the Cafe. This is a great place to enjoy a light meal and gave a glass of wine. It is quiet (at least when I've been there) and they have wonderful salads and sandwiches. Their hummus appetizer is delicious. You can purchase wine by the glass.

my sister and myself had a very good experience yesterday at southshore plaza MA. We bought beauty products from Estee Lauder and Clinique. The sales associate Melissa took very good care of us. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made us love to shop at nordstrom. We will definitely go there again. I would give 10 stars if I can.

Huge mall. Seems new. Something for everyone and lots places to eat. Lots sports shoe stores, games. Just go. I went and spent $678 US and it showed up on my Canadian Credit Card as $17,945 ! Damn exchange rate.

The kids shoe department had one person working on a Sunday durring back to school season. Waites over 40 min for the gentleman to get me the shoes I wanted to have my daughter to try on. After waiting all that time, he only had 1 of the 3 pairs in stock in her size. Low inventory. They want to order everything on line and ship to you.

Don't even bother going into this place if you don't dress in expensive clothes or if you're not white. Always so dead but workers have really high eyes above the sky even thought they just stand there to whole day looking at you and not even a second would want to come ask if you need help with anything unless they think you can benefit them or make them lots of commission

The beauty and fragrance section is always amazing and I need to not visit as much but there is always something new and shiny I NEED** haha. I wish the clothing+shoe department had a little more variety though. Somehow it feels the natick store has more options. Staff are always eager to help and knowledgeable about products. All in all a good shopping experience.
