Store looked nice, and some staff were great. However, the manager was terribly rude. She just bossed everyone around, and did not show them the respect they deserve. I worked retail, and how the manager here treats some of the employees is unacceptable. The relationship between the boss and employee should be mutual respect, not one side bossing people around. For example she was demanding a girl to do tasks, but was using her hands to talk. Her hands were wailing in her face as she is rudely just telling her what to do. It was unprofessional and rude. You guys need to get your management straight. It doesn't look good for a manager to act this unprofessional especially at nordstrom.

Lovely store, even for a Nordstrom. The kids love it because of the fish tanks. Great selection of sale items for kids. Very helpful staff and the cafe is great for a quick snack.

This place is unbelievable. I realized 15 minutes before I needed to put my brand new blouse on to get to an important event I was running, that the security tag was left on. I called immediately hoping they might be able to tell me an at home hack to get it off safely. After a minute or two on hold, the woman came back asking me where my event was (Cambridge) and I told her there was no way I could get to Natick and back. She said "we are on our way." No joke- a woman came with the little machine/magnet thing to the parking lot of my event and took it off before any of the guests arrived. Way to take responsibility for your mistake- amazing customer service and calm under pressure. Thank you!

Everyone is so helpful here, the minute you have a dress or blouse in your hand they start a dressing room for you, the racks aren't over flowing, they make great recommendations and go get the items for you to try on! Why fight with messy racks and unhelpful sales people at other stores? If you buy pants or jeans there and they are too long, they send the seamstress up to your dressing room and you get them hemmed too! If you need a slip under a dress they get it for you! Everything in one spot AND I saw the same dresses at Macy's, etc...so why bother with them and their messy dressing rooms! The only downside is there's more of a selection at Macy's and Lord and Taylor, but you can order from the Nordstrom's website or have the salesperson order it for you and ship it to your home and try it on there!

There are great options to clothing and the little cafe they have in there. The dressing rooms are clean and well lit with good mirrors and the associates are knowledgable and friendly. The prices are competitive with other higher end retailers in the mall.. I like that you can park in the lot and walk right into the store without having to transverse the entire mall. You can also get tailoring as well which helps save time if you are buying a suit or need hemming.

It is very big and the layout is kind of cool! They have a large selection of stores in the mall to choose from and our experience was very pleasant and going here! I actually particularly liked at the food court was on the second floor! Everything was open and rather nice! My favorite was getting to see a plant shop at the mall! I've never seen one like that at a mall before!

Josh Hoffman- Assistant Manager. I came in for a fitting for The Black Tux rental service, to find my appointment was not scheduled properly by the black tux website. Josh was able to help me anyway (not as a black tux employee but as their appointment setter)- got me fitted and set up with a rental tux for a wedding. Because of Josh, my rented-online tuxedo fit me better than my own suits, and looked great. I was honestly shocked. I have odd measurements, nothing off the rack has ever fit me. I'll be purchasing my next suit from Josh at Nordstrom. Thanks for the help!

Went into Nordstrom to check out some perfume for my girlfriend and Sherwin, the fragrance manager, went above and beyond for 10 minutes with us to help narrow down what my girlfriend needed as a new fragrance. We ended up with a great product by Viktor & Rolf and left super satisfied. The girl won’t stop smelling her arm and neither can I. If you’re looking for help they’re super attentive and not salesy at all. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible. We parked on level P2 and took the elevator up to Nordstrom. After paying for our stuff and waiting for a gift box, at 9:05 we were told that elevators were locked down and we would need to go outside and take the stairs. We left only to find out that stairs were locked as well. Walked back to Nordstrom to find out they already boarded up. It took forever to figure out how to get to our car. Basically had to walk on the road, the way I drove in. There are no stairs to P2. Worst mall experience I have ever had!

Pricey but always delivers on quality clothing. Tip: bringing your infant on a shopping trip? Nordstrom is the place to go to change your baby! Not only are there 'family bathrooms' but they have a maternity room for feeding.

This review is in regards to their Wedding Suite. We had a terrible, terrible experience at an appointment to try on wedding dresses. After two calls with the department regarding dresses we viewed online an appointment was made a month prior to try on these specific dresses as well as similar style ones in store. We made the two hour trek from our home and when we arrived the sales associates barely greeted us, and when we were finally acknowledged, we were told they did not have any of the dresses we had viewed online and discussed over the phone in store. The pulled what they considered similar styles for the bride. Once we entered the dressing room the styles were absolutely nothing like what we discussed over the phone. They even had print outs from us with exact item numbers to determine the dress and style the bride was looking for. The sales associate had minimal to say in regards to this and when she noticed we were becoming upset, she called the manager, Christina. After about fifteen minutes of waiting the manager arrives and was incredibly unhelpful. She claimed there was no way the dress we were told we would see in stores would be at their location (she was not even sure which state it was located in!) As we explained we had this appointment for a month, we made the two hour trip, and were told we see certain dresses she dismissed us instantly. We were made to feel like second class citizens from the moment she arrived, and quite frankly from the moment we walked into the Wedding Suite. She explained "their clients" (as if we were not clients ourselves) book appointments and request dresses to be shipped in from other locations to be seen. This is not only not common for bridal salons, it was never explained to us at any point in our conversations prior. The manager and sales associates offered absolutely no apology or explanation for the miscommunication. They seemed to honestly care less about the upset. They were cold, dismissive and outright rude. The bride left in tears. No one in our party had experienced such poor customer service before. We are shocked, horribly disappointed and incredibly upset over how the situation was handled and how we were treated. We would never recommend a bride or anyone to shop at this location, or frankly any Nordstrom location, ever again.
