Shopping was good. Stores were getting ready to close, but Tommy H. Doors were still open. As we were looking I asked one of the sales people about the size of a garment. Instead of answering my question regarding the size, his answer to my question was, "We are closing in 3 minutes. We walked out. Won't go back if this sales person is there.

Mostly all the stores around here is super expensive but there are some stores where u can find something affordable for your taste or just something to get for the holidays. I also love going to my favorite lindor truffles chocolate store. The chocolates are amazing!!♡♡

I like this outlet center very much as it is less crowded and on clothes you pay no sales tax (at least for the amount of money I spend). You can find here more stuff than in other centers, because less people go here and pick the things before you have a chance to see them.

Good place to go for shopping. Under Armor usually has the entire store 40% off! I don’t get anything at Nike because it’s very small and with limited choices. The food court can get a upgrade though. Why is there no stairs down to the lower section of the outlets?, Add them in! Great place to go though!

Aging, obsolete retail. Stores vary, but overall cheap stuff and not-cheap prices. Not universally true, but be sure the goods you buy are worth the price. The stores were mostly apparel, and much of that seemed to be made for the outlet …

Lots of stores. You'll walk a bit to get around, so go during good weather. No taxes in Massachusetts for clothes. Very nice.

Nice variety of outlet stores in Western Mass. Depends where you are coming from can be a bit of a drive but right of the Mass Pike exit 2. Parking is ample and free. If you leave the house and think it's cool, it's cold and windy there...bring a jacket. The stores are big and not usually terribly busy so the staff members are very helpful and welcoming.

The Lee Premium Outlets is a nice go to place. We enjoy the nice selection of stores there. It is well maintained, plenty of parking, and they have a centrally located food court, and restrooms as well. It is about 40 minutes west of Springfield Massachusetts near the western boarder of Massachusetts. Check it out!!!

I do love this mall and visit every time I am in the area. That's stress varies shops. Some have better deals than others. I love the Sketchers outlet store the best. Bath beauty and beyond is only just a little lower priced than their full retail stores but they have great closeout sales. Harry and David is divine. Check the back of the store for the best deals. Guess. Old navy. Sun glass hut. Many more.

A few stores to mention: Clarks, Claires, American Eagle, Crocs, Lindt Chocolates, GAP, Pacsun, GUESS and much more. There's also a food court. Small stores with small prices!! I love this place. Very clean and nice

Quite a selection of stores and food places. Prices really aren't better than any other store, but at least there's less driving when you can walk from store to store. Parking was ample and maintained, walkways and sidewalks too.

Personally, I don't see any cost savings at this outlet. Matter of fact, i found the prices on virtually everything to be extremely high. The only cost savings I found was at the kitchen store. A mall would have lower prices.

Nice place to walk and look around, that's it, don't expect prices to be better than other stores. The whole "Outlet" thing is for me a HUGE SCAM. For example: a Nike T-shirt, simple, Nike Logo on it, (not stitched) on sale for $54........I started laughing.....you r able to get those at Marshalls for $20 or less.

First time visitors! We had a blast and loved the fact it was all walking distance to each store, without needing to move the car. Brought 3 young kids and even they enjoyed the day of shopping. Prices were average from store to store. Had a great time and were we able to get the kids school shopping done in one trip! Will definitely return!!

Nice place easy to get to. Plenty of parking and all shops are within the same general area. All stores are within walking distance and near each other as opposed to Lake Geaorge outlets that are spread across a much wider area. Cleaner premises too.

As a whole the place is terribly expensive. Just about every store I went in had a staff that seemed inconvenienced to have a customer enter the building. The exception to the outlet mall is the kitchen store which boasted fantastic prices a fantastic selection and Incredibly knowledgeable as well as friendly staff. Other than the kitchen store I will not be returning to any of the other stores in this outlet mall.

Good selection but the same typical clothes you'd get in a big mall some stores prices were great but other places such as Under Armour prices are still high and the workers act like the consumers are annoying them. Been there 3 times there will not be a 4th! I wanted to give 2 and a half stars but this site won't allow me to do it.
