We got there as we were doing the freedom trail and we loved it. It was packed of people but we still loved it. A lot of eating options - be prepared to pay the price aka $10 frozen yogourt.. Lots of stores, a nice Bostonian experience.

there’s no place like it! if you’re visiting boston or if you’re new to the area, this is definitely a must-see. it’s a great place to grab a quick bite and there are so many options to pick from, so everyone in your party is sure to find something. though it might be a little difficult to find some seating, once you do find a spot, it’s perfect for people watching.

Love coming to Faneuil Hall, anytime I come into Boston it’s on my list of places to stop at and enjoy. You’ll see lots and lots of people, get opportunities to taste different forms of food, drinks, and deserts, as well as do some shopping at the multitude of little and larger shops surrounding the area. Be on the lookout for cool street performers so you can catch their show!

Kshitij Jain

It's a great place for food lovers. You'll find a plethora of different cuisine options to choose from. Once you're done eating, you can go out to shop from the stalls or even go on the Freedom Trail.

Faneuil Hall was a very enjoyable experience. There is a lot of history, variety of foods, music, and shopping. It is a great place to go to as a tourist. It is a very populated area and is generally very loud, which is expected, but can be overwhelming at times. If you’re ever visiting Boston, this is definitely a place to check out!

Super touristy and I love it! Really crowded and full of people having a good time on vacation. Very pricey though. If you're a bargain hunter for food you're better off heading into neighboring areas and getting the same Italian food or baked goods or seafood for cheaper.

Can't miss stop when in Boston. Lots of great shops and the food court is the biggest I have ever been to. Great variety of top notch street performers. One of the best places to visit in Boston. Ample walking and places to sit and enjoy the day.

I came into Boston with no expectations. This was the first place we drove into from Cape Cod. Wow what a colorful and cheerful atmosphere. Even for a working day it was buzzing. It's on the things to do in Boston and everything else is just a short walk away. Parking is expensive though but it's fine if you plan to spend the whole day around here. I paid 40 bucks for around 3 hours. This was a tad high I thought. We ate at the Boston Chowda. The Crab roll was delicious and filling. Got a Flat White at the North End Bakery and that was perfect too. As you can see from my pictures there's loads of shopping and dining options here. Great place to chill too. Loads of husker activity around. Must come back on my next trip.

Come with an appetite! There are so many different food stalls to choose from, and they all look and smell really good. There are also several shops around the area to peruse. You're bound to find something for yourself or a souvenir to take home from someone else. Also, it's worth stopping by Cheers if for nothing else than the nostalgia.

What a wonderful place to have lunch. The delicious smells of the variety of foods made choosing difficult but everything was fantastic. What a treat to hear this talented young violinist play after. I could have spent hours there!

Big variety of goods, some reasonably priced, some not so much. You just have to keep looking to find the former, and not give in to the latter. We saw a number of refrigerator magnets, for instance, for $8 and $9, but ended up buying a very nice one for about $3. The "Cheers" replica bar / restaurant was quite nice, and not TOO too expensive.

We had to go to Boston, and once business was done, we decided to go to Quincy Market (it was close to where we had to go) and these were some of the many vendors outside. We had such a good time I didn't use my camera very much. The weather was fantastic. We sat outside for awhile and that's when I took the 4pics.

This place has got to be the best food joint in one area also known as Quincy Market. Huge area stunning building. On the Planet. Been going doing food from here since the 1850s. Wow cool, food is prepared here and served. Very busy but always a seat to be found with plenty of shopping as bang in centre Boston we love you x

I must say this is my one of the most favorite places in Boston. It’s a year round happening place. Great for tourists to enjoy local flavors and buy stuffs made my local people. Good sitting arrangement both inside and outside. If you want to avoid crowd, walk to the waterfront park and eat there sitting on the benches facing water.3 minutes walk only. Love this place!

Love Faneuil hall and Quincy market and all of the food that comes with it! I lived in Boston for over 4 years and I miss this so much! They have lobster rolls and every kind of fool you can think of. Definitely a tourist stop, so make sure not to skip I’ve if you’re visiting Boston.

Plenty of food court and sit down restaurant choice for meals or dessert. Also, quite a bit of non-food shopping. I was there on a Thursday night in the summer (August) and there were street performers and a hired band was setting up to play as I was leaving for the evening. I ate dinner at a sit down restaurant so I wasn't in the food court area (looking for dessert) after dinner time. I do wonder if there are enough places to sit if one were to try to eat from the food court for dinner or lunch. There were not very many tables and chairs in the eating area that I sat in for dessert.

A bit crowded for my taste, but then again I did go on a holiday weekend. But the food and energy is always great here. Love coming back and visiting here again!

Amazing selection of food and items. This is a must visit for anyone visiting Boston. Food from all over the world can be found here. Enjoy your food or just relax in their food court type atmosphere upstairs and on the floor level. There are bathrooms also. This is a bit tricky for those in wheelchairs because it is very crowded and brick sidewalks. Outside you can usually find incredibly talented folks of all types performing for tips.

If you visit the great city of Boston, there are quite a number of places to visit and things to do... and Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market are certainly representative of our country’s history with good food, good drinking and good people meandering about. The cobblestone roadways and building design seems to transport you back in time as your pride justifiably comes to the surface. A bustling good time!

Julie Schmidt

We didn't spend much time in the shops and just checked out the museum and hall as we walked The Freedom Trail over the Fourth of July weekend. The exterior was under renovations so much of it was covered in blue mesh, but they hung a massive American flag on it. One interesting aspect was the Stairway to the Constitution, with each step from the bottom named for the states in the order they ratified the Constitution.

Ron Schnaper

How could I not have reviewed Faneuil Hall Marketplace before? Lots of fun, tourist shops located in the historic marketplace. The cobblestones are original; you'll be walking the same paths that the founders of our country trod upon. Thoughtfully, they've added smooth brick pathways so modern mobility devices and people in heels can also visit comfortably.

Destinations Untold

Faneuil Hall Marketplace is something you can't miss while in Boston. It has a wide range of all sorts of food too cater for everyone. Also a variety of stores selling a range of sovereigns and street performers which are very entertaining. Also you can't miss the Faneuil Hall's free presentation run by the National parks. It was so interesting to hear and learn about Boston and Pivotal past it played in United States of America.

Faye Yap

Great place to experience the different types of food. A place where everyone goes to just hangout and enjoy the atmosphere, the street performance. It is also surrounded by shopping areas which Is awesome. If you walk around there are many restaurants that you can choose to eat from. It's a very nice touristy area to go to

Najmi Jay

Lively, beautiful lights at night. Lots of shopping and places to eat, esp the Quincy Market. Can be a bit overwhelming. If you really want to go through all shops probably one full day. There is waterfront across the road. Good for a stroll. Overall the whole area is very nice for some laid back relaxing shopping and eating.

Brock Foley

Fun place. Very touristy but I was a tourist so. I guess that is ok. There are a lot of great food options. Not least of which is magnolia bakery which is always worth a stop. Good food hall in a fun location. Also. Not my thing but if you are into cheers memorabilia there is a lot of that around as well.

Bryan Abegglen

Great building and wonderful history. If you can don't miss the reenactment upstairs to really get the feel of this building and its place in American history. Definitely a must see if you're in Boston.

Larry Settles

Great but can get too crowded and then its like a zoo and hard to navigate. Do not go here if on crutches or using a cane. Not safe for disabled people. But amazing performances and great delicious food

Alison Fisher

Faneuil Hall is so cool - I mean it. This is such a neat place -- you have to walk through it even if you're not hungry. It is jam packed with food vendors selling every imaginable type of food. It is so lively no matter what day or time you visit. It is right in the middle of historical Boston and conveniently situated along the Freedom Trail, so you can stop here for lunch or just to people watch. Sometimes there are street performers out front singing or dancing. It's a wonderful place to visit if you're in Bean Town!
