You can always find exactly what you need when you go to this mall. It's big, bright and clean. Lots of food choices, tons of stores and little spots to just sit and relax for a min like the one across from bath and body works. Four chairs and a table. Super simple but cozy and relaxing. There are elevators, escalators and stairs throughout the mall. One set of escalators is being worked on right now. Looks like new ones are being put in. And the Japanese food place is under renovation right now.

The mall used to be a place I could hang out with my friends, and have fun without any parents, on Friday nights, or the weekends, when my parents could drop my friends and I off. I would always look forward to this on days I had school, and during summer break. However, some people decided to screw around in the mall, and unfairly ruined this for all of us. Another thing I find ridiculous is how you guys are using police resources to make sure we have a parent on us. I am extremely disappointed that you guys aren't trying to solve kidnappings, or other things like that. Many people in my community will hear about this and will leave similar reviews that could get this mall shut down, because again, teens are the people that go shopping in the mall the most. If you lose them, your mall will be shut down. So I strongly suggest you change this issue or you will be hearing from other people that attend this mall.

I love this mall I love to shop and the cars they have for your toddlers are the best idea ever. I can shop and entertain my little one without him running around or getting restless from all the walking around. Stores are great.

Always a great place to go shopping or have some fun! It's not quite as nice as it used to be... I still love going to Dave N Buster's till 2 in the morning with my friends. You're looking tohave some fun without a bunch of little kids running around it's a great place to go they stop letting in minors pretty early on in the night!

As malls go , they're not bad. It was alot nicer years ago when they had a large carousel in the food court, but now it's gone. They have a great selection of department stores and a great food court.

I’ll never ever step foot in this place again was asked for I’d and I complied pulled it out I said there’s no reason for you to hold it and the Baltimore county officer snatched my personal property out of my hand started yelling in my face and told me I wasn’t allowed on the property no one will follow up to this message cause they don’t care about there customers but very unprofessional especially for someone whom is supposed to serve and protect you’ll never see another dollar from me again !

kinda has went down hill over the years..still has a variety of places for me and my daughter to shop..better selection than east point and most of the staff in each store were very polite and courteous...just isn't what white marsh mall was when i was growing up sadly..will be back soon to shop some more wish they would add a few more places overall decent mall still!

It is an older mall that has a few vacant spaces in it but large enough to have a decent selection of shops. The Avenue across the street is much better as far as newer shops and a cleaner venue

Being a recent transplant to Baltimore, I'm just getting use to the shopping options here. White Marsh Mall and surrounding area seems to be one of the better options for a bus commuter, offering a fairly diverse choice of retailers.

Super close my new home and not to mention but can't help it, White Marsh, Maryland has some of the best shopping and parking comparative to surrounding areas. The best for such a short distance. You can even go skydiving.... Come one, who else can say that? !?!

If you are in Baltimore MD area, White Marsh Mall and area around it is a great place to take family. Mall has a lots of good stores and prices are also fairly low compared to most other places in MD area.

love this mall. Must shop there! Hot topic and everything else you can think of is in there. And for Disney lovers....there's a disney store so we can satisfy all our Disney needs! Lol (huge disney fan) spend hours at the mall at a time. It's pretty big and you wont be disappointed.

Great place for some fun and chill time. I love to go here and everyone is super accommodating with my SD and wheelchair. No issues with staff petting or complaining which is what I'm normally subjected too. We will be coming back.

As far as malls go, White Marsh Mall is average--nothing outstanding or negative. The anchor stores, Macy's, JC Penney, Boscov, and Sears, are satisfactory individually, but as a group, they lack "spark". There is a food court, Dave & Buster's, and numerous chain stores, so that it is possible to purchase clothing for all ages and prices, shoes, furniture, gifts, jewelry, etc. There is also a small "playground" for toddlers. It's wheelchair accessible with ample parking and is located across the street from The Avenue (with its many shops, restaurants, and movie mulit-plex). PF Chang and IKEA are inside the perimeter. A small shopping strip (including Giant Supermarket) of small businesses is next door.

Best mall around the Baltimore metro area. Plenty of parking, bus lines run here, and plenty of diverse stores to meet all of your shopping needs.

Fun fun fun, looking for something much more in varieties? Than here we are, white marsh mall! Mondawmin while it may be closer, there just isn't a lot of varieties in stores there. But white marsh, I can find almost anything I need and want. Besides the area is better, cleaner, and wont feel like there's gonna be a fight about to break out, or looking over your shoulders so no one can rob you. lol but serious a very good mall to go to and I very much enjoyed myself, lots. Go and the trip will be worth it :)

We visited on a weekend during our trip from Philly to DC. Despite of being very busy and some awkward clowns around it was still a great way to shop around and so many stores for each of our preferences. Macys is my favorite choice and had some great deals. Some stores are way overpriced (that is why 4 stars). I compared it to prices in same stores in PA. But overall solid 4.

I've been going to White Marsh Mall for years it's not what it used to be the stores used to be a little bit better of a setup and I miss the arcade but it is clean the house good food and is way better than Eastern Mall but most of Dundalk sucks anyway so that's not saying much but also they have way too many Chinese food places but I think that's most malls I might have given it 5 Stars if this was 2006

It wasn't a bad shopping experience it was just blah.... The mall itself was well populated on a Saturday but wasn't overly or uncomfortably crowded. Upon entering the mall there were signs warming of parental guardian requirements for minors to be accompanied by adults. There were police or security posted at the mall's entrance which made me suspect that there were problems in the past. I regarded their presence as a good thing. We visited a total of 5 retail stores, but ultimately left without a purchase. Unfortunately 2 shoe stores we visited didn't have the sizes needed by me or my shopping partner. Finally I found a shoe a half size smaller than what I ordinarily purchase however they felt great upon trying them on. However just prior to purchasing them I noticed a grayish colored spot on the cloth of the black shoe. The store offered to clean it but I noticed the spot still lingering underneath the cleaned area. For $190, I decided not to purchase the shoe from the store because it was the last size 8 and the left shoe with the spot was the display model. I decided to simply order them online. We left from the mall empty-handed and I began to wonder why we ever came in the first place when we could have simply shopped online. I love many of the stores in the mall but I'm guessing that my love for shopping in the physical store has diminished. Hope your experience is better.

Out of hand teens and young adults. Ages ranging from 14 to 25 some inner city some home grown but in the weekends and at the afternoons/ nights there is alot of potential trouble. They have both Baltimore County Police some State Police and lots of security guards only the security guards I'm not able to protect themselves from some of these out of hand individuals! It's sad that the mall does not allow or won't train pay for quality security officers to help protect its client tell and the stores that are inside of it. These security staff are armed with a radio and a CPR mask possibly. I feel sorry for them because some of these youth treat them like garbage as well as defy the orders of the officers that are giving them. It puts the security officers in between a rock and a hard place. The mall should have trained security officers with Italian pepper spray handcuffs and possibly a firearm for not only protecting themselves but the other decent human beings that are in the mall property trying to have either a good afternoon with their family and or shopping. It looks like the ball was smart enough to cancel the carnival this year. That does two things one that keeps you from being ripped off by the carnival because last year when I went the Carnival prices were outrageously high for tickets to ride and the amount of tickets you need to ride a ride was high as well as having to pay an entry fee as well. Complete ripoff!! Glad they cancelled it for this year!!

this used to be me and my moms favorite place to shop with friends etc. she would drive us there and we would both go our separate ways. one day a couple of irresponsible teenagers decided to do something dumb to make the new rule you have to be 18+ to shop without a adult. it’s not anyone else’s fault that some people acted that way so every responsible person has to pay the price, ridiculous. not only this, but even employees under 18 or look under 18 they must be escorted by mall security just for their lunch break. i find it hilarious how at this age you can drive etc. but can’t even roam the mall without your “parent or guardian” thanks for the great years white marsh mall but we will be finding somewhere else to shop from now on until these rules are removed. if it was up to me irresponsible persons would be banned, removed, or THEN monitored, not make every other shopper under 18 minding their own business and going along their day doing nothing wrong be able to shop without these ridiculous rules. i’m sorry for coming to this but it must be said that this rule should be removed. this will not just make them loose me, but several others. i will make it known.

I was at Olive Garden on White Marsh. Haven't been there in a long time. It was better than I remember. Not crowded around 4:30pm, but very busy by the time I left. Bread sticks were hot. Salad was fresh, crisp, and tasty. Pasta, sauce, and meatballs were each delicious on their own. Going back soon to try something more.9
