My favorite store is the “The Relax Zone” it’s the best massage bar In Hagerstown! They have a special deal this season for Only $1 per minute! I visit there quite often due to back injuries my doctor suggested I go 2 times a week.They even offer complimentary glass of wine! I loved it! After all that shopping my feet where done! They offer the best foot reflexology I have ever had in years!

Wow so many empty stores. They need better directional signs for the smaller stores. The grounds are well kept . Generally speaking seems to be very safe and well kept. I recommend checking out the sales for back to school. I found great bargains on everything

One of the best outlet locations I have ever been to! Great selection of stores, great deals. They are never crowded regular weekdays during the day. Ample free parking, grounds are kept neat. Wonderful Black Friday shopping here. Come and get your money's worth.

The shopping is about what you would expect from an outlet mall. My issue is that there must be a cattle farm nearby. The smell of fresh manure was everywhere from the time you get out of your car till you leave. The businesses themselves smell fine.

Clue number one the landscaping is not maintained. The bushes aren't trimmed, they have weeds growing up to 3 to 4 feet high through them. Mulched areas need refreshed, weeds growing wild, no mulching apparent this year. We started at Children's Place, its exterior sign was very much sun faded. The store was fine on the interior as before but whatever firm is supposed to be responsible for the exterior of the complex is really falling down on the job. There was some new asphalt and line stripping in front of the main three buildings. There is a large area of lawn furnishings over by the Long Horn Steakhouse. But the lack of landscaping screams that there are underlying problems.

Great place to go and take the family for shopping. Outdoor covered walk ways make it easy to get store to store. Play ground available for when the kids get bored of shopping. Food court is pretty decent with a variety of offerings. This is also a great spot when you are looking for specific products.

Not really too much out there a lot of stores have closed. Its a nice walk tho and the stores they do have do have some great sales so that's a bonus. Will I return? Yes Do I expect to spend a lot of $$? No (Really good thing lol) Will I get a good exercise? Yes Will it be fun? Yes..... Go for yourself you may love it but still go!

Really gone down hill over the years. Many empty businesses, prices keep rising and the quality of the stores and their products is shoddy now. I bought a $160 pair of shoes at Nike and the third day I wore them part of the sole was already coming apart. I returned them and the sales clerk said, "yeah there have been problems with this happening on this model of shoe." So they know the shoe is junk, but yet they keep selling them anyway. New balance shoe store seems to have much better quality than Nike anymore. Reebok closed up. Adidas had many empty spaces on their shelves. The only home goods store they have is Kirkland's and it is high dollar for generic traditional/contemporary designed items that you can get significantly cheaper online. The one kitchen store they have is an "as seen on TV" type store with low quality products. Banana Republic's prices keep rising while the quality of the fabrics and the stitching decreases. My father goes to Brooks Brothers, and they're about the only store at this Premium Outlets that hasn't lowered their quality standards. Good luck finding anything of real quality here.

Was extremely disappointed in the condition of this outlet. The grounds needed attention, weeds everywhere, over grown trees and bushes. With so many 'empty ' stores and the surroundings looking the way they do, I will not return.

They have a lot of stores, but they are not outlet prices. Some are higher than are still available from some other box stores. That’s worth 3 stars, they get 1 bonus star for the best food court I’ve been to at an outlet.

Many good brand stores plus a nice outdoor playground area for the kids. Easy to navigate through the stores without any confusion. They do have also a nice restaurant ( Longhorn Steakhouse) beside the outlet where you can grab a nice bite their with the family.

On Saturday January 12, 2019 me and my family were at the Clarksburg outlet location. Me and my Family walked in,6 of us. The tall white guy with the long beard and pony tail started following us around being obvious as we walked throughout the store. Making it an uncomfortable experience as if we were going to steal something. I still bought something small. Good selection besides being stereotyped.

This place has bad management. A woman named Angie has the worst attitude EVER. Don’t know if she was having a bad day or what! She cursed at my 5 year old whom which dropped his ice cream on the food court floor by accident. What a bad way to treat customers! Never spending my hard earned money with such trash! Boycott this place it’s lame any way!

This is a really nice shopping center to go to and most of the time has better deals the malls closer to where I live. 4 stars because the food court has few options. 3 out of 7 of the choices don’t look very clean. China max unfortunately does not give out utensils if you need them unless you actually purchased food from them. I would only go to Dairy Queeen, Auntie Annie’s, and Flavor of Maryland if you want to get food. Aside from this food court and you’re only gonna go shopping, then again this place has really good deals.

Bought 2 pairs of under armour shoes for $59 on sale and i bought 2 pairs of Clarks shoes for $30 only!! We also saved a lot on clothes, jackets, etc.We had a great day shopping!

The outlets is like my go to shopping mall since my area has a mall that consists of maybe 5 stores I'll actually shop. They have such a great selection of places to shop for the whole family, also they're all famous name brands! Includes several vending machines for sodas, snacks & ice cream throughout the stores, sheltered storm restroom areas that are always clean & for the most part, good customer service. They also have a food court that has 3-4 okay restaurants. Definitely would recommend.

Shop till you drop, you could get you exercise in while here. Tons of Brand name stores. Sketchers was definitely seconds, though, not the quality of JC Penny's. I have found some really good buys at other Outlet stores, namely Levi's (service very helpful) and items for home at other stores often have great prices. There is a Food Court and restrooms available.

The stores here have anything I could possibly want or need to get through life - clothing, kitchen appliance and food stores, sportswear, shoe wear, brand name purse stores, outdoor gear for camping/hiking....the list goes on. I have never had a bad experience with any staff at any of the stores at all. They never cease to amaze me with their proactive attitude and honestly trying to find the right product to fit your particular need. Combine this with the food court having several restaurants available with different ethnic cuisines and a public restroom, you could stay at the outlets all day and not even notice. Great place that I highly recommend. :-)

When traveling, my wife loves to stop at this Outlet. They have lots of great trending stores and always has quality clothing sales. This is a great location with gas and food entering the area. Lots of parking and great family atmosphere. You could spend hours walking the many shops. My favorites are Under Armor, Nike, and the food court to sit and relax. You won't be disappointed if you stop for the crazy back to school sales. Awesome shopping experience.

Walked through there just looking around to see what was there. If you need shoes or clothing from popular name brands then this is the place to go. It's an outlet. Items are inexpensive . Must look for yourself. Also has beverage machines all over to quinch your thirst.

Not everyone of these " Factory Outlet " shops are there for you to get a helluva deal. Some of the higher priced items at the Valley Mall are CHEAPER than a mile away on the other side of I-81. Gotta take your time, if you got it to take. Now around Christmas last year.....yeah, found some WONDERFUL DEALEO'S.

Once upon a time this was a shopping destination, now you can see as you drive into the parking lot that the owners have let it go. Weeds and grass growing in the parking lots are just the start, stores seem to be dropping like flies. The Nike outlet is slated to close before the end of July 2019, many others have already gone. You can find a verity of small shops that sell things like leggings etc... however I have found that they come and go pretty quick as well. I would bet that the place is around 50% empty. If you live close then I guess it’s not bad but I would NOT make a special trip, or even get off the interstate for this place at this point. I think shopping from home is a much better bet and that is coming from a person who loved brick and mortar stores.

Nice place to go shopping. Lots of different stores to fit everyones styles, tastes, and interests. They are outlets so all the walking is outside. So if they weather isn't nice it kinda sucks. Food court is pretty nice. Lots of different food to choose from.

There is obviously an enormous number of clothing and apparel stores with about everything you need. Just think most of the outlets are a little pricy compared to a lot of other outlets I've been to. But if you're looking for shoes, I recommend the Shoe Rack.

The place is pretty much deserted and needs some sprucing up. The are still quite a few stores open and since the area is developing very fast, I hope to see more retailers filing up the empty stores. The food court on the other hand makes me nauseous every time I walk in there. There seems to be very poor ventilation in there so the food smells are just trapped in. There's nothing like the smell of old oil and a mixture of fast food hitting you the second you open the door. I go to the brow bar there and hope she moves to a better location soon.

This is the best place to shop when your looking for nice brand name items at a low price. Most stores always have outlet pricing with HUGE sales to Save you and your family even more cash! I visit about 3 times a year and always receive great service and stock up for all occasions including back to school! Love love the Hagerstown Outlets. The absolute ONLY DRAWBACK is their food court which sucks because after shopping for hours you get thirsty and hungry! I have tried 70% of the restaurants In the food court and it is just not good at all. The Mexican place is genuine but wayyy too salty every single time even when you ask for no salt on your meat or dishes. I was told that it may be to preserve their meats longer but it was just absolutely awful and will never return. The Maryland Seafood place is not fresh or good either. I actually returned my crab cakes after one bite because I knew they were not good! Full of filling and had barely any crab meat! After paying $60 for 3 meals that’s just unacceptable. Their Chinese is decent and can never beat their pretzel place Auntie Anns is I recall correctly but that was about it. Stores great but I would travel elsewhere for lunch or dinner!

I cannot believe how many outlets are together in this center! Everything from LOFT to Ralph Lauren to Banana Republic is a part of this shopping mecca. High-end shops that normally put huge holes in your pockets are made affordable and attainable here. It's easy to navigate the storefronts with the maps that are located in numerous areas of the center, so there are no worries about getting lost. There is plenty of free parking as well. So whether you're shopping for yourself or for family and friends, it's well worth the stop at Hagerstown Premium Outlets.

Walked into Columbia this evening and it felt like a sauna. 90 degrees at least. Apparently the AC has been broken all summer. Seriously?! Drove 45 mins and couldn't stand to be inside the store. Pretty ignorant to make employees work in that kind of environment.

Had alot of sales! There are several stores that have went out of business leaving empty spaces. Would love to see an Old Navy be added to the outlets! I was surprised that there was not one there... The Food court is less than desirable. Especially when you have food allergies! 3 out of 3 places at the court were rude and not helpful at all. That was very frustrating! Very glad Longhorn Steakhouse was so close!

What use to be the crown Jewel of Hagerstown has lost some of it's glitter. Empty stores from what I'm told is to high of a rental rate for the traffic. I have not visited the outlets for several months. Like many. I find it easier to shop online for most items, or visit the mall for shopping and dinner at the number of good restaurants located there
