I generally don’t give 5 stars but I must admit this is one of the best shopping center I have been to in a long time. Not crowded and well laid out. If you’re still in the area for Memorial Day then enjoy the 70% most stores are offering.

Clarksburg Premium Outlets is an outdoor shopping mall. It has two levels covered walkways and exterior escalators and elevators, plus a nice play area for the kids with many great stores an a wonderful layout! You’ll truly enjoy your shopping experience at this beautiful brand new center that features a Market Hall dining pavilion, all stores have savings of 25% to 65% off everyday and some clearance items

They are pretty good outlets. They have all of the typical stores you would expect. It's all outdoors which is nice when the weather is good. The play ground is very nice and can be a great way to let kids burn off some energy. All and all I think it's worth the trip is you up for some shopping.bwoyld recommend.

Very nice and clean outlet. Good shops. Little struggle with finding restaurant but who cares about restaurant while shopping. Enjoyed it.

Great Outlets. A upscale experience compare to the Premium Outlets in Hagerstown. Plus a nice play area for the kids. Food Court and nicer clothing/shoes stores. Also, nice and spacious areas to sit a rest and hang out while others shops or you taking a break. I will continue coming back.

Mediocre at best when more than 1/2 the stores on the 2nd floor are closed. Missing SO many retail opportunities! While the layout at Clarksburg is better, it still has a fraction of the stores offered at the Leesburg Outlets.

A very large, well organized and good outlet mall to go to. There is plenty of parking and plenty of great outlet stores. The only drawback is everything isn't under a big roof. If it was it would be nicer but this is not something to use against it.

Given that I went in during a BIG SALE, loved my shopping experience there, despite the rain. It wasn't crazy packed. There are a lot of stores but the design of the place makes it real easy and convenient to get to all the stores.
