The location in Bethesda was little unforgiven as they were not really helpful. I was even asked if I needed a bag for the shirt and shoes I had just purchased, we looked at the clerk like huh??? Did she really want me to walk out of the store holding my purchases in my hand? That's was the oddest thing I had ever been asked to do in awhile. Smh....discovered after leaving the store, that the shoes were not my size so this store allowed me to exchange and this size is now too big. So I'll head to one here in VA, since I'm closer.

They were very attentive and helpful and not in the "I'm gonna follow and badger you because you may steal something" way. Our sales lady was very patient. She was the only one in the store and she had like a billion things going on but she never treated us like just a number. I came in to buy my daughter a dress ended up 2 jeans 3 shirts the dress and underwear. The prices were very reasonable, the clothes fit perfectly. I was so impressed I tweeted and emailed the company.

Newly reopened with good deals. Good customer service too. Went back to Aeropostale last weedend to buy some clothes.As always I was greeted by several sale representatives who were ready to help me with my needs. I went around few times and I was able to find few shirts at a very discounted prices.I have spent about $120 and got more than seven items. Prices here are already acceptable, but if you take your time and look well , you will find some very good deals. The only reason I keep going to Aero is : I always find what I'm looking for at a very reasonable price. I will go back again.

Great place for petite clothing. Jean sizes as small as 000. My best recommendation is to head to the back of the store to the clearance racks, great prices on clearance. High prices on window and brand new items. As with most mall stores they seem to have a high turn over rate. Very clean store and dressing rooms. No public bathrooms.

New management has really made this store a great place to go for unbeatable deals on jeans and affordable trendy fashion. Aerogroup has started taking their designs much more seriously since they restructured and the styles show it in the quality. Staff is helpful and the selection is impressive.
