I never really get excited about going here, definitely has the feel of a dying mall and I don't feel it offers anything unique. It was well kept, clean, plenty of parking and had easy access to stores which is nice. They're going to need to shake things up and get better stores in there to get me to go back, but ok overall not a horrible experience.

Best mall in the state. In a time where retail is not doing well and malls are shutting their doors, the Maine mall in South Portland manages to keep all storefronts full. As soon as a vendor leaves, another is right behind it. Food court has plenty to choose from. No complaints

Great mall with a great selection of stores. Food court seems small though. Still a good selection of restaurants though. Make sure you look online for a directory and or a map. It's pretty big and there was only one store directory I could find(in the food court). All in all, nice mall and will be our go to for our shopping needs.

After my shopping experience in the Maine Mall I was very impressed. There is a huge variety of stores within the mall and makes for a very diverse shopping experience. I was astonished that most of the employees I encountered were also very kind and caring. Something that makes this mall special is it creates memory’s with friends and family. There is so much to do in the mall that it’s almost unbelievable. Obviously like everything in the world nothing is perfect and one of the greatest improvements the mall needs is cleanliness. I found that specifically in the food court and the bathrooms that they are unkempt. It’s not a huge deal but something that could be improved. Another thing I would like to note is he lack of security personnel. I could of just been at the wrong places at the wrong times but I saw very little security personnel. I feel strongly that as a customer it’s important that you feel safe during your experience especially in today’s day. Overall though this is a great mall and I do recommend coming and shopping around. Keep up the great work and keep improving.

The food court has a limited menu, but diverse and healthy options. Every space in the Maine Mall is occupied, a sign of good business. There's good sales in many of the stores, so it won't break your wallet. With the full arcade (with bowling), food court, sweets shop, merry-go-round, spas, salons, clothing stores and more, you can spend an entire day here.

There seem to be more and more lower-end stores that sell nick knacks and low priced products. There is a great fitness walks that runs around the Mall. Great food in the food court.

The Maine Mall is a small but cute mall for the area. There seems to be a big turnover with stores. But that seems to be normal across the country. The Maine Mall has done a decent job with upkeep, but are lacking in the restrooms. Stay away from the restrooms near the food court, they are disgusting. Let's face it, it's probably not anyone's favorite place to clean, but it is frequently lacking in the cleanliness department!

Lots to do! Went to build a bear for my daughter's birthday. Getting into and out of the mall was difficult with my wheelchair. My husband had to completely lift the front then back to get over the threshold. Was incredibly frustrating.

Lots to do! Went to build a bear for my daughter's birthday. Getting into and out of the mall was difficult with my wheelchair. My husband had to completely lift the front then back to get over the threshold. Was incredibly frustrating.

The Maine Mall, what is there to say about it. It's doing alright for itself all things considered. Even has a gym in it now, which I hear is the going trend for malls. It has the stores you would want and it isn't 90% empty or storage. Which in the age of online shopping is a feat in itself. Plus is it just me or is there always a line for Orange Chicken?

It needs more maps! Been here several times and have only been able to find one poster map. There’s enough stores that a map would be useful. There are several three sided poster advertisements that you would think would have a map on one side, but nope. Pretty decent mall overall though.

I will give this 4 stars on the basis of being a great place to go with small children for the carousel, food court, and the sink inside the area you can do diaper changes at the food court restroom especially if you are wanting to go somewhere with a large indoor area when the weather is bad, but the main drawback is that while the kids love the fire engine stroller cart, it is (in my opinion) too expensive. I like the Macy's because they sell Clinique, but have also had multiple positive experiences at various other businesses over the years.

First time at this mall and I would have to say Banana Republic was awesome. It did not start off great due to none addressing me when I walked in but maybe after 20 minutes another woman who saw me finally greeted me and she was awesome. Very helpful and she even wrapped my little sisters new purse and sweater for me. I work for this company and I can tell you that retail can be hard. The easiest thing you can do is greet someone and let them know you acknowledged them. I wish I knew her name because I would add it to this review.

This is a perfectly middle of the road mall. The food court may be the highlight of the place, as it has plenty of popular options and the food good quality. When it comes to shopping, there are decent stores that make up the mall, but you'll find yourself running out of options quite quickly depending on your purpose for visiting. I tend to only find myself here when I need to visit the AT&T store. Don't expect a full day of shopping; this mall is best for specific shopping needs.

Restrooms abound, and you get some exercise.
