I only go to Missy's at times as this is the only store left. I give it 2 stars because they accused my grandma of stealing cheap tomato paste that she forgot to pay for and they can be expensive at times. The shopping center used to have a Fred's which I really liked.

This shopping center has certainly seen better days. Only a few stores/businesses are open. The main draw seems to be the Cypress Point grocery store. Nice store, however, more expensive than Walmart, etc.

Patterson is such a dead town. Years ago the shopping center was filled with stores, and now there's 3 businesses trying to stay relevant.

I didn't care for Cypress Market staff. The employees are rude and had an employee follow me around the entire store. They thought they were being slick about it. Everywhere I turned she was there. My experience was uncomfortable. I am Native and it seemed like they are uncomfortable with interacting with brown people. I will never shop here again. Prices are expensive anyways.
