We've got all the reviews of real people like you who are using the products and services of North Shore Square Mall (Mall) in Louisiana.
At the present the firm receives a rating of 3.2 out of 5 and that rating was based on 1004 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is average, and it's based on a high number of feddbacks, so we can think that the assessment is very credible. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to write reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Mall is included in the category of Shopping mall.
This mall needs to be condemned and remade into an LSU Satellite campus for advanced learning.
There is something deeply depressing about a dying mall.
There are like 5 stores in the mall. It is really sad. All the stores moved across town. I should be able to shop closer to my home. I wish they would have worked harder to keep the mall flourishing so we would have shopping opportunities in more than one location.
Love Dillards there you just can't beat the prices. All closeout.
The only thing this mall sells is sadness. Almost every store and restaurant is closed down.
One of my favorite place to shop, but there's limited selection of stores to choose from, J C Pennys is no longer here. ... I hope this place picks up soon. .. I'm not sure what it cost to lease a space in here. However, it appears there's a lot of business opportunities. But this is where I shop. .
Plenty of parking rice environment
I can't believe how much this location has lost over the past 10 years. Use to take the kids here and now there are literally only a couple of places left to visit. This is very sad was a beautiful location.
I only went to Dillard. Lots of items to choose from. Always finding great deals
Very few stores are remaining. Call before going to assure that the store you are hoping to visit is still open.
Lost of different things and a friendly atmosphere
This place is always packed with people.
This mall brings me back to high school. It was always kinda run down but they had some decent places to go spend your cash. The Chinese was the bomb back in the day!
I wish i could say more.... a lot of stores and spaces are shuttered but the ones that are open are still great.
Not much of a mall anymore..
Nicely Renovated! Check out the New Stores!
Great place
The service and food was great
The good old mall
Lots of space available...
Not much there to see. One restaurant in the food court and plenty of room to walk off the meal in the sparsely occupied mall.
This used to be a nice mall. But most big stores pulled out to move to new shopping center across town. It's still ok but need better stores.
Great music
Nice place has a decent amount of shops.
Love the Dillard's Clearance Center ! Beautiful Mall Wish they had more stores tho!!
So sad that there are only a few stores left in what was once a great mall.
Not much in this place. Everything closed down. The eyeglasses place here does cover frames and lenses through medicaid. #MedicaidCovered
Not what it used to be. Need viable tennants that are relavant
A very large Empty Mall that needs some good tennets it's look like a ghost it would be a nice place to have a kiddy park for young children to learn n play safety
Dillards store us great for savings.
A sad reminder of our younger days when being a mall rat meant something. Make malls great again
Four stars for Dillard's Clearance Center. Great selection of clothing at steeply reduced prices.
Dillard' s outlet Center in Slidell good prices on name brand clothing, linen, shoes, & boots.
Why is this even still a place? There is nothing there
It's closed down ain't nothing going on there you have a few outliners at stores but that's it.
SAD....nothing left there to waste time on.
Why is this mall even opened?
Mall has been dying for years, would love to see the property turn around. The Phillys Burger place deserves 5 stars, closest thing to a real philly that you can find. The cople who run that place are wonderful. I enjoy the dillards discount store, easy to score good clothes for a great price.
All the stores are gone except one.
A medium sized mall that has been hit heavily with "Dead Mall Syndrome". Used to be packed with stores, but all that remains are a few shops , a massage parlor, and one or two joints at the food court. Currently 2 tenants, (At Home & Dillard's clearance) though a furniture store is moving in to one of the 2 vacant tenants. I hope something can be done to save the mall. (Become an outdoor shopping center like Fremaux.)
Its empty. 1 food court place, Annie's Pretzel Place, a Phone, phone accessory, phone repair place. And that is about it that is left inside of here. 1 large store where Sears use to be. But can't remember the name of it.
I feel like I'm losing an old friend. Everything is closed and there's a sense of dred that you get from the few stores that are still open. I'm going to miss this place when Dan Bell dose a yt video on this failing mall, but at least I'll have my memorys of this place.
Love the Mall. Don't understand why anyone would not like to shop there. I miss all the other stores that has left
Good by Falisha. This place needs CPR
Love the indoor atmosphere. I wish other businesses would open inside mall.
Best place to shop on Northshore.
Used to be great alot of stores left but FYE is better than ever.
There aren't many stores here because some relocated to a newer mall. The place looked very empty. The food court, however, is full of vendors. I was going to a particular store and needed to have lunch, so the mall was good for my visit.
I do love the Home store and a couple others but it's just not the same since everything is closing. Alot of stores I miss.
It's a mall! What do you think?
The Dillard's Clearance place is the only store here worth checking out. Most stores have moved on to the Fremaux location. This is pretty much a ghost mall now.
The food an overwhelming amount of cheese, its great if your a cheese lover. I like cheese, but it's too much. Shrimp appetizers a lot if batter couldn't find the shrimp or flavor of shrimp. My first time of not a good experience
I honestly don't remember going when this app said I went.
Still has some variety and plenty indoor access from store to store
This would be a great spot to open a shopping mall
Nothing there everything is closed
Liked the Dillards outlet store. Didn't know it existed.
Really .. this place is still called a mall... What happened?
Best thing about the mall now is the Chase ATM at the front entrance. What a shame.
Was there for Opening of Cane's! Police were directing Traffic,Restaurant was BUSY! able to get Food Ordered,Picked up quickly. Found Black Hair in Basket of Food! Took remainder of Food to Counter, got Refund, left! VERY DISAPPOINTING! NORMALLY have GREAT experiences here! COUNTER STAFF need Customer SERVICE TRAINING! SHOULDN'T have to argue to get my money back, for Hair in Food!
Not a lot going on. The vibe just isn’t there and it’s very dull but still plenty of options and good parking (most likely a result of the locals no longer participating)
It is getting better with the new @ Home store. This store is amazing. If they don't have it, you don't need it. Your home will get very spoiled with all the wonderful goodies they offer.
Wierdest place. Super clean. Seems nice. TOTAL GHOST TOWN. The few stores and kiosks that are there and open seem as if I was walking through a dream Land. As if the whole mall is bustling with business, but I can't see all the people. Very strange. Empty stores, restaurants, like everyone left after a nuclear war. The santa was super good though. Crazy crazy place. I took a video and will try to figure out how to post.
This used to be a great mall. It is a shame all the bigger stores have closed. I can't imagine it will be open much longer. The home store located in the mall is awesome and the Dillard Warehouse is pretty good although you will need to allow a lot of time in order to shoot there.
The old mall is dead. The good old days of shopping malls is over. That land could be used for something useful.
I barely ever see other people here. None of the stores intrest me. The food court could me better. The only good place here is that jewelry store in the middle of the mall, I think its called Gold and Diamons. Got a real nice gold chain and diamond ring on different occasions for super cheap. Just look for San he'll help you out.
Went to the home store, bought a bed set, all the stitching is coming out in the wash! Waste I should have known nothing there looks of high quality.
Sadly, there are not too many stores left at this mall. The food court is awful, the free stores that remain have workers that look like they're depressed, its just a Zombie mall waiting to be put out of its misery with a bullet to the head. I hope the owners of the mall do something to put more life into the place, but with the way the stores are closing up, I think they've all but given up on the place.
Really spread out. But store I went to is better updated and nice.
This place is a ghost town. Pretty sad.
Coming back
Great Little Store, it is Ashamed that are Closing.
Wonderful place
There are almost no stores or eateries left in this mall. Aside from HomeGoods and the shoe store inside, there is absolutely no reason to venture inside this place, unless you want a quiet place to get some exercise in a climate controlled environment.
A nice, clean local mall bit very few stores are left.
I love this mall. I hope they get more stores to come back in. Right now there isn’t much to see, but over the years they have had Disney stars come to the court where Penneys used to be. I much prefer this location over the Town Center. When most of the stores moved to Town Center, it caused many businesses around the mall to go out of business. With the big store At Home right next store, Northshore Square Mall has managed to hold on. I hope it can revitalize. It is has been a big part of Slidell for so long. #handicappedparking #automaticdoors #wheelchairaccessible #ramp
Good old days are gone
Mall could use an update and refreshed look, it is showing it's age. Many still enjoy an enclosed mall. Hopefully they will make beneficial changes.
Very good steak meals. The hot bread and butter is super. Always crowded because people like to eat here.
Not the best that's for sure
I missed the mall
Was the best place to shop wish it will come back i hate were it moved
Dillards clearance store has great bargains.
It used to be way better. Since the Fremeaux Sgopping Center opened its been practically a ghost town but I sure do prefer walking around and going store to store out of the cold, the heat, and especially the rain.
Used to be the Mall to go to in The Northshore. Almost vacant with the exception of a few small businesses and a Liquidation Dillard's, which, happens to have great prices on closeout clothes brought from the main Dillard's stores.
Empty. Bare. Don't waste your time. Go to Metairie for a mall.
Great selections of stores
Busy but nice
Empty place
What's here is great but most shops have closed down. I think the food court is the busiest place in here (whoop whoop Chick-fil-A!) but I'd love for it to come back strong!
This was an Olive Garden. Excellent
Closed. A few large stores are open around the perimeter, but the interior is closed. No food court, no anything inside this mall anymore.
Needs work
Defunct mall. Worth every penny to shop at Dillards last resort!
Use to be a lot more stores ... Great place to do walking in a/c while window shopping...lol
Almost desolate! Freemaux put them out of business!
It seemed empty. We went to the Dillard's store, heard they had some great prices and they were right. While walking through the mall to get to Dillard's there were a lot of empty spots, but still some good choices for stores.
It was a good stop
Once bustling mall, thriving place to go is now slowly closing its' doors. A few businesses open to receive customers.
Only several stores remain. Probably will completely close within 2 years.
I still go there for FYE and the vintage game store. But, looks like our once hub for shopping, is no more than a shell of itself. Hopefully they will do something fun there, like an ice skating rink or something.
What else can I say It's a dying mall... The majority of the stores have either been relocated/moved, closed, or just went out of business. Just Not a lot of stores to choice from... Parking was easy, but that might have been because the mall was dead and there were hardly any stores to visit.
Not sure they can call it a mall anymore. 2, maybe 3 stores.
Nothing here but very few stores
Great shopping. Easy in and out
This mall is so janky. It doesn’t have any food so prepare to starve. I was so excited for chick Fil a and then I had to walk ten minutes to the food court, and get this there was nothing except two really j a n k y food places. I hate this place so much don’t ever come here. There’s no where to shop except Dillard’s.
Half of it is closed down, kinda creepy
Ghost town but love the Clearance Dillard's!!
Very convenient!
Nice outdoor mall. New shops and areas being added all the time. Great choices for restaurants.
Watch out for the tumbleweeds when you go. We all know what happens to malls, and this one is no different. Eerily quiet and not many people. The busiest place in the mall, well....attached to it, is At Home. And even that is usually pretty empty.
Went in mall to buy new eye glasses. Large open eating area and nice restroom in the entrance where I needed to be. Used them both after buying my glasses!
There's basically nothing here anymore. Some stores don't open till noon and it's really only a good place to walk which I do enjoy because it's near my house. But as a mall.... Well it bites since Fremaux opened up
I have always loved this mall. They have lost a lot of their tenants but their are still a lot there too. It's is still clean and safe and has lots of good people who work there. If you love the mall like me, keep going. They may redeveloped but they will still be in my heart
A very well thought out shopping mall. Great mix of restaurants. Easy in and out. The best mall in Slidell.
This place has seen better days. Used to be fairly nice about 15 years ago or so, but it does seem the majority of indoor malls are heading in the same direction. I can not understand why the city of slidell would allow for a new mall to be built and additional land developed when there are two malls lying fallow. This place has become mostly bargain type chains but I do suppose it does serve a purpose.
Still an okay mall, but lots of empty stores & not many eating choices. Best place is Dillard's outlet store. Also, the Home store.
Never hated this place
It was a nice experience. The store was well maintained and had loads of interesting antiques and delicious candies.
It has a lot of potential, but is barren.
Why is this mall still open? If it weren't for the At Home store attached, there would be little reason to go. There is a food court...sort of.
Slidell can not support more than one mall so this one is almost closed because all of the stores have moved to the new one. The powers that be are stupid. We now have 2 closed malls and a new one that is like a rat maze
The food was good. Service was non remarkable. Waited for cheese for our food. Waited for refill of our teas. Waited for refill of salad. This girl didn't move fast for anyone. If someone else hadn't brought our main dish we would haven't waited for it also. Won't go back.
We didn't go inside the mall, but we ate at one of the fast food places in the mall parking lot
It's sad they are closing it. Hattiesburg, and Biloxi Mall is doing great. I don't understand why they want to tear it down. I will miss this place! Thanks for the many years that we enjoyed.
This place is downright sad. Since the new shopping center opened a few miles away, the place is a former shell of itself. There is absolutely no reason to come here.
Needs more stores to open back up
Miss all the stores...would much rather the atmosphere of an inside mall !
Nearly deserted mall. No real plans for it, it sends.
Need a mall in you area? This is a mall in your area. Is it the mall you want? Heck no! Does it have a few shops and places you might walk into to (I didn't say you would buy anyrhing)? Yes it does. ... I believe this place will be knocked down in the next five years but until that happens. Enough this place that has just enough today, to not get knocked down.
It's good
Mall is going down. It would benefit from becoming a full-fledged outlet mall. I, and a lot of other people would come back for a good outlet mall in Slidell.
Prices were high but I still like the oldschool mall feel ...
Very enjoyable and slow traffic inside which was nice..
We went for Santa, who was great. The rest of the mall is all but abandoned. I did see a journeyz shoe store continuing to operate, an eyebrow threading booth and some massage chairs. Hoping eventually something can be done to reinvigorate this wasted area.
This mall is pretty much dead. Not many stores remaining and lots of empty spots where stores should be. Not a lot of traffic inside either.
We went to Dillards outlet and we are going back. They have everything!
Perfect place to film a zombie apocalypse movie, but horrible for shopping. There's like 8 stores open in the whole place. Mostly shoe stores. Only 2 restaurants in the food court.
Not many stores at all, they got a great movie store for a great price, staff is very helpful and friendly.
This mall is pretty much dead. There are a few shops but most are near closing. I wish there more shops to browse, but I only saw around 5-6. With 3 closing.
The mall is deserted. Only 2 big department stores, 1 restaurant, and 1 nail place. But the 2 stores it has is worth the trip. Dillards "Clearance", and At Home store is great!
Most stores are closed down. Besides the clearance Dillards, and the Home Store, nothing worth going inside the mall for. I cant say on the recently opened Conn's appliance store. Food court is worth giving a shot if you are in need of a quick bite to eat.
It's eerie so many stores are closed, still plenty of shoe stores with loads of cute shoes in them though. Good prices
A very run down mall. Talked to a few of the business and they weren't doing too well. Which is understandable sense it is not too busy of an area of town. Very nice people though
This place used to be really popular. Went back for the first time in a while and everything is closed. 6pm on a Friday and nothing's open.
Not really too many more stores in here anymore, quite a gloomy feel to it.
Miss all the places inside here
