It has something for everyone! From high-end shops and boutiques to reasonable priced clothing stores it's all here. It's a great place to do any last minute shopping or that gift that you forgot you needed.It also has a good selection of food at the food court and has some really good restaurants located around the outside of the parking lot facing Bluebonnet Rd.

So many stores, walking around finding what all they have to offer, board walk area kind of like Shreveport, quiet the selection of places to eat, and they even have high end brands like michael Kors. Love Culture Return policy at this store is horrible! I literally purchased two items and walked out the door and came back in and when I said I wanted to return she returned the items and handed me a store credit. I had literally just left the store and turned around. They have the sign sitting off to the side. The return policy isn't posted anywhere else in the store and she couldn't understand why I was upset. It was my first time shopping there and I will never shop there again.

Big mall with a feeling of modernness. I was there to meet a friend for lunch, traveling through Baton Rouge. I don't have much experience but the stores remind me of the mall extension from home with the businesses and architecture. They are still in construction mode, so there is more to come

It's a generally nice place. Its clean and well maintained and there isn't usually a huge issue with customer service but that does vary. My only complaints are that it can get very claustrophobic in many areas and most of their bathrooms are at the front of the mall, by the food court and are not spread out.

The Mall of Louisiana is one of my favorite malls I've been multiple times now. I love the mall, it has a great food court, great stores & I'm excited about H&M coming to Baton Rouge! The mall is very nice, clean, the service is really nice. There's this cool outdoor part of the mall with more stores & restaurants they're built so beautifully. The Mall of Louisiana is a great mall period!

All i can say is WOW! Unless you are going to one particular store for a specific item, give yourself the whole day and get lost in this place. Different types of things to snack on so dont fill up at one place (share :-), and stores inside and out! Some of the old school Department stores are huge and one could spend a day in just one of those and there are many. I cant wait to return! Please give a thumbs up and go fill your life with good times and be merry!

Basically the "main" mall, as Cortana continues its gradual decline. It's a clean, safe area, with the selection of stores being deemed good or bad depending on what you're looking for. It's a decent place to kill a few hours to just hang out, or wait for a movie to start at the theater across the street from it. Pretty good selection at the food court, though during busier times it can be difficult to find a place to sit.

There were so many stores that my children wanted to go in and play and look at all the merchandise there They really loved the sports shops, because they’re able to get all the accessories that they need for baseball and soccer this year. My wife and I really enjoyed the food court there was so many options it was in sane this was our first time there and we were really impressed on the cleanliness and just the sheer amount of places to see and shop in. Compared to Lakeside or the ham and square mall I’ll read the small five stars because it almost feels as if you’re entering into another world.

Overall good array of choices to spend the day shopping and/or walking around enjoying the exercise. In my opinion, the Bed Bath and Beyond should be next door. Instead of having to drive a mile +/- to return items. Not at all a convenient idea.

Overall this is the best mall in Louisiana, though realize that there is only a limited selection here.The reason I gave this a three star rating is because in contrast to larger malls and other cities, it does not really compare. There are now also a number of peripheral stores, which are not bad either. movie theater is nearby, they're not conveniently within covered/connected walking distance of the actual mall structure. It is in contrast to the mall of Cortana which is significantly worse in my opinion.

Cheese cake Bistro...the founder of Popeyes knows his cheese cake and as a customer we were impressed...cajon cuisine delicious...the praline Carmel cheese cake the best ever...do not hesitate to stop we were there after church at the Family Worship Center, Baton Rouge Louisiana. Jimmy Swaggerts church the music was awesome When you come to Campmeeting check out the Cheesecake Bistro at the Mall of Louisiana you will not be disappointed

There were so many stores that my children wanted to go in and play and look at all the merchandise there They really loved the sports shops, because they’re able to get all the accessories that they need for baseball and soccer this year. My wife and I really enjoyed the food court there was so many options it was in sane this was our first time there and we were really impressed on the cleanliness and just the sheer amount of places to see and shop in. Compared to Lakeside or the ham and square mall I’ll read the small five stars because it almost feels as if you’re entering into another world.

Overall good array of choices to spend the day shopping and/or walking around enjoying the exercise. In my opinion, the Bed Bath and Beyond should be next door. Instead of having to drive a mile +/- to return items. Not at all a convenient idea.

Overall this is the best mall in Louisiana, though realize that there is only a limited selection here.The reason I gave this a three star rating is because in contrast to larger malls and other cities, it does not really compare. There are now also a number of peripheral stores, which are not bad either. movie theater is nearby, they're not conveniently within covered/connected walking distance of the actual mall structure. It is in contrast to the mall of Cortana which is significantly worse in my opinion.

Bought my granddaughter her harry potter school shoes in journey. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Ran in boxlunch for my other granddaughter a tshirt. I think they are rather pricey but they are doing a good thing with their box lunch program. Staff was friendly there also. Had dinner in red robin and yogurt at the yogurt place (cant remember the name). All in all a good and productive evening with no complaints

Nice atmosphere, nice shops, good food selection. Unfortunately it's always hot inside, even in winter, probably due to using such a large glass roof for natural lighting. It would be nice if they would install some fans at least in the major sitting areas. Also didn't care for so many decent parking spaces being roped off for valet parking, creating an artificial deficit of good parking to manipulate customers into spending money for valet. With online shopping being so easy and less expensive, making the retail shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable should be paramount, I would think.

I scheduled an appt online earlier that morning to get my hair done at Regis hair salon. As I got closer to Baton Rouge die to living an hour away I contacted the store to double check and verify my appt was at 330pm. Another stylist that answered the phone apologized that my appointment was not showing in their system and the stylist the website assigned me to was booked up. She asked if I was for sure gonna be able to come in at 330pm because she is scheduled to be off at 3pm. This lady stayed 3 hrs later at work on a Saturday to high light my hair and cut it and I NEVER felt like she was rushing me through the process at all!! Thank you stylist Gina Duke for your kindness and woman to woman chit chatting!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this lady!
