Clean Mall and very welcoming information desk. Conveniently located within a short walk from Bourbon Street and the cruise terminals. Lots of shops to choose from weather window or purchasing. Parking is easy and the restrooms are easy and clean to find.

Canal place has a friendly atmosphere and is well guarded. The theater is closed for repairs, but the food on 3rd floor is great still .parking can be partially validated with a purchase receipt from mall shops at the concierge desk .I love this shopping mall:) you can also get an official passport in the office tower part on 13th floor and go back to 3 sundry shop on mall side to have your passport picture taken, not cheap but you can get it all done there.

Be prepared for parking fees and a walk. You will make up for it at all the discount NAME BRAND stores throughout. Good food court.

It's the upscale "mall" or shopping centre below our hotel... It's super clean and super cold with ac. I wouldn't shop in any of stores, although staying at the Marriott you have to walk through this place to get to the lobby on the 11th floor.

Enjoyed 60% off clearance at Banana Republic today. The sales people at WHBM were Ah-Mazing! They are having a great sale too! And with validation...parking was only $6. Go...now...happy shopping!

Went to see John Wick Parabellum. Great movie. The waitress took my order before the first started and never returned. Just before the movie ended another waitress came by to tell me that they couldn't find my order and apparently it was never out in. The theater was dirty and the table was sticky and the chairs squeaked when ever someone reclined. Good thing they are closing. They are horrible at their jobs.

Canal Place is a very upscale shopping mall. The decor throughout the mall is marble, bright light, and mirrors. There exists a food court on floor 3 with great food and a movie theatre, while hosting two ballrooms to the Westin hotel. The mall isn’t too big being there is 3 levels to it, which makes for an easier shopping experience. Other great features is that it is ALWAYS spotless, has a gym, a barber shop, and a USPS drop.

Plenty of shops to grab items you may have known you needed for a trip to New Orleans. Great location if you are staying near the French Quarter. Walk from your hotel. Not heavily trafficked so take your time.

It wants to be a high end mall, but it is anchored by the Westin on top which is a dump wearing a marti gras mask. They are going through some upgrades, so maybe one day it will live up to the standards of Louis. The stores on the 1st floor are purty and pricy.

Love those shopping center. Lots of high end boutiques, there is a movie theater on the third floor with a bar. Also they have a small food court. Parking you can do street which is hard to find a spot of park in the garage. Sometimes they validate your parking ticket. Cheers and have fun while you they. Right across the street you have the aquarium as well.

Canal Place is a beautiful upscale, 3 story mall with a Sax 5th Avenue and a Tiffany's in the first floor. The photo, on the other hand, is of Harrah's Casino, for which I have no comment.

Very high end. Lots of stores and choices. The stores are a bit on the pricier side, but they are very good with quality. The elevators go through 9 levels, so you should use the escalators instead of the elevators for the mall, which only has 3.

This place was awesome!Lots of shopping to be done here! It sits right on the water. They offer tables and chairs outside where you can over look the water and see all the barges and ships coming and going! Plenty of food spots with a variety of choices. There was a lot of people but not overwhelming. Parking can be tricky and the cost to park in their lot is not cheap either. They do offer validation but it only takes a certain amount off and you have to spend over $20

Perfect place to shop for all your favorite designer clothing and accessories. Also if you want to catch a movie they have a theater for adults only. They serve alcoholic beverages . So if you just want to shop with friends and hangout and enjoy drinks or just get some me time alone and relax this is the perfect place

On-site parking is covered and available at hourly and daily rates. A food court is located on the third floor for quick dining. The Theatres at Canal Place, also located on the third floor, showcases current movies.

Canal Place is a beautiful mall but for the elites. Other than a Starbucks, there is not much there for an average person. These are extremely high end stores designed for the wealthy or splurging tourists. They are great for fashion ideas, but that is where my buck stops.

Rating the mall at a three star means perfectly normal. I would give it a 3.5, because it does have higher end stores there, but overall -- pretty straight forward. Nothing bad to say about the mall. Giving the 4 or 5 star rating means it's above extraordinary. Clean, easy to navigate and location wise it's fine. Quick and easy.

EXPENSIVE!!!! They only have high priced name brand stores here. I'm not even sure how they stay open with us going late afternoon on the 4th and the place was pretty empty. I've only ever seen a mall this empty early in the day. It looks very nice though.
