Aside from the empty Sears building, the mall is in pristine shape. It's well kept up and clean. Always very pleasant to go shopping, and the Christmas decorations makes it look all the more festive.

It's feels alive! I had my earbuds in, and it felt like I was in a movie. The floors were so clean, the blue jeans looked untouched, the necklaces looked like something I would wear to see Donald Trump, so its awesome.

Not the best mall I've been in. The food court doesn't have many worthwhile options. There are plenty of stores to shop in, but not many unique places. Most of the products can be purchased at Walmart. I'd like to see some creativity. Something that says you need to come here to get this.

This place is packed. I was looking for a dress to wear for my nephew's wedding and the very first store I stepped in was a success. I found the most flattering little black dress with bell sleeves. It was amazing. Macy's have exactly what I was looking for and rhe workers were so helpful

I've grown up in this mall and it's still a great store, good atmosphere and place to get designer clothes and nowadays spend time with my grand kids. My granddaughter loves the store Justice and my grand son loves the candy shop, and their aunt works here so it's a win win win win win lol

The Acadiana mall is a great place to meet up with friends, pass time eat a variety of food, has great variety of things that you would want to shop for or look at. It's even a good place to bring the kids to if you do not want them playing outside. For me the mall is one of Lafayette's best indoor activities for all ages, genders and races.

It is nice to have a mall still in use. The new trend away from malls is sad. Acadiana Mall offers many top name brand stores in one easy to access location. Great environment. Parking lot is a little rough and could use a new top coat.

After shopping, we went to the food court to eat. It was thirty minutes before closing. While trying to enjoy our meal, someone started putting the chairs on the tables to clean up. He was throwing them and making the loudest racket right next to us. I think he was trying to be as loud as possible so we would leave. Not the first time either. They start closing down the dining area before the mall closes!!!

The mall has definitely gone serious upgrades over the last few years. It definitely has a more modern and high end feel to it than it used to. There are more stores introduced into the mall now. There are currently at least 4 new stores in the process of opening. There has been expansions of previous stores and stores moving around. The food court is pretty great with a nice selection. There is definitely less places than it used to be 4 or 5 years ago, but still good options. There seems to be more kiosks throughout the mall which is good and bad. Some of the kiosk workers can be demanding and quite annoying lol when all you're trying to do is walk to the next store. There's always sales going on at your usual stores like jcpenney, aeropostale, and lids. Hopefully they were more on the parking lot and roads around the mall, as it is uneven, bumpy, and quite a few large potholes.

The mall has great stores but it is extremely outdated and badly kept. The bathrooms were gross and they use ducktape to fix floors in the mall. If you want to use the changing table in the womens you must block a whole stall off. I would recommend trying out coney island for some rolled ice cream. Walking to our car from the mall at 8:30pm the lights were still out and it made it creepy especially with a child.

The Acadiana Mall is a great place for a good food court, but unfortunately, that's about it. The variety in stores and the arcade have been removed, leaving not much in the way of anything that isn't "hip and chic" clothing.

This mall is decent given where it is but there could be so much more if a manager came in and spruced it up. And because it's the only Mall in this area it gets extremely packed in the middle of the day like, claustrophobically so. The bathrooms in my opinion need to be clean more often I visited him a couple times now on different occasions and they always smell and they're not taking care of. There's your normal chain stores that you're used to seeing in the mall and not much else. Their websites easily accessed online if you want to go look through a listing of stores.

They can boast "piercing pro" until they're blue in the face, but did you know piercings guns are physically impossible to STERILIZE? Did you also know that hepatitis can live outside of the body for 6 months!? Wild. Did you also know that they're shoving a bit sharp blunt earring through your earlobe? If you chose piercing guns over ACTUAL professional piecers that are heavily trained and have COMLETELY SINGLE USE needles you're either grossly uneducated about the dangers of it, or chose saving a buck over your own or your CHILDS health. Claire's also sells the cheapest jewelry physically possible that will cause infections in the fresh blunt wound you now have in your ear. Real surgical stainless steel or titanium are the ONLY metals you should put in a fresh piercing. CLAIRES. IS. A JOKE.

Food court is always dirty, even when they've just opened like nobody cleaned the night before. The 3 of the 4 childrens rides by the play area dont work and take your change and theres no one to talk with to get it back. Everything is closing down for good reason I suppose. Will probably take months to occupy the closed stores, and then it will probably be with something that nobody actually wants. There was one point this mall was great and had all the stores everyone wanted to shop at. Now the whole place is just trash.

The Acadiana mall is constantly changing, ever since Sears closed the parking lot seems weird, but they are making lots of renovations inside and stores that had been staples of the mall for years (Hollister and Abercrombie) have moved out to make room for other stores. Great place to kill some time and find something interesting buys.

This mall in general has its ups and downs. Somedays good and some days NOT so good I've been going this mall location for quite a long time, and yes it does feel empty once Sears went out of business, but I have my days whenever I go especially on a weekends like, Saturday so many damn people there like packed on the weekends. Thursdays not so bad. I usually go right whenever it opens up. Some improvements need to be changed and fixed, but for now you won't see much to change right now honestly.

We were there for the Build-a-bear pay your age... The mall employees and management were fabulous. They were shocked with how many people showed up but handled it excellently. The mall is very clean and all the store employees were very nice.

Mall is ok, needs more variety though. The mall is also struggling in some ways. The Sears anchor store shutdown, Gap and Gap kids are shutting their doors and quiet a few other stores have shutdown leaving some parts of the mall barren

Was getting bath bombs when we heard a gun shot. Someone was shot in the food court. On a Monday at 4pm. On Christmas Eve. Two stars because the staff of the bath bomb store were clearly very trained in how to handle a shooting and took care of us. Police were responding before we even got outside. Ridiculous regardless.

LOTS of great stores and a nice food court with plenty of choices! Last time we visited we met the nicest custodian working in the food court. It's nice to spend money in a place and be treated so kindly and not just feel like another "customer" but a person treated like a friend, we always enjoy our visits to this mall. Parking is easy and there are plenty of spaces on a normal shopping day.

I love going here, even with my 3 kids who dont stay still or quiet, i love 2 walk around even if i dont buy anything from every store i enter, they are always very polite and are willing 2 help. Even the vendors in the middle, they arent rude when they try 2 sell you things and you tell them no.

I love everything about this place. The food court foods are good and fresh, the kiddie play area is clean most of the time and full of kids enjoying themselves (though some would benefit from their parents watching them better, I'm tired of my two little ones being pushed around and I have to comfort them and explain they wasn't doing anything wrong because bigger kids are just rude and not taught better) the cookie store does sometimes under cook their cookies but mostly they are great. Some of the vending machines keep the cokes hot. Spencer's is there and bath and body works is in there too. The restrooms could use a bit more cleaning but I'm generally in there in the busiest times so it's probably just the people making it trashy and I don't hold that against the whole mall. I love going to the mall all in all and love taking my kids to the little play area and will never stop going. May take my kids tomorrow for the Halloween stuff

We don't go to the mall as often anymore, but the Acadiana Mall is a very nice mall. It's well kept up, the decor is updated and it's easy to get in and out of. There is ample parking all around the mall and especially around the major entryways. We even know family that come down just to go to the mall.
