I love visiting this outlet mall when I am in Louisville. The store selection is great and most offer a pretty good discount. I highly recommend it for holiday gift buying. Just remember the mall is not enclosed so rain and cold can make shopping a challenge and not all of the stores are outlet stores.

Polite workers throughout the Shoppes and clean all over. Only downside to the visit was the long line at Aunt Aunnies. Those pretzels smelled amazing.

Large outlet mall. Predominantly very international clientele in attendance. Prices are fairly high even with the game of "prices marked down!" being played. ~Caveat Emptor~

EVERY store we went into was like a free for all... finding the size or color needed was a almost impossible! Workers seemed agitated from back to school rush, asking for assistance was a bother. It was very frustrating. Making the long hour plus trip for us from isn't worth being disrespected by businesses you're going to spend money

Signs on the outside are nowhere near the store I was looking for. I guess they figure they're going to get you to shop your way to where you want to go. After hiking the whole "mall" I was too exhausted to shop. What little I looked at was higher than first quality online products. The whole concept is a scam.

We had a great day here. Wish prices were lower. There is a lot of stores with no sales and some of them that have it are not good enough. New York pizza place in the food court was awesome!!! Will come back for sure.

It's pretty cool, other than some Mom's using the play place as a free sitter while on their phones. Just wish there was an Ulta or a Sephora beauty supply store. Maybe another jewelry store, even though Kay's is awesome.

Wow so much for shopping. Can't cover all stores in a day. I'm not going to suggest this place during winter it's cold out there and this is not an indoor mall, you will be getting caught with chilling winds when you visit for shopping. Best for summer days.

Love this shopping center probably better than any I've ever shopped at. They have every shop that you could possibly think of, right within walking distance of each other. All of the stores are maintained properly and have very helpful employees at each one. They always carry all of the latest fashion and have amazing sales and clearance racks if you're always shopping on a budget, like myself. I love Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass and cannot wait to go back again.

They have great stores and that is why I’m giving five stars. Employees in the working stores are friendly too. The lady (Debra) who worked at the guest service for the mall was not very helpful at all. I tried to reach Abercrombie and Fitch, their number won’t go through, and says it was not the working number, I asked the lady would you be able to help with that? She said I don’t know, if the number is not a working number then “I don’t know” Like are you not allowed to send security or another employee to the store to let them know about calls not going through? Next day I called and “Jennifer” answered. She was very polite and wanted to help and said she would walk there and pass the message to them. What a great person for customer services. Also, Bathrooms were very nasty close the Abercrombie store.

The outlets are ok but don't waste your time looking for deals here on memorial day. All prices are just staged drop-downs and no real discounts. St Matthew mall makes for a much better shopping experience. Poor food choices too. Had to make a dash for mc Donald's whose traffic was backed up till the main road

This is probably one of the best outlet malls I have been to! There are a variety of stores. They have a Johnny rockets which was very good! I would definitely recommend going there of you have free time!

Clean and basic stores. Basic as in you see the same stores in every outlet mall. Go to the chain restaurants and not the food court. Great place to walk and get some exercise. Prices are fair.

Home of many good shops. Adidas outlet has great prices, but their cashiers are very slow and more interested in talking to each other than actually helping customers. 5 people ahead of me took 20 minutes to check out. If the prices weren't so good I would have left, without buying anything.

We pick The Outlet hands down over any of the malls in Louisville. The prices, cleanliness, service and easy parking is the best! Only additional shoppe’s I keep looking and hope they bring is Happy & David and The Cosmetic Store. It was a little sad to see the Toy store not at the outlet this past season, hoping for temporary one next year!

Perhaps the nicest outlet mall I've visited anywhere. But gone are the days when the term "outlet" meant bargain prices. These are just satellite stores for the main locations--so same high prices--but with good deals on occasion. Truly hope it can avoid going the way of so many other now "deserted" outlets. So far, so good.

The experience was pleasant. I visited a few of the shops and made a few purchases. I also hopped by the food court to have some pizza. The compound was clean, plenty of people, but that's expected. It's in a unique location though so traffic is very minimal. That's a big plus. And the variety of outlets was more than enough to satisfy whatever you may need. Thumbs up IMO
