No surprise this store will be going the way of Circuit City soon. Bought an expensive swim suit, went home and found it online on sale at another dept. store, called to see if they would price match and literally got laughed at (1st sentence out of associate's mouth). And told I can return it and buy from other store. No duh; I was giving you the opportunity to earn my business. Even if they can't match, to be laughed at is inexcusable. My guess is associates are treated horribly so spread their misery.

My wife and I was profiled while we were shopping in this store because we were black. When I met my wife, we heard security need in the area we were in. Immediately we were approached by an associate followed by a number associates walking through the area starring at us. This was very uncomfortable, but we continued to shop. I was walking my daughter around the store in her stroller when I notice a security guard following me. I stopped to try and feed my daughter and the guy continued to follow me. I was so uncomfortable I left the store while my wife finished shopping. I'm a engineer for General Motors and I do not need to steal anything from anyone. It's a shame that black people are profiled no matter what they do in life.

I hate to say me and my wife were at bowling green store about 5 o'clock anyway I was going to buy me a nice coat Michael Kors really nice I wanted it bad and two pairs of Ralph Lauren but the coat had this real thin hanger with it and it was leaving places on the I ask the lady witch she was in management she would not let me get a good hanger for coat she basically told me that she was not going to let have a hanger with it a one word one to another and I didn't get anything very upset I'll get me a coat some where and as he needs to be job hunting the young man that was working with her couldn't believe her I hope someone gets back with me that's wrong

Rude! First off I was sent to 4 different "sales associates" before someone finally felt like servicing me. "Oh they must be on their lunch break" is what the guy said. Secondly, when I finally get a person they tell me they cannot exchange my shoes for store credit because I was missing the a yellow tag. I'm so turned off by how lousy and unprofessional these unpleasant employees were treating me. Neve5 shopping here again ✌

I've been going in sporatically just to look at their Frye bags. They are normally priced at $358. I went in yesterday, 8/11, to see if they were on sale, & a saleswoman showed me a bag I'd been eyeing that was on sale for $125. It was being discontinued because of the color, which is a blackish gray. God bless that woman! I was in the right place at the right time!

The store was a MESS and I asked an associate for help and after telling her what I was looking for and why, IDK if i wasnt clear but she had no idea what she was doing. Then when I was looking at the rack she brought me to ALL THE WAY across the store to clearance, money wasnt an issue? she just walked off stranding me. Im disabled, i explained to her i cant walk all over the store and i need help and she wasnt willing. Ill never go back. The girls at Maurices not only jumped into action but I left with multiple outfits and matching jewelry. I didnt have to go anything but try them on. Im set for a couple weekends before i need to shop again. THANKS TIFFANY AT MAURICES!! Macy's store managers need to reevaluate their staff.
