Dated, ugly, and now empty, Southbridge Mall is the ultimate eyesore. With 80% of the stores gone due to mismanagement, there is no reason to enter the building. Time will tell if Southbridge will get back on its feet.

The mall is slowly dying... Me taco is good, Younkers always has business, nice bookstore, and Hallmark are about the only places we got there. Would spend a lot more time there if the ice arena passes.

I think our Mall is one giant laugh. There isn't too much there. They are losing do many stores and aren't able to replace them. It is sad. Don't waste too much time there.

We love how creative the new manager is in trying new ideas and supporting local entrepreneurs and community organizations! There's a cool little family among the shopkeepers and even among the walking crew.

Many empty store fronts show the problems that this mall is going though. We came for tuba Christmas and then did some shopping after. The building itself is in good repair and the people are helpful, but it is a shadow of what it used to be. I understand that there are plans to add an ice rink and renovation,I hope it the best of luck!

This Mall has been a disaster since it screwed up Federal completely. Now that four stores still even exist in there is beyond me. The dump just needs to close and disappear for good.

it's fun, especially when i'm there with my friends. there's still some good stores to go to there, the chinese restaurant and the pretzel maker are my favorite places to eat. Bath & Body Works is one of my favorites stores to go to. The Nail Place there is good, i've gone there 3 times and I plan on going back again. I get books from Book World. Victoria Secret is always a go to, but you can't forget vanity & the buckle. also like going into claire's for no reason.

Southbridge Mall is an okay place to shop. It has some good stores to shop at such as Younkers, Victoria Secret, Claires, Bath and Body Works, and the Buckle, but very few places to eat in their food court and a lot of stores have been closed due to upcoming reconstruction.

Mr. Taco is my and your ONLY reason to visit the Southbridge Mall!! There is NO shopping to be had there but you have the whole mall to yourself to enjoy Mr. Taco. Tacos, burritos, tortas and my new favorite... the Alambre plate. Smack you in the face with deliciousness!!!!

Great selection of stores and good selection of food places in the food court. The new Children's Discovery indoor play place is amazing. This Mall is really a great place compared to some of the malls I've been to, like Northridge Mall in Albert Lea, MN.

There needs to be more stores and shops utilizing this location. It was so much nicer when you could walk around to mostly filled shops in the mall. Now it feels like it is slowly being abandoned, which hurts business for the stores that are trying to keep the mall alive. BRING MORE STORES SHOPS AND CAFES to the mall!!!

Its a drag. Nothing like the experience used to be. Shopping is limited. Most of the people that are at the mall either work there, or are walking the mall for exercise. Its not a major spot for entertainment.

A lot of stores have closed lately, JCpenny, American Eagel, and to places to get snacks and I think finish line closed recently too. Not a lot of stores left I hope they will be able to put in the ice arena and maybe more stores will come in. Not to be mean AT ALL but right now it's kinda of sad little mall. There are some stores I still enjoy going to like bath&body works and Yonkers.

Took my wife and daughter to bath and bodyworks, as always they walked away smelling like various different body sprays. Smiling from ear to ear. I love it. On a Sad note the bookstore is now closing. Pretty soon there will be nothing left, what a shame.
