I've never been a mall person. I prefer smaller more intimate shopping. But, if you like malls, you'll love this place. They have all the big chain stores and lots of smaller niche stores. There is a food court and even a game area with a little indoor train. You can't walk 10 ft without passing a cellphone kiosk. The parking lot is huge but it's still a nightmare trying to get in and out of the place.

They need to beef up their security in the Mall and outside the Mall. More Cameras inside and outside. Security guards need to stop using motor vehicles. No wonder there is alot of shop lifting/slash crime

I do recommended this place quite a bit to people who stay at the hotel I work at. It is big. There are mainstream shops and little Ma and Pa stores. There is a food court that is our of this world. You can't forget the indoor I've skating rink or playground. The Children's Museum is also located inside the mall. If nothing else, this is a good place to sit and people watch which in sure most people do when they get to the end since it took all afternoon to go down the one side of the mall.

I like this mall it’s better then south park mall. Although what’s not in Northpark is certainly in south park and vice versa. They could use a nice resting area like SouthPark with a Couch and TV and electrical outlets and that would make it better ☺️

The mall has really gone downhill. I know they are trying to add different stores to revamp it but it needs more. The ceilings leak in certain areas and the one of the guys working janitorial is a little awkward and doesn’t really focus on his job. There’s still good stores in here but they don’t spread them out so you really only go to one area of the mall for everything instead of walking around to see what all there is.

Better than southpark mall. I go here to get my eyebrows threaded done mostly and I'm pleased 9/10 times. It's the older lady that you want. Don't go to CJ nails. I've never really heard anything good and I went there to get a full set French manicure. It came off a week later and usually they last at least 2 weeks. The mall itself is typically cleaner than southpark which is why I go to this one instead.

I have always enjoyed coming here. I think the food stations are good. Thought it was odd the star bucks in Barnes and noble doesn’t take starbuck gifts cards though...also gas stations were disgusting... they need to be checked often

The mall is somewhere to go more for if you have money to waste, or trying to splurge. I'm not much of a mall gal, but there is a store in there that has a lot of fantasy decor such as knickknacks that are fairies, or dragons etc, also I like there dream catchers, they aren't so genuine, they're different and colorful.

The mall is a great place go get anything. A washer a dryer new clothes new shoes new toys new video game consoles a new tattoo. New underwear, lunch, and engament ring or jewlery of any sort. A new phone or even a great place for the elderly to get exercise indoors.

I absolutely love this mall!! We recently moved to Maquoketa from Indiana and needed to do school shopping and the first mall I came across was Kennedy in Dubuque that was a joke!! So today my fiancé looked up places to shop in Davenport and to our surprise we found North park mall and they had everything we needed!! Kids got clothes and a heck of a deal! We will be doing all our clothes shopping for our kids here!!

I can honestly say this place has gone down hill. Security sucks. Parents dropping kids off at the mall for hours on end using the mall as a babysitter so they dont have to deal with their own kids. And then wonder why they get calls cause their kids are caught stealing or fighting.

I absolutely love going to the mall and all the shops. My favorite shop is either Hot Topic or Shag. There are so much choices and genres that you can choose from and the food market is fantastic. I highly recommend going to NorthPark Mall.

Great mall overall, with a good selection of stores. Real cool to be able to go into a Hibbett Sports or foot locker and find shoes that you have been looking for they you may have passed up on. Overall my visit was cool and was able to grab some shoes that were rare when it comes to being in stock store to store. Good mall for rare finds

Everything you need except Verizon cell service. Nice range of stores so anyone can spend an hour or more here. There is a strong smell when you walk in the entrance by disc replay that almost smells like an old lady perfume and it disturbs me every time. Better mall in the quad cities by far

I haven't been to NorthPark for quite a while so my friend and I decided to walk around to see what was new and we ended up stopping at Food Court to get a bite to eat we went to Chick-fil-A and later sampled Hickory Farms which was very good. There are quite a few new stores at NorthPark now since the last time I was there. Was so nice to see all of the festive displays as we walked around the mall.

I went to North Park Mall to pick up my favorite pizza it's in the food court and it's called Villa Pizza. As far as I'm concerned where's the closest pizza to what I'm accustomed to from New York City. They will even bring it out to your car.

Happy we still have a JC Penney's in town that offers returns for online purchases. I just wish it was on the main level or that you could return at any register rather than having to take the escalator up to the second floor.

It's the train and Barnes & Noble that brings us back. Less & less shops, parking that needs repair and outdated decor. We may shop at the other shops but it's kind of depressing. Management needs to understand that if they want to bring in people they need to have shops that appeal to a variety of people, light and airy and a feeling of safety. There are too many places within a few hours that have better shopping experiences for Northpark to stay stagnant.

Getting to where I need to go is quick and easy. The overall layout is nice, and the food court has a decent selection of different choices. The maps help people traverse through that mall, and it's never too crowded that I have to go on an adventure to find a parking space.

All I really have to say is there is a good selection of stores. Honestly, what I would really like to see is more of a focus on small businesses as they are what adds more variety to your store lineup. Big chain stores are nice and all, but small businesses are the lifeline of our local economy. Also please please please, update the design. I feel like I'm walking back to the 70s when I'm there!

I really like all the different storefronts in in all the small businesses better trying to to make it there in the in the mall their displays are well put together in their front entrance are always explain showing very clearly what they have on sale I would highly recommend this to friends coming in from out-of-state they need to check North Park Mall out it is well safe they have a lot of security around and that makes me feel at ease more in that is well needed in today's society

A number of the stores have left so it's not as busy as it once was. Management for the mall has bumped up rent and internet for the smaller businesses making it less appealing to want to stick around but the food court options are nice and it's in a fairly central part of town.
